Only been here a night and we have peacocks and peahens on the patio. The gardens are fantastic, the lodge is amongst the most beautiful we have stayed in so far. It's very comfortable and well equipped and it's great to try different styles of lodge. The grounds are excellent, loads of little lanes and gardens to explore but each lodge has it's own semi private space with a lovely garden, huge patio and hot tub. Highly recommended by us if you want a really relaxing place in a fantastic location.

We came here for a birthday weekend away and it did not dissappoint. A gorgeous scenic location, beautiful lodge with the hot tub ready and heated on arrival. Very friendly staff on the site and in the cafe. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely time here glamping. Such a cute place! The site is lovely! Proper shower (hot water) and toilets! The tents were spacious! Great that they have electricity! The on-site pool was great very well heated! Didn’t really see any staff. There was an event on site that would have been nice to be pre warned about loud music and people that went on late into the night. Over all we enjoyed the stay. And would most probably return

Third time at Ribblesdale, we’ve stayed in Wentworth, Chatterley and now Sika. Loved them all. The staff and specifically Lauren go above and beyond. The estate is so peaceful and relaxing, it’s the perfect getaway. Highly recommend to all my family and friends. We’ll be back in October to show it off to our friends. Thanks Ribblesdale!

Perfect! Lovely scenic drive into the well maintained park. We stayed in the romantic lodges for 2 which had everything we needed and more. A nice bar/restaurant on site with friendly staff, we only had a drink so can’t comment on food as not much veggie options but there’s other places around so not a big deal. Hot tub was nice and hot and a nice decking area which would be lovely in warmer weather. The star of the show had to be the deers and peacocks around the site, seeing them so close unexpectedly was amazing. Will be recommending and returning for sure!

A lovely restaurant on an upmarket caravan site, but open to non-caravaners, with delicious well-presented food at very reasonable prices. The staff are welcoming and cheery, always with a smile, and are very attentive. Whilst we just turned up on spec, we did so at a quiet time. It is a very popular venue and it is advisable to book at busy times.

Fantastic place, stunning lodges, definitely recommend getting a hot tub. The friendliness of all staff on the estate has to be commended. As for the location, stunning! Anywhere that has wild deer roaming around the lodges is a pure delight. Definitely return

Wow just wow, we stayed this weekend gone for 4 nights In The Stable house. This place is amazing, the whole house is set up immaculately and the service from checking In to checking out amazing. Staff on hand to answer the stupid questions I had to the staff checking us in. We ha e stayed here In a lodge before which are some of the best lodges we have ever stayed in but the stables house is just a level up. The scenery around and the walks by the river are just perfect and just a short walk up to main reception. Lauren who we spoke to was so friendly and understanding as we had to bring a dog with us last minute but this wasn't a problem as we notified them. We will definitely be staying hear as a group again. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Wow! Our first hot tub / lodge holiday, celebrating my birthday / our engagement, and we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and romantic place to stay. Beautiful modern lodge set in rolling countryside with lots of wildlife (peacocks, sheep, cows) and of course a fabulous hot tub underneath the stars. Great base for exploring local towns and villages like Clitheroe and Skipton. Treated ourselves to massages in our lodge from Harriet which were lovely! A truly wonderful stay to remember.

We stayed in a lodge with a hot tub. It was very quiet and peaceful and we loved the deer wandering around the park! The food at the restaurant on site was good and well priced. The lodge itself was good though there could have been better attention to detail in cleaning and some areas needed a bit of maintenance / sprucing up.

Really lovely place to go and visit and stay. I was only there for a couple of nights meeting up with friends, but we are booked again for next year. The breakfast was amazing and I'm really looking forward to going again.

