I loved the unique designs and the interaction with the staff. There was however a delay in bill generation as we had to exchange a gold coin during the purchase. Apart from the delay, it was a really good experience. One of the staff members delivered the bill home the next day. I would definitely recommend Bluestone and will go there again.

Newly opened store. Ring collections are more when compared to other brand. Associates help getting info on percentage of metal present in the ring immediately and if it can be customized or not . If it can be customized then what kind of customizations can be done. Like If a yellow gold jewel can be made to rose-gold, can the jewel be mad with different quality (clarity and color ) stone etc.. store associates are patient and responsive.
