Pathetic...zero cleanliness....the trolleys too are in bad shape and dirty to the core...the system to submit your review too is not working

Good place to buy all you need , essential crockery home appliances , daily product . You will get all in good and affordable price. D-mart product have good quality.

Ambience is not so properly visible. Very tidy inside. Roadside Parking available for 2 wheelers. Auto Rickshaw available easily outside the Mart. Almost all Kirana articles, clothes as well as Utensils & Kitchen Appliances available in 3 storeyed Shop. I've not found these articles here - Nescafe Gold Coffee, Pila Sarso (Yellow Mustard).

Its safe to say that with in a few days almost all of the residents have taken to D-Mart. A few things that work at D-Mart. 1. You can get almost everything under the sun except for vegetables and fruits. 2. Items are priced reasonably cheaper than the Big Bazaars / Local Super Markets. 3. The store layout is clean and intuitive. 4. Ample parking space for cars both at grounds level and basement parking Top three reasons for D-marts success story are - 1) Discount 2) Discount 3) Discount D-mart must be a B-school case to analyse how business explodes if we advertise discounts consistently and honestly. No conditions apply business, just honest abdul's discount.

The place is always crowded. Has decent selection of items but have found variety and products less compared to Dmarts in Koperkhairne, Seawoods and Kharghar. The crowd here is very rude and undisciplined.The staff crowds the place with restocking the shelves during the most peak shopping period, blocking the already crowded aisles. People really don't understand trolley etiquettes, the meaning of excuse me, will just hit you with their trolley and not apologize and have no Billing counter queue manners, which lead to very unpleasant shopping experience 90% of the time. Parking space is absolutely nil, which is same for all the Dmarts in the area, they have only one lift which technically is for customers but they use all the time for moving merchandise and is always unavailable or waiting period is more for the same. I noticed that the staff have a different set of elevators..,why can't they use that one then?

A super place to buy daily use things at a reasonable price. We can buy home kitchens using things, men's, children, ladies wear clothes also and bed sheet, pillow and pillow covers all things at a reasonable price. But on the bill counter there is so much rust at all. But the quality of all things are good.

Today's experience is so bad I found there KS Rush deodorant spray tag 260ml and actual spray 220ml. The administration does not pay attention to these things.

Dmart Juinagar-very rude customer service, often limited billing counters and the employees behave like they rulers even security also seen often shouting at customers...Dmart need to understand Customers have built them what they are...if you lack customer centric you will have consequences sonner or later...Just an opinion from the experience of shopping at Dmart...

USUALLY D'MART IS A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE GO TO BUY CHEAP GOODS. ITS FREQUENTLY VISITED BY LOWER & MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE. THE GOODS ARE NOT MUCH OF SO HIGH QUALITY. ITS OKAY. BUT ITS BELOW THE USUAL STANDARD QUALITY. IF YOU JUST SEE, EACH & EVERY ITEM, THESE ARE USED BY LOWER MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE AND HENCE THE QUALITY IS NOT GOOD BUT YOU CAN USE THEM ONCE BUT THESE DON'T LAST FOR LONG. IF YOU CLOSELY & KEENLY OBSERVE, YOU WILL FIND LOWER MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE ONLY GOING THERE.

1. DMart policy of mobile jammer is disgusting. Doctors, Housewives, mother's of small kids visiting store remain unconnected. DMart management is worried of cost comparison with Amazon//, Flipkart etc and customer will realise cost on with online market places is less than DMart. 2. At Juinagar DMart you have to give up the trolly at one end and then take off all products purchases and kept in trolly to another end where you have kept your bags at security.

This is a super shop where you can buy at minimum price and also its a huge source of brand product. Its nex to Juinagar station,Navi Mumbai.