We stayed in the Chatterley lodge (number 40), upon our arrival I was excited to treat my wife to a luxury lodge stay and upon more looking around the lodge I was disappointed with the condition of the lodge, not one to moan and state all defects with the lodge with reception, the whole lodge was very tired kitchen unit doors all water damaged, no electric kettle at all, just a old cheap tin gas kettle which was very slow to boil and totally poor to boil water this way, reported this every day and wanted a replacement electric one, was told this would be sorted, on the fifth day , leaving, never was given replacement, not happy, just a two seater seat in living room, not good, dirty. Bathroom floor tiles broken, most of the blinds in poor state and difficult to close, 3 light bulbs not working, bathroom sink blocked , very slow to drain, rug in bedroom wants taking out, old and slides around) tripped on it, dangerous and moved easy, decking outside poor, needs good cleaning, hot tub poor, the cover tatty, and bubble options on hot tub don't work We have stayed in many lodges and not had issues like this, the lodges need some good updating and fixture fittings need replacing. Only telling the truth and spoken to the Manager about the main things but didn't show not much interest or offer a discount on next visit. enjoyed the stay in the area, more investment in the old lodges need to be done.

A beautiful location with amazing lodges and cottages. Ideal for a long or short stay. Close to nature. Great for walking. Dog friendly. Amazing on site restaurant and bar.

We had a lovely break in lodge 54. Previous reviews said it was tired looking so we were very surprised when we arrived to see how lovely and very modern it is. Champagne and chocs on arrival for the wife's birthday was also a lovely gesture 🙌 We had dinner at the bar restaurant where food was fantastic and staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Really overpriced. Lodges too close together. No garden, which was expected from miss advertising in photos. Very poor wi fi. Poorly maintained lodge. No sign posts on site, never even found swimming pool! Restaurant was poor service, took a long time and unable to make a decent drink. No late check in,yet no reception and all given at bar were incorrect directions to our lodge, and that it was unlocked with keys inside. Why no late check-in then! Miss leading representation of wildlife on site. Owners need to try staying a week in a lodge with the faults and poor facilities. Customer service poor from start, asked a simple questions on messenger, over 24 hours later no response so asked again assuming they hadn't seen it, received quite a rude response because I should know they were busy! Knew then I should have cancelled. Stayed at a lot of lodges in UK, not one we'll be back to. Shame really, as with the location it could be nice.

What a lovely place to be and stay, the site and location are gorgeous. Not just that the staff are amazingly friendly and can't do enough. We loved it so much we've decided it's going to be were we tie the knot.

An absolutely beautiful place filled with friendly peacocks and tame deer, nestled in a picturesque tree-filled backdrop by the river Ribble - the perfect getaway. Upon arrival we stayed in Morland lodge 69. However, after realising this wouldn't be suitable for all of us and the three dogs for 7 nights, we asked Lauren the manager if we could move lodges. Lauren was so approachable, helpful and accommodating. She did her absolute best and after a few nights she contacted us to let us know she'd been able to move us to lodge Malham lodge 66 for the greater part of our stay. Lodge 66 was bigger and far more suitable for the three dogs. Plus the view and situation of the lodge was outstanding. We spent a few nights at the bar/restaurant sat outside listening to the singer and the DJ. The atmosphere and surroundings were amazing, we really enjoyed those nights. It was like being abroad. On one day we spent a sunbaked afternoon cooling off in the pool which was very clean, refreshing and well maintained. The lifeguard there was helpful and friendly. The local area is stunning, with so much to explore which we did by visiting Clitheroe Castle and Holmes Mill, Barnoldswick, Skipton and Pendle Hill. This was our second time staying at Ribblesdale and we've just booked another stay for the same time next year - we're already looking forward to that.

We recently stayed in lodge 57. upon arrival grass was not cut, unsafe uneven paving weeds growing through all over. The hot tub was missing the headrests and the cover was tatty and torn The lodge itself wasn't too bad but definitely not 5 star luxury. The windows are full height and open fully to a large drop which I think is dangerous for families with small children, we were only there a week and chose ribblesdale as it had a dog friendly bar and restauraunt on site this was closed the week we were there so very dissapointed and the bar was only open til 8.00pm so we had to go off site. We were given a 25% refund and they cut the grass but left it scalped and muddy. The refund was a kind gesture but does not make up for a ruined break. No response via email only responded when contacted via social media. The couple we stayed with complained about other issues but as yet had no response. I Would not stay here again.

