Excellent facility for Indian medicine- Siddha, Ayurveda, Unani. Like all Government hospitals its 100% FREE, except for few rude doctors and staff who act like they are doing charity but get government salaries. Medicines are great and are highly effective. The outpatient timings are operated both in the morning and early evenings. Usually there’s a crowd as timings come to a close. Take small boxes/containers to get medicines and oils.

Free treatment and medicine. Good improvement. Need to bring containers to collect medicines. Peoples are selling containers in hospital entrance too. Timing is 7.30 to 12am and 3-5pm. providing free food to in patients. Canteen is there. Hospital is located in backside of anna arch. Ola going to wrong direction. Beware of it. Ayurvedha, siddha, unani, yoga, homeopathy, varma all available in same place. Special siddha OP is there for skin disease, asthma, BP etc. Dr.Latha sitting in room no 1 is very good in nature and in caring. Cons Many times medicines are not available. Not maintaing proper stock of medicines Giving medicines for one week only. Need to go every week to get medicines. It will be good if They can give medicine for one month.

A very good Govt free facility for Indian traditional medical treatment in Ayurvedic, Sidha and Unani medicines. Visited this hospital which is located very near to Anna Arch, Anna Nagar in Chennai. It houses inpatient facilities for needy. The treatment provided is free and All doctors give good advice and medicines free of charges. For medicines you have to carry 3 to 5 small plastic containers for receiving free medicines for 5 to 7 days. For more medicines you have to visit these doctors here again as they can check the effects of their treatment and decide on further medicines. You have to go to the reception which is in the front of clinic veranda and take a receipt after informing your treatment preferences like Sidha, Ayurvedic or Unani. Then you will be directed to go to the concerned dept and see the doctors. Mostly doctors are seniors experienced. Visited Sidha dept for consulting and treatment. It was a pleasant experience when I had consultations with Dr. Ven Thamarai Selvin., a senior Sidha doctor. She was attentive, kind and prescribed medicine and advice. Have to really appreciate her and all other dept doctors for their good service though they have to attend a large no of patients most of the time. The TN govt can keep this place more cleaner and provide more facilities for Doctors and patients as well.

HOMEOPATHY: A month back I consulted with a male doctor who was so responsive and service minded. I admired on his service. NOW, a lady doctor who is lethargic and looks like she just came here by fate. Bring service minded people like him back if anyone can.

Excellent place for healthy treatment for all diseases & health issues. People can avail all the benefits for cost of free since its a government hospital. Consultation & medicines are all free. But take 5 or 6 empty containers from home, to get the medicines (all in legium & syrup form mostly) !!! Better to avail these best medicines rather than going & falling for English allopathic medicines which are prepacked with side effects....!

Visited this campus for the first time. Doctors and the staff were found busy and active. This part of Indian medicine needs to be published on electronic and social media so that more people can avail this facility in the days to come. I visited the Unani hospital/ centre basically for a skin treatment.