Departmental stores in Juinagar Navi Mumbai Household items to Personal needs at one place. Visited on weekends morning hours was less crowded staff were friendly and products were well organised. Checked out at the counter much faster than expected. Not much space for four wheeler parking but ample space for bike

Located at proper place. Parking place to some extent available outside dnart apart from dmart parking. Most of the items available and products are available at cheaper rates in comparison to the competitors. There is lot of outgoing of material hence chances of getting old stock is out of question.

It is one of the best D-Mart which provides hassle free shopping. Employees are working & manage everything in their best possible way. Very polite employee who serve at the billing counter and they work very efficiently. Overall I had a very good experienced..

Its a fine supermarket. Problem is that there are less counters and workers nowadays. Before there were seperate counters for limited products and now people with just 3-5 products in basket have to wait in a line for about 15-30 minutes. The rate is moderately fine. There are almost 90% of any product you want to buy in one supermarket.

Heavy crowd on Saturday Sunday. You can go on weekdays mostly in 1-4 pm so u came across to the least crowd.. It has almost everything with wide range of varieties. Staff is also good nd well behaved..

It's a one stop solution for all your home requirements. If you want to buy less than 10 items then also it is time saving since they have a special separate que for people who want to buy less than 10 items. Staff is customer friendly

Overcrowding is a big problem on weekends & festivals. Management needs to arrange more Billing counters to avoid waiting in long queues. Overall products are good

Very bad management as per my observation They don't have proper management,as the queue is increased they have to open others Billing counters too,but they didn't open. Almost all types of daily needs are available here - from groceries to utensils! Recommended to visit morning as by evening there's lot of crowd. If you have purchased anything that counts upto 10 quantities, there's dedicated counter that accept's upto 10 quantity only. Timings as per them: - Morning 8 am to 11 pm.All days open.

If you go for cloths shopping you will not get more option's. Well and good for Daily wear cloths.

D mart always is best option for monthly needs. This d mart is of 3 floors, ground floor has all kirana items, first floor is clothings and household items. Second floor has electrical and hardware items. Very crowded, go early morning to avoid rush. Overall best place.

I Purchased some micro fiber clothes to clean my bike. On floor sales person was not much informative and didn't had the stock knowledge. Payment process was seamless didn't got any bag to carry the purchased item. The exit gate security was harrassing as she asked me to show all the item purchased and then checked the invoice. Overall experience was good and price's was on average same as other competitors

Groceries, staples, food items, dairy, frozen, clothing for all ages and gender, furnishings, kitchenware, cutlery, footwear, sports items, electrical items - all available at reasonable rates on condition of furnishing of vaccine certificate (of course on mobile)

It never fails to attract customers with its bumper everyday discounts..this is an A to Z shopping center with loaded crowds everytime 😁. I always go to buy 2 3 items but returns home with bag full of items😥

Best place to buy groceries but you would find difficulties to find parking also trolley not allowed to take till your vehicle that may be coz of the ppls leave trolley far

A very amazing shopping experience at this dmart Customer friendly Staff the only thing that made me give 4 stars were the queue and the billing counters which had very long and the staff was slow overall a good experience.

You can find basically anything here, also good service.. just crowded on holidays so go on week days mostly

Best factor about DMart Juinagar is its location from Railway Station and multiple floors with lift. Also staff is well cultured and curious. So if you are Navi Mumbai resident. Prefer to buy from here you can plan your shopping which will save time prepare your cart in lunch time cash out after duty. No need to waste Saturday Sunday in cart shopping buy little every alternate day. Spend your valuable holidays with family. Not to be forģotten 10 items express counter for emergency needs.

Households, toiletries and groceries etc are on its budget low, compare to other stores and markets. But clothes are outdated. People understand who want to buy and who don't.

Staffs are very friendly and well behaved. Stocks are also good. Location is just 2 mins walk from Juinagar Station. Avoid Sundays as it is usually crowded. I prefer visiting on weekday evenings. Floorwise it is bogger than Nerul d-mart.

Good , about to all things available of daily living and very easy to go for medium level people because just besides of mumbai local train station Juinagar
