If I could give a zero I would. Still awaiting a call back from practice manager from three months ago. The worst system for appointments in place, spoke to a receptionist this morning after this being my 3rd day trying to get an appointment and her response was well the system works for everyone else but you. Avoid this surgery like the plague if you want to be treated with respect. Neglecting their patients

The absolute worst GP surgery I have had the misfortune to deal with. They continue to put my health at risk by refusing my medication requests providing me with only 1 weeks worth of medication at a time? Totally irresponsible, dangerous to my health (I had to miss 4 days worth last week which resulted in adverse withdrawal effects). I’ve tried to join a different surgery however it appears I must have done something extremely bad in a past life as I cannot seem to escape them! There are some empathetic members of staff however a couple of members from the admin team are incompetent and rude. It should not be this hard to order what was once an easy monthly repeat prescription process. I find my anxiety spikes every time I have to deal with them.

For two weeks I've been attempting to get an appointment with no luck. The phones are blocked immediately at 8 am and you can never get through. If you get on the line after 08:01 there is no point holding in the queue because I assure you all of the appointments are gone. The issues I need addressing can't be dealt with at the walk in and I can't sign up to a good doctors as they're all full. Don't bother signing up here. Honestly I've not noticed a difference between not being signed up and right now. The only difference is the added stress of knowing I'll never be successful getting an appointment. I'll probably just have to wait for things to get worse then go to A&E or something. I'm going to unregister today. You might think it is better to be registered somewhere than to not be registered. I can tell you that is simply not true. I'd rather know it is impossible for me to see a doctor than to have false hope.

Started ringing Manor Farm practice just before 8am and it went from surgery closed straight to engaged, after 144 attempts I finally got through to be told no appointments left and to try again at 8am tomorrow. They then offered me an appointment for Saturday morning but couldn't offer me one for tomorrow. Can't believe this surgery are actually still taking on new patients when they can't care for the existing ones. I've already started a formal complaint because no surgery should be allowed to operate in this way when sick people depend on them. Advice for new patients, FIND A DIFFERENT PRACTICE!!

Waiting 5 days for a electric prescription.for my sons epilepsy, he had a sizure and had to phone ambulance whilst waiting for the prescription. And put you in a half hour que coz you can't get on line prescription then cut you off when you get to position 1. Very poor practice and put peoples lives at risk threw lack of communication .

Not even worth 1 star! Can never get an appointment. The new booking system is horrendous and doesn’t allow for people who work full time and need to book ahead and take time off work. They constantly refer patients on the phone to the walk in or to A&E which is disgusting. On the odd occasion contact is made with a doctor the doctor is different every time, has not read notes and makes you feel like you’re wasting their time/ try to push you off the line. Just the tip of the iceberg with the complaints about this surgery/ Aston health care in general

Good luck dealing with this practice. Don't give a monkeys about helping patients. Haven't even been able to get an appointment since before Christmas 2022. And the staff just say we can't book one but don't offer any solutions. Had arguement with receptionist trying to get appointment. Didn't get one but I did get a letter warning me not to abuse staff. Didn't swear. Didn't call him names or use violence. Simply raised my voice out of frustration. I'm moving practice as I would get better medical care off an untrained monkey then I would off these.

I rang up for a prescription yesterday, I was told , that it was no longer acceptable to order a repeat prescription on the phone . I explained to somebody called Shelly , there has not been any warning that it couldn’t be done by phone anymore ,and if I had known I would of made alternative arrangements. Please on this occasion would it be possible, and never again , just to request my prescription by phone , as it is all heart medication and it will run out in 2 days . I am ill at the moment and don’t think I can manage a walk to the surgery to put a prescription form in the post box . I was told NO ! Is pleaded with her , she repeated No ! I eventually managed to walk to the surgery ,which was so hard ,with a heart condition. I am now extremely worried that it won’t of gone to the chemist . Why does it have to be so hard ?Aston Health Care ?

SHAMEFUL - I wouldnt even give 1 star if I had the choice. Patients are left in terrible pain after trying time after time after time, in such despair, on the phone for weeks to get an appointment and still I havent managed it! I did just get through later on in the day to be told "no appointments can be booked unless you are on phone at 8am" and once they have been all booked up you have to try the next day, believe me I have tried and tried every day but never get answered (just cut off) so its' catch 22. I was told no advance appointments, no telephone or email consults, which I would be so happy to do, absolutely nothing they can offer in the form of help except to say dial 111 or go to a walk in. How does this claim to be a functioning doctors surgery as in my opinion it's just NOT a normal functioning practice. I know they are very very busy (I do understand) but surely patients shouldnt be left 'stranded'. It's so unfair as I am sure there are many patients like me who just have to suffer until eventually they will be forced to dial 999. I feel TOTALLY INSIGNIFICANT AND A BURDEN, as if feeling ill wasnt bad enough! and who still hasnt been seen or even managed to talk to a doctor.

Rang the Pilch Lane surgery only to be told I have to ring at 8am to get an appointment on the day of ringing. Can't book in advance. Rang 8am next day. Can't get through. Absolutely disgusting service. People will die due to this. I have symptoms that a friend of mine some years back had and he died. I'm not saying I have the same issue but it's possible. Bloody fuming. Can't even book online consultation.

The worst Medical Practice ever. Never go there. They just don't care. Their staff is unqualified, doctors uneducated. Whole process is just a joke. I can't believe it still exists. Does anybody control them?

Certain services are only available between arbitrary times, including calling regarding general enquiries. They often redirect you to an online consultation form, which isn't fit for purpose. The staff do their best, but poor management and corner cutting is failing both them and patients.

Ridiculous. You will be in the waiting room longer than you are with the DR. One problem per appointment! Rang multiple times about a medication allergy on record that I don't have for it to have not been changed still! Ridiculous I know I'm not allergic because I have never been prescribed that medication.

Shockingly bad. They really don't care. Phone at 08:00:00 - you are 11th in the queue. Twenty minutes later when you get through all appointments for today are gone. What about pre-bookable appointments for next week? They're all gone too but why don't you try again tomorrow and go through all this again? Won't that be fun? No, that's OK, I'll probably be dead by then.

I had issues after the birth of my son, was dealt with quickly and professionally both by the relief doctors and the reception staff. My husband has recently moved over to this surgery too and the relief doctors have since diagnosed him after 4 years of ignorance from his previous doctors.
