Excellent customer service. Ive bought a couple of the bracelets as gifts and have since purchased beads to add to them. So helpful in getting the size of the bracelets correct and in ensuring the engraving on the beads looked how I wanted it.

Not only did they ring me to offer me a better way having my engravings also saved me some money and when my bracelet came it was abit to big which was my mistake, baileys had no hesitation as to having the bracelet sent back and re sized at free of charge. My bracelet arrived yesterday - bang on time according to the ETA provided by the courier company. I absolutely love it - the unique look and ruggedness are fantastic - just what I was looking for when I first started searching men's industrial jewellery that didn't have to be removed in the sea, shower and when doing extreme sports such as mountain biking. Asides the quality of the workmanship, the customer service was second-to-none. In a world of long waits on hold to access call centres, it was a pleasure to deal directly with Adele on all the finer details. Absolutely love my new black bracelet with three signature beads in silver, rose gold and rainbow. Amongst the engravings, I sent in designs including a sketch of my labrador and David Bowie's lightning bolt and black star. I was staggered at the quality and accuracy of the work. These bracelets may not be cheap, but you get an absolute top quality product, beautifully produced and presented coupled with premium sales service. I'm already saving up for my next bracelet.

I've got to say I love mens jewellery and often buy myself a few pieces. The day came when my bracelet arrived. Gutted. It’s was too big. Adele to the rescue. Within a week I received my new perfectly fitting bracelet personally delivered by Adele to my house. Amazing quality and great customer service

It may be just repeating what other reviewers have said, but the level of customer service from Baileys is exceptional. When I first purchased my necklace, I wandered into their workshop/shop just off Bramell Lane to be met by an incredibly helpful man, who worked with me to make sure my necklace was the exact size I wanted and made sure it was ready for me within the two hours I had before my train. Several years down the line, when I needed a slight fix to the necklace, Adele was incredibly helpful. Arranging a quick fix and return and putting up with my slightly lockdown addled emails/brain. Overall cannot recommend them highly enough, both in terms of quality of product, style and customer service.

I think the aforementioned reviews say it all. This company, Bailey of Sheffield, is truly exceptional. Exceptional not only in the unique product they offer but too with the bespoke free customer service that is integrated with it. Just imagine, you call their customer service telephone number and a human being takes the call, no queuing, no endless music, no time wasting. How rare is that? Nowadays. I purchased the Bailey “ fully loaded “ stainless steel bracelet some 8 months ago. I put it on, and never took it off …except, to add 2 more “ beads “, to it, this last week, Aug ‘22. The consultation with ( Scottie) one of the founders of the company was invaluable. I had asked for a special engraving of my country’s ( Bavaria ) flag, to be engraved onto the Bailey ID Bead. Not an easy request, as the Bavarian state flag is comprised of a pattern of ( Geometric Lozenges ). Despite this, it was immediately taken aboard, an engraving proof of a monochrome sample provided, and fitted to the bracelet and shipped back to me within days. The engraving itself provided FREE of charge. In addition to this bead, I also purchased a further bead, from their new “ Glow Bead “ Range. What a revelation and treat! I first became aware of Bailey of Sheffield on IG. I am a bracelet wearer and was immediately attracted to the product. I worked with their customer service and ordered a bracelet with beads that were customized just to my liking and wishes. Bailey of Sheffield took care of me 110% and I have not removed the bracelet since receiving except for when working in my home shop. Craftmanship is top notch and worth it in my opinion.

My wife has had a Baileys Bracelet for 2 years and now I have one the anthracite one to match my anthracite wedding ring. The jewellery is really great and people often comment about it's style.It is well worth investing in .

An excellent company to deal with - orders delivered promptly, the jewellery is of an exceptionally high quality and looks stunning and the customer service is second to none. I've had two reasons to email the company, both emails were responded to personally the same day (none of this 'we'll do our best to respond within 24hours'), and both queries were dealt with very efficiently.
