I
had
the
choice.
Patients
are
left
in
terrible
pain
after
trying
time
after
time
after
time,
in
such
despair,
on
the
phone
for
weeks
to
get
an
appointment
and
still
I
havent
managed
it!
I
did
just
get
through
later
on
in
the
day
to
be
told
"no
appointments
can
be
booked
unless
you
are
on
phone
at
8am"
and
once
they
have
been
all
booked
up
you
have
to
try
the
next
day,
believe
me
I
have
tried
and
tried
every
day
but
never
get
answered
(just
cut
off)
so
its'
catch
22.
I
was
told
no
advance
appointments,
no
telephone
or
email
consults,
which
I
would
be
so
happy
to
do,
absolutely
nothing
they
can
offer
in
the
form
of
help
except
to
say
dial
111
or
go
to
a
walk
in.
How
does
this
claim
to
be
a
functioning
doctors
surgery
as
in
my
opinion
it's
just
NOT
a
normal
functioning
practice.
I
know
they
are
very
very
busy
(I
do
understand)
but
surely
patients
shouldnt
be
left
'stranded'.
It's
so
unfair
as
I
am
sure
there
are
many
patients
like
me
who
just
have
to
suffer
until
eventually
they
will
be
forced
to
dial
999.
I
feel
TOTALLY
INSIGNIFICANT
AND
A
BURDEN,
as
if
feeling
ill
wasnt
bad
enough!
and
who
still
hasnt
been
seen
or
even
managed
to
talk
to
a
doctor.