Great location and grounds really let down by the lack of service and it’s definitely not luxury. Check in wasn’t good (the guy at the bar didn’t even look at us) and we weren’t really told anything just given our key and told “it’s open, everything you need to know is in there”. We arrived on a gloriously hot Friday afternoon but the outdoor pool wasn’t open. It took us about an hour to find the pool the next day because nothing is sign posted so after asking people we were told it was down a little hidden pathway and then through an area that said “private property” through a derelict car park and behind a walled area? Once we found it it was lovely! The deer walking around is lovely to see, and the accommodation itself was fine although little things like no mirrors in the bedroom, and no windows that open in the bedrooms as it’s French doors only which you can’t really keep open at night. It’s not luxurious at all and it felt tatty and run down. It’s not the peace and quiet we were looking for though because the bar/restaurant plays incredibly loud music until about 9pm which is fine but tough when trying to get kids to sleep. On the Sunday we went to the restaurant, waited 10 mins to be seated, another 15 mins to be served, and then waited 50 minutes for food and the restaurant was empty. The food was not good - there was only one vegetarian option which my husband had (veggie stir fry) which was swimming in soy sauce. I had hash browns and baked beans - they’d run out of mushrooms and then I was offered avocado to then be told they didn’t have any of that either. Thankfully they didnt charge us for the food which is a good job because it was a high price point for what it was - the soy sauce soup was £15 Definitely won’t be going back. Such a shame as it could be amazing.

Fantastic location and a lovely place to stay the only thing that let it down was the meal we had in the restaurant

Absolutely beautiful place. We stayed here as a 6 with 3 dogs and there was more than enough to do to keep us all entertained. Staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful. Will return for sure

Nice quiet location,we did hoover ourselves on arrival hubby got dog hairs on his socks, just needs a bit of tlc in the lodges, hot tub light didn't work,we didn't use the restaurant as we took our dog with us,would be ideal for a secure field for dog walking although there was various walks around, also would liked to have instructions about the heating but luckily I had the same boiler at home, would probably book again just little things really that need addressing

So disappointed . Rotting 'decking area' that was made of plywood, unsafe to walk on . A problem as it was no more that 6'x6' and was surrounded by 2 foot tall Nettles and overgrown hedge . Nettles had to be cleared from the doorway. Hot tub lid ripped to shreds so did not fit correctly, obviously this meant hot tub could not reach its temp. Loose flag stones, sofa covered in bits and human hair, I presume from the last guests so clearly not cleaned. Customer service left alot to be desired. Very tired, scruffy and neglected looking lodge.

FALSE advertising and NOT luxury. Dirty, tatty and very disappointing lodge. On arrival we had the previous occupiers toast crumbs on the dining table, tomato sauce on coffee table and bedside tables, hair in the main bed, dirty toilet, meat still stuck on the bbq, filthy floor that seems like it’s never been mopped, food stuffs in fridge, dirty oven trays. The cleaners were brought back and spent over an hour cleaning what should have been cleaned initially. But you can’t polish a t**d! The lodge had rotten, slippery decking with a broken rotten picnic table, NOT at all what you would expect from a ‘luxury lodge’. Tired, tatty kitchen with water damaged cupboards, worktop and flooring, a fridge that doesn’t close properly, dirty oven, broken blinds. Bathrooms had dirty damaged skirting, rusty handles, mouldy silicone, yellow staining round the back of the toilet. The sofa quite frankly stank and was stained, had to put duvets on it just to stand sitting on it as the smell kicked up when you sat on it. Walls were badly marked, radiators were stained. Asked to be moved but was told nothing else available. Complaint handled by maintenance not a manager who never seemed to be available. Offered a pathetic refund. Advertising of this park is a con as lodge NO 71 was definitely not as lovely as the pictures and write up make out. Conned out of our money!
