Very supportive staff, not like other big stores where staff just ignore customer like they are doing a favor. This is the reason we first go to Shoppers Stop and then other stores if we still don't find the stuff needed. Also there Black membership program offers great value and service. One of the best.

Impressive, Everything Under a Single Roof, Shoppers Stop Had a Variety of Clothing options Rather brands for Men Which, Despite.of Being too expensive it is fair to found them at a single place.. Staff is Polite, at first the store seemed very small but they have the floor beneath first floor where mens clothing is placed..

Shoppers stop is always my favorite. If has a lot of brands and a lot of variety in them. The staff is very good and helpful. There are very good discounts during their discount Days and extra discounts for their members. Homestop also has good options for appliances and furniture. The best thing I like about here is the variety for children's clothes.

Best store for shopping Clothes For Male ,Female & Kids…here u will get all brands clothes under one roof..Brands Like Arrow, Allen solley ,US Polo ,LP,jack & Jones,UCB , Levis ,Spyker ,Wrangler & So many…they have different section For every brand….in every section staff is there to guide… Female section is different, Male section is different & Kids section is different…. If u want to try then u can try anything ..also trial room is available to check Fitting n everything… Also they have new collection in every brands..after purchase anything if u want to alter anything then they have facility available at customer service desk… In occasion time offer will be there like Buy 2 get 1 or Buy 1 get 1 free … All staff is good & there service is also good….also they maintain good cleanliness.. Better store compared to other clothing brands or chains. Good options for various clothes, watches, perfumes, cosmetics, footwear, house holds, kitchen ware, luggage/bags etc including availability in most of the sizes. Watch out for footwear offers some times which are too good and u can get them in best deals. Women's wear & kid's wear is on GF and Men's wear & footwear on 1F. Escalator is also available inside for going up and stairs for coming down. Entrance/exit on both GF & 1F.

This outlet in Seasons Mall, had a good collection of bags and clothing. The staff there was quite helpful and friendly. They had a few offers on handbags during my visit.

Elegant with a lot of variety of almost everything that we need (except food material). The shop is elegant, full of beautiful displays. I must say the people working here have taken a lot of efforts of making it look out of the world. Nicely organized. The customer assist representatives were easily approachable. They are very good and helpful.

The store is decent but very poor checkout experience ... Takes forever. Also they gavee a product, a warranty card for a different product and receipt for something else... Took a long time to get it sorted out and even so, it was not completely clean

This place is an excellent choice if you want to do the shopping for shoes, slippers, and garments with some of the latest trends and popular labels available at the store. The women's collection is much better, and you can enjoy your shopping here, the staff members are friendly, and the service is quite good.

Good quality products available... You will find all types of varieties. From cheap to really good but finding a cheap product is quite difficult.. also you can't find a good offer on a good product... This will make you feel like buying a costly product ..

I'm very disappointed that they lured me into buying membership by saying that parking would be free at season's mall for every members.They told me that I just have to tell my registered mobile number. And in reality none of the security guards were aware of it. I had to wait outside several minutes in car to talk to the head of security in order to confirm about this.It was extremely disappointing when I came to know that this free parking is only for 2 wheelers and that too outside in the open , not in the basement.

The problem is which all users shoppers stop targets in real life? They are mostly luxury carpets, pillows, crockery, glassware, and some toys and some garments for kids and adults then bags. Isn't it very confusing 😂

Was billing and the Display for ceramic items is placed right close to children’s accessories and clothes.My child though older but not paying attention to her surroundings knocked off the ceramic mugs displayed.I paid for the damages immediately but the cashier lady mentioned this has happened many times and their store manager isn’t changing the location of the same.Probably waiting for a major accident I guess.Mr.Amol Narawade the store manager hope you would look into the matter at the earliest.

One of the best experiences to shop here as first citizen along with help of Personal assistance Akansha. She was very helpful to assist and suggest clothes and give nice advice. Really happy to obtain the first citizen membership with SS rally happy.

Nothing much now , boring style boring colours , better things else where, birthday month discount also is a farce as one must shell out 5000/ i don't see any point, even redemption of points is an app Download.. I don't want to waste my data not money on rich khadoos kanjoos owners who can't make the customer happy.Just that it's in a mall so I go there but shopping isn't fun anymore.

Everything is quite good but I have to complaint billing staff are not detailing about offers to customer such as about membership & it's benefit, on purchase of certain amount suitcase at reduced rate. These were explained at other big store.

Excellent service. Guy Amt at the billing counter saved us approx 250 bucks by reminding us to use points. Also got another year of Shoppers Stop subscription! Suitcase collection, womens clothing collection, plastic boxes , crockery is great!

The place is good to shop. Safety measures to the point. The only thing I did not like was the staff was hovering around everywhere to make me try the products as if competing with themselves as to which brand clothes are sold more. They almost pressurise you to first try and then actually buy the clothes, not giving any moment of privacy or space to discuss that was a bit annoying.

Good and my favourite place for shopping before Myntra and Jabong started giving me same stuff in half price.

The place is huge and typical shoppers stop. The place is not much crowded much which makes the shopping experience pleasant.

Ethnic variety was good but western collection had no sizes. This could be due to the pandemic too. Stock needs to be refreshed.
