This shop is relatively cheap and has loads of different goodies. Be careful about the parking. It's only 2 hrs which goes by quickly if visiting the cafe also. Before you get to 2 hours you can go to customer services to extend the time. As you can see by the photos, I never saw a single person, except by the cash till. April 2023

Staff were all pleasant. However the building was absolutely freezing! I recall hearing several customers berating colleagues about it and the poor colleagues had taken to wearing bob hats and gloves! Poor folk looked like rosey cheeked garden gnomes it was freezing! A poor show from a company that makes a 9 figure profit annually!

Quite a good store for household items. There is a cafe inside and the staff are really friendly. Onsite toilets and plenty of parking. There are 5 disabled spaces and these are usually full. The car park gets very busy and the entrance is a bit awkward. They have an Iceland food range as well. I think some things are slightly over priced and you could quite easily get them from similar stores.

This place has it all, shop in shop, huge interior, huge free car park, if you need it 90 percent it will have it, there's even a cafe which only deserves two stars because the latte we ordered was frothy milk with only a hint of coffee, seems as though they are saving on the coffee, not a friendly atmosphere, not even a smile. electrical goods, soft furnishings, frozen food etc, Good check outs. Only reason not 5 star is the price of goods is no cheaper than elsewhere some even more expensive.

I have to admit that I don't often shop at the Range. However, after looking on the net I found out that their selection of outside patio plant pots was enormous!! And good value!! The staff were also friendly! Well done the Range! 👍😃

So enjoyed looking round The Range - being Christmas time there was so much to look at & we got everything we wanted at great prices. The car park however is horrendous with big pot holes & it was flooded in several places. The exit is extremely tricky with a hair pin turn to get out.

This is a shop full of stuff, from homewear to gardening, food to furniture. There is also a cafe. I have a big complaint though. The volume of the music was utterly ridiculous. I couldn't hear the person next to me. My autistic daughter couldn't enter the building the sound was so bad and waited in the car. Please have a bit of a thought about your customers, overly loud music is driving customers out not getting them to stay and shop. We won't be returning until its sorted which is a shame.

There are so many things to choose from. They have pictures, ornaments, and mirrors to anf abundance of diy things and pet stuff. There are freezers at one end with all the food items you need ( I'm pretty sure they are in caboration with iceland, but dont quote me on it). If you go here, expect to be buying more than you went in for, I always do there are so many great things to choose from and it is all very affordable. Staff are friendly and professional and always willing to help.

WARNING!! Wife took the disabled mother in law, she got done on the car park for going over 2 hours! they didn't notice the signs as it was always free! They used the cafe as well so easily went over 2 hours. The manager Gav said we shouldn't be charged as we'd been customers and spent money but didn't do anything about it?parking eye still fined us. TIP if you go in register your car number for over 2 hours so you're not STUNG like us

A wide variety of interesting quirky household and creative items is complemented by a good supply of basic frozen and grocery items along with a source of reviving hot chocolate and snacks, provides this store with a pleasant shopping experience with friendly and approachable staff.

Always a great experience shopping here. Helpful staff, great range of products at great prices. Cafe is also good for refreshments. Large car park with free parking. Be sure to check the time as it is limited but if staying longer, let staff know so they can sanction a longer stay for your registration number. Lots of check outs and we'll manned customer service desk.

Brilliant! The mixture of Halloween and Christmas decorations was awesome, the staff and the cafe were also amazing as always. It's just a great place to go window shopping and they have got everything you would need, it's not expensive it's not cheap either it's reasonably priced 😄

Found exactly what I wanted at a real bargain price. Found a few other bargains that I didn't realise I wanted until I saw them.

  • 3/5 Russell A. 1 year ago on Google
Quite surprised with some of there lines however, when you see the bigger picture, and literally they do have a lot of them, and mirrors. It's just another B&M Bargains, but doing it slightly better.

