My father was admitted here. We had a pleasant experience with the doctor and Nurses. Hospital is decent. However we had bad experience with Insurance and very bad experience with pharma. In spite of having very good insurance for my parents their process was very slow and they will frustrate you till complete the process, even though patient in critical situation. Once the process is done then everything went well. Beware of pharmacy they literally cheat you with unwanted medicines if they know you have insurance. I caught them upfront and warned them. They have tie up with Nurse and Pharmacy, in the back door they will send back the medicines. Not sure Hospital management know about this. Genuine review.

My father had a heart attack and was admitted to the hospital in a critical situation. Dr. BharathiDhasan clearly explained his health condition and started the surgery immediately. Surgery has taken few hours and He saved my father's life with immediate action and huge effort even though my father lost consciousness several times during the surgery. My father took 2 days to recover from that critical stage. During the first 48Hrs after the surgery, all the nurses and doctors in ICU continuously monitored his health condition and act immediately and took necessary treatments immediately. With their endless effort, support, and lots of hope, my father was back to completely normal within a few days. Stupid place. One scan will take 4 hours. Not to mention they don't know how to prioritize. 9 month pregnant woman was kept waiting without food or water for 4 hours just to take a ultrasound scan. If you have time to waste a whole day, then make sure to pack lunch before going here.

Although the entire checkup process took more time than usual but totally worth the wait time. Pls arrange car parking as soon as possible. Urgently we are coming to park the car but one monthly heavy water staying in ground and also can't park the car.. We are parking on highways only at that time near shop owners all are shouting don't park in front of my shop. While car parking car has no grip and sikiting and also car block ik water.. Pls arrange car parking meanwhile treatment is very good but parking only irritating us.. Pls take steps manipal hosptial - salem management. Very unfortunate/unacceptable experience wth Manipal hospital,Salem today. I have been customer of Manipal hospital Bangalore from 15 years and never had single disappointment. But on 6th Feb, I went for regular check up with Dr. Syed (cardiology)in Salem Manipal hospital, it took 15 mins for billing and than 25 mins for bp, temp, weight checking. Then went to consult doctor but found that doctor syed went on rounds ....... and didn't turned back for more than an hour. The nurse kept telling us that he will be back soon ... every 15mins, losing the patience, I asked for refund of consultation fees and receptionist assured/requested me to wait for 10 mins that doctor will come back soon. Later after 10mins she refunded me the fees. I shall never go back to Manipal hospital, Salem. Very much disappointed after keeping the customers waiting with false information.

We are regular Customers of Manipal hospital SALEM. Very affordable Hospital which I had done this treatment anywhere in Salem definitely it would have cost double or triple than this , very very AFFORDABLE AFFORDABLE AFFORDABLE. Everyone should utilize this Hospital and Manipal is the best for middle class people when it comes to the treatment cost . Staffs at Manipal are friendly and create like home atmosphere. And I visited most of the time for ORTHOPEDIC department. And my daughter is the patient of Dr.Sivaraj. Doctor is very polite cooperative and also very helpful. Surgery ORIF LEFT ANKLE DISTAL FIBULA LCP & CANCELLOUS SCREW FOR MERDIAL MALLEOLUS. Actually my brother suggested one famous Hospital in coimbatore but I knew MANIPAL Salem is the best when compared to that Hospital. After the surgery my daughter is completely fine and happy.Doctor provided all the required information regarding treatment. We are very happy.The staff at Billing counter is really a good shout-out to coordinates all the appointments they are so dedicated, passionate about the work, supportive of patients in all aspects. Thank You!! Premisis & infrastructure Maintaining nicely. Nursing team was really very helpful. Staff also treating nicely with patients. Had a wonderful experience at the hospital, I was tensed as we reached the hospital due to the health problems and worsening of symptoms. The hospital really took care of us and quickly did the needful for the treatment. I can’t thank enough the staff of 2nd floor for always being available and doing everything possible for the patient to be comfortable and helping in the speedy recovery.The service was really good. The nurses took really good care of the patient. Nurses also explained the causes and the possible preventive measures we can take after treatment. The dietician and food department people were proactively coming to the room . Overall it was a really good experience.Wonderful experience with . Dr. Sivaraj was a wonderful doctor, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, The car parking facilities are just MIND BLOWING , they have a huge car parking ground You can easily park 70 plus cars without any problem. I am so glad I chose Manipal SALEM and would highly recommend to anyone.The service I received from this hospital was just excellent.. I have shared my experience for entire team doing well and Good job, very appreciated.Dr . Sivaraj gave good medications and best treament to me. And I would like to Say thanks to housekeeping staffs who is extremely helpful Because they maintained the entire Hospital like 5 Star hotel and also I'm surprised how Manipal team maintains the hospitality at it's best with AFFORDABLE FEES.
