First time visited Naturals...never planned for any facial since I accompanied my wife...but Ram's approach was very professional and the way he explained really made me to do the facial...he was a through professional in his duties and did an excellent job...I came with a dull face but he made my face look bright n charming...kudos to Ram... excellent 👌👌 👌👌 job...keep it up.. Long way to go..!!

He took the time to listen to my hair needs and offered insightful suggestions for a new style. Ram's expertise shone through during the entire process. His cutting and styling skills are top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. The precision and attention to detail he put into my haircut were truly impressive. Not only is Ram a skilled stylist, but his friendly and warm demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. He made me feel comfortable and ensured that I was satisfied with every step of the process.

I went for an hair smoothening . While entering the salone it self I felt that there is no professionalism in the staff and the manager. After all the fights and arguments with in staff they started doing my hair smoothening. Previously I did 3 times with some other salons it was good .. But this time with naturals, theni branch is horrible.. after hair wash part of my hair was not looking like straightened hair and also my skull got damaged and it’s burned due to chemical reaction or heat of the straightener.I have informed the staff while doing itself but she said it’s just ah pain due to that hot air 😮‍💨.. after that I have verified the review column in Google it’s all good reviews.. I came to know that we can’t believe the reviews. I am writing this review only because no one should believe the reviews.. Such a worst experience I ve had.. my hair looks like a brush..

I have booked Ms Ramya for my both wedding reception and wedding makeover at PC Patti, Theni. She have done such an amazing job. The makeover was so on point and exactly how I wanted. Since I’m from Malaysia, she is been my extended helping hand from arranging my accessories for both reception and wedding, booked mehendi artist, to order the flowers. She’s been a really sweetheart to me. She also done personal makeover to my mother and aunt. Both my mom n aunt looks so beautiful. Apart from wedding makeover, Ms Ramya suggested for hair spa & bridal facial. The services were superb good. Horrible service I had been for a haircut for my husband an pedicure an eyebrows for me sorry to say they are not professional before haircut the stylist never asked what is the client requirement an what style he need my husband said he needs a cut because my husband has curly hair so wanted to go to a professional stylist but this was so bad so my husband told the stylist to shave his head of and pedicure was charged 650 the lady never used hot water she used scurb an pack applied an washed in seconds scurb she just applied not even for 5 second no leg massage no nail polish I even asked if it's late I will come tomorrow I have done pedicure in many places there will be hot water massage for atleast a 2mints and eyebrows she finished gave me tissue to dust I asked for a brush she never applied any cream after she finished my eyebrows she was very rough for eyebrows I think natural s has to traine the employee in all the ways from greetings a customer an making a coustomer comfortable is very important because it's a small town theni you people feel no body knows about the service's very unhappy

Reflexology is a special service provided by Mr.Mathi a therapist who pursued and specialised person with differently ability and I availed this service 2nd time from him. Do take this service as it really relax us.

Excellent service. Great care. Went in for their foot reflexology massage by Mathivaanan Anna. He made me comfortable and also knew exactly what to do to remove the pain in my feet. Definitely recommend his service. Will surely be going again in a few weeks.
