I guess my job was the fluke. I called Ernesto because of his perfect 5 star rating and was surprised with the result from the work he so called completed for me. He didn't premix the paint that I left for him to do touch ups and the results are as you can see in the pictures. We agreed that he would caulk 2 bathrooms, one he did okay and the other looks like he gave up halfway and left it worse than before. While he did complete a number of the task we agreed upon, I'm left still wondering how a handyman with such great reviews and so much years of experience neglets to stir the paint before use. I ended up paying Ernesto $1500 dollars for the one day work he did after he threatened to put a lien on my house. I did not give him a chance to correct his work because I was left without confidence that he would have the job done satisfactory. We corrected the paint job using the same paints by simply stirring before application. While it took us an hour to properly touch up the walls, I know it will take me a few hours to correct the mess of a caulk job he did in the bathroom.

I booked my appointment with the Owner of this company, Earnest over two months ago. He had sent two technicians including himself just to receive a quote. I had informed him that we are on a strict schedule as this is our rental property. He kept telling me that he will have the quote sent that day for the two past month and yet, no work or quote has been completed! Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, not communicative at all, and would not recommend wasting your time with this company.

Ernest was able to get to my Townhouse that same day, and his company/ his team did a PHENOMENAL job putting up my hurricane shutters. Ernesto and son have done several jobs for our family and everyone of them were excellent! They respond quickly, communicate throughout and do excellent work. In just a few jobs, they repaired drywall, hung two large, heavy chandeliers, hung cabinets, large mirrors and other general repair work. Will use no one else!

We called Tampa Works Handyman to have two exhaust fans installed in our bathrooms. Ernesto was able to come same day which was great. He was able to complete the installation as well as fix some electrical issues we had during the installation. He was also able to fix a few other issues we had mentioned while he was here with some other light fixtures we couldn’t get to work. He was very polite, professional, and provided reasonable rates. We will definitely be contacting him again for some other projects we’d like to have done.

Ernesto was hired to do assemble office furniture and hang televisions. He was ready to work and punctual but didn’t finish the job that was hired to do and left the job scene messy and didn’t throw away anything in the dumpster. In fact this service cost me more then the actual furniture store delivery and assembly prices. Highly disappointed.