Although I have always used the Range for household furniture and items, I am sad to say I wont be again. I purchased a big container of spray weed killer (which was not cheap) back in March. I went into the store recently after realising that it was a faulty container, which took three people to look at and try and get it to work, to be told without a receipt there is nothing they can do. The manager told me to buy a spray bottle or watering can and empty the solution into that, which to me defeats the point in buying a ready-mixed solution with pump. Fair enough that they can't do a refund, as I did not have a receipt, but I am sure consumers have rights if products are faulty and I even said if you can get it to work then that's great, but they couldn't. I'm not one for writing negative reviews, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received and now I have wasted money on something that is clearly faulty and I should in my opinion have been offered a replacement. So, if anyone is thinking of purchasing from this store, firstly keep your receipt as you will be lied to about purchases even though you have a bank statement to prove the amount you have spent, they will make out that there is no transactions with that date on, secondly make sure you try the product at the time as they will get out of not exchanging things for you if it is not tried and tested around the time of purchase. I hope this has been informative. I personally will not be shopping here again!

Popped in for a quick visit for some Christmas bits on a Monday thinking it would be quieter... I was wrong! However the staff were working hard to keep the shelves stocked and the checkout queues low.

Hats off to the Staff at the Stoke branch. I bought a very competitively priced roller blind but unfortunately after cutting it to size and mounting it, I found the top bar was slightly bent and it failed to work properly but the girls on customer service and Valerie were great, they replaced the bar for me, no problem and it now works fine

Amazing place , plenty of room for me to get my scooter around, price's are very good to, highly recommend it, toilets are spotless and enough room for a scooter in the disabled toilet

We popped over to pick up some Christmas bits a bobs and it was in the morning not to busy to be honest but when leaving the car park was pretty full , the only complaint of such was we didn't see a sign for any Christmas section and as u walked in u could see stuff scattered around , when we finally got to the main section there was a variety of festive treats from Santa's snow men and lights a other bits to , we have come for the past few years and I think this year's was not as good selection as previous, We are not sure we will pop back next year but we will see.

What a mess this place is!!! Staff are gormless clueless and lazy. Can't be bothered to show you where anything is. The shops a huge mess. Be careful checking stock online. Travelled to get something in particular that said was in stock online to be told stock had been sent back to warehouse. Wasted trip.

I've been to The Range on a few occasions and have been impressed with the scope of what they have to offer. On my most recent visit, we decided to grab something to eat while we were shopping. We won't be making that mistake again! Because ParkingEye manage their car park, that meal costed us significantly more than a gourmet restaurant would have been. If you must use The Range, while they continue to use ParkingEye on the car park, get in, get what you need, and get out quickly. Because spending more time and money in The Range will result in a fine.

I don't usually make reviews however the service at both the Cannock and Stoke sites was exemplary. Was in search of an outdoor bar set, whilst the Cannock site did not have one in stock, they spent lots of time searching other sites and calling which happened to be the Stoke on Trent site. As we arrived at the store the goods we requested were ready and waiting for us and the member of staff even helped us get it into the car. Every member of staff we came into contact with were efficient and extremely friendly. Thank you and can't wait to be shopping with you more often!

Very messy store. Missing loads of prices,(shelf tickets) staff have no ambition to help find products when you can't find something. I understand it's busy but needs to look into customer care. Will post pictures next time I'm in.

Having had no customer service earlier in the day from the Stafford store I went to the Fenton branch. I have to say the Customer service there was exceptional. Every member I spoke to was polite and helpful. Two ladies even helped me with heavy items to my car, that's customer service. A big thank you to you both.

First time I have been to The Range. I have to say I was somewhat surprised at the variety of things for sale and the quality and the reasonable prices. We purchased a very nice rug for £70 and a shower head and hose for £35. We are returning for a lamp £55. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for household goods.

Went in and decided to have lunch at the cafe. Food was lovely, jacket potato and side salad. Very clean and a really friendly young man on the counter. Also picked a lovely picture up from there. You can never just buy one thing from there. I love the place.

I didn't hear about this place until a few days ago. And I have to say wow. If you are looking for decorative items you should go to Range. It is unbelievable how many beautiful things they have. Also you can find there plants, furniture, pets accessories and many more. What is best in the same place you can get food, drinks, sweets, bread all sort nearly same as in supermarkets.
