During
my
first
consultation,
I
was
told
about
the
plan
of
action
and
the
costs
involved
and
the
method
of
payment
which
was
accepted
by
both,
the
clinic
and
myself.
It
was
clearly
accepted
that
payment
would
be
in
two
halfs,
one
in
the
beginning,
and
the
second
half
upon
completion
of
half
(6th
session)
of
the
total
sessions
involved
(12
sessions).
Despite
of
that,
I
was
asked
for
the
second
half
of
the
payment
during
my
4th
&
5th
session.
Both
the
times,
I
reminded
them
of
what
was
agreed
upon,
and
they
had
obliged
with
the
same.
When
I
sat
for
the
6th
session
(virtually),
15
mins
after
the
said
time
of
appointment,
I
receive
a
message
stating
"Sir,
your
appointment
is
cancelled
today
due
to
non
payment
despite
several
reminders".
After
which,
i
called
them
up
to
speak
about
the
same,
to
my
surprise,
they
chose
to
avoid
my
call.
Post
which
I
had
a
detailed
chat
with
them
on
WhatsApp
about
the
same
where
they
were
responding
on
texts,
but
didn't
happen
to
have
the
professionalism
of
calling
back
despite
of
cancelling
my
appointment
after
the
said
time.
It
felt
as
if
they
feel
that
they're
offering
the
treatment
for
free,
and
not
rather
being
able
to
stick
by
their
word
as
accepted
upon.
For
a
clinic
of
this
standard,
this
is
some
extremely
cheap
behaviour
from
their
end.
Sincerely
hope
the
clinic
is
able
to
change
their
nature
towards
these
things,
and
get
their
systems
in
order.

I
haven't
missed
mentioning
anything.
What's
missing
is
the
fact
that
you
haven't
checked
the
same
with
the
receptionist/front
desk
incharge
with
regards
to
what
was
agreed
upon
despite
of
this
issue
surfacing.
Since,
she
is
the
person
who
spoke
to
me
about
the
payments,
she
should
have
clarity
about
it
as
I
mentioned
on
the
chat,
and
in
my
attempt
to
clarify
the
same
on
the
call
which
wasn't
answered,
nor
returned.
Also,
if
the
appointment
wasn't
confirmed
as
per
what
you're
saying,
then
why
was
I
provided
with
the
zoom
meeting
details
that
morning
despite
of
the
appointment
not
being
confirmed?
A
waste
of
the
patient's
time
and
unprofessionalism?
If
that
was
the
case,
why
wasn't
the
call
answered
that
morning
but
there
was
constant
communication
on
WhatsApp?
Despite
of
all
that
being
mentioned,
there
hasn't
been
a
call
back
till
date.
Is
there
a
reason
because
the
clinic
didn't
themselves
have
any
clarity
on
the
payment
terms?
Kindly
note,
this
review
is
for
the
admin
trouble
and
not
the
medical
treatment
offered.
Hope,
that
helps
you
in
understanding
patient
information
is
not
freely
to
be
discussed
on
public
platforms.
I'm
sure,
you
being
a
medical
practitioner
is
well
aware
of
the
same.
