I know that everything is being automated and AI are taking over people's jobs and these new employees are just drones.... I had an online order which should have been completed upon arrival, but I watched a man stand at the counter for 20 minutes to whom no employee acknowledged and he just walked out. He wasn't angry, he wasn't frustrated, he just decided to go elsewhere. Actual people don't live through screens and customer service actually means service. This is a lost generation that doesn't deserve anything over $7/hr

I work late hours and ordered an Uber eats order at 3:40, it says they serve dinner until 4am. I had to wait almost an hour just for them to cancel my order and tell the driver “we’re only serving breakfast”. I’ve been working in food my whole life and even when someone comes in 10 minutes before I close I still serve them. It’s crazy the laziness these employees are getting away with. They purposely didn’t make my meal because they flat out didn’t want to. Please hire people that actually want to do their job and not be lazy.

Last night I got to witness first hand the best example of what working together flawlessly looks like as the kitchen staff were not even having to speak to each other to know what was needed at each station, the young man assembling all of the sandwiches was focused and efficient making sure every order was put together quickly and accurately while the other young man working the grill/cook station was checking all of his coworkers trays to fill what was low before they were empty. I am genuinely impressed with how seamlessly they got everything taken care of.

Now I know why I don’t eat at McDonald’s. I hadn’t had lunch and I was starving, so I thought I’d get a big Mac from McDonald’s. What a mistake. The hamburger wasn’t even hot. The cheese not melted because the hamburger was only lukewarm. Definitely not what I call a good hamburger!

2nd time im missing s patty from this location. Update: 3rd time im missing a patty. This time from a double QTR pounder. To be fair its been months since the last catastrophe. This is the closest mcdonalds so not much of a choice.

Fat sweaty manager told me to pull up to the second window and then screamed at me to move to a parking spot when I pulled up to the 2nd window. Refused to let me talk and belittled workers for needing help. Made me reorder my mobile order and repay for my food. Still got everything wrong.

Standard McDonald's experience, used my mobile ap code, got my deal, got my food and left in a very timely fashion. Only waited at this location one time in the past for more than five minutes and the staff was doing their best so I didn't hold it against anyone. Very friendly drive through personnel. Would eat at again.

Sat in line for 25 min for a sausage bagel.. bagel itself was too hard to even bite into, so stale. Also there was some strange condiment added in that I didn’t ask for.. mystery green looking. Never again
