Not recommended at all. i would have given a zero rating if there was one. Very poor customer service and do-not have enough daily wear bangles collection, we will have to wait until they get the bangles collection from other branches. Redeeming the saved smart gold is a mission and there is no other option to redeem other than purchasing gold from them though the models are not impressive enough. Highest making charges and wastage compared to the other shops in the town. The customer need to think twice before purchasing a gold jewellery from them paying so much wastage cost and joining their gold saving scheme. Not happy at all with my purchase.

Had a very bitter experience with Thoothukudi's Thangamayil Jewellery. Ordered a ring and was happy when received the call that it was made ready ahead of time. When received the end product it was horrible. Worst finishing ever. Size mismatch. Will never ever recommend this Jewelry for anyone ever. If they cannot give as per order they should not have taken the order only. Didn't even make any effort to rectify their blunder when we complained the finishing is horrible. You can see the dent on the ring clearly. Wondering how such unfinished product is delivered.
