The property is really good and well-maintained, restaurant atmosphere is calm and relaxed, with classical instrumental music. Breakfast is yummy with a variety of options! On top there main asset is their staff! Overall good work to the management of the Hotel, will visit with my family soon!

The hotel stays was awesome. We were upgraded to Super deluxe room without any extra payment. Staff behaviour was polite. The cafeteria food quality was also very good.

Excellent hotel and customer care. The hotel is well located and staff are extremely caring. The hotel has all necessary facilities and the food is delicious - both Indian and Chinese. Will definitely take beautiful memories back home and eager to come here soon

Hotel Elite is excellent at customer service. The staff is extremely caring. Receptionist Mondal and the female staff manager took really good care of us during our stay. The food is amazing especially their bakery- brownies, choco lava cake and cookies are super yum. Surely visit this place when in lonavla :)
