Samantha Boyd went way over and beyond when working with us. First we purchased a home and she made it a smooth process. She provided names of vendors we could use for inspections and many others which was extremely helpful. Except for the closing (which was out of her control) the experience was stressless. She guided us the entire way through. Then she sold our home which was so smooth it was surprising. She is the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with and if I need ne in the future I will use Samantha. She is truly the best.

Amaury Leon was great. He was professional, dedicated and always available and catered well to our needs. He definately made the buying experience easier. We were looking to buy a home in the Tampa area and due circumstances in life we had a change of plan and we ended up purchasing a home in Port St. Lucie. We reached out to Amaury and he recommended again an agent just as efficient as he was. Needless to say we are very pleased with the home buying experience and all the effort put in to it.

When the time began to look for a home we had several requirements. Not only regarding the house we were purchasing, but also the realtor to help us find this special home. Edwin Higgins did not disappoint. Upon meeting Edwin, I felt an immediate comfort and connection. Edwin listened to our needs and put his skills to work. After looking at several homes, we found our forever home. The process was quick and we were working on a tight deadline. Edwin made sure to communicate with the lending broker, inspector, sellers’ realtor and anyone else which plays a factor in achieving the closing date. And he did just that, we closed on the planned date. An investment property is in the works for the future. We will be reaching out to Edwin again when the time is right. Edwin is great at his job. He is friendly, professional, organized and knows his stuff. We have now found our “forever” realtor and gained a new friend in the process. Definitely recommend!

My realtor, Stephen Newbolds, was amazing! I didn’t know a realtor would go this far out of his way to help a client! He is a realtor I knew was telling the truth and I could trust, even if it meant he didn’t get the sale. I don’t live in Florida, so I couldn’t always see the properties, but I knew I could trust Stephen to let me know or view them for me and give an HONEST opinion.

There's something about Mary. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mary Orellano. She was absolutely fabulous. It was never too late at night or too early in the day for her to respond. She made the whole experience seamless for us. She did all the heavy lifting and scheduling. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. If I ever buy another.... I will use Mary 100% She became like family to us. =) =)
