The UPS Store at the Shoppes at New Tampa is your best neighborhood UPS store so ship your heart away! The store is clean and organized and the staff is always friendly and patient. And shout out to the owner who just locked the door but was so gracious to let me and my big box in while his staff looked on, a few seconds of kindness shown makes a big difference and what great example to his team! I had one of the most satisfying customer service experience at this location. After transportation issues delayed my next day delivery, the manager not only assured they my package would arrive at the next available time but compensated me for what was clearly not his error. Companies everywhere should pattern this commitment to service

Sam and his team are phenomenal. Yesterday, they helped me ship 58 last-minute overnight envelopes when I showed up about 10 minutes before the cutoff…which shouldn’t have been possible, but they pulled it off with time to spare. Not that you need all these details, but I emailed them a spreadsheet listing the recipients and their addresses and they took care of the rest…printing each individual label and matching the specific envelope with the correct (in this case) custom invitation, sealing them, and out the door they went. They truly go above and beyond. Expect stellar service here! I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

Eva and Josh are super knowledgeable and great staff members! Glad that they’re a part of my closest UPS store. Had difficulty with UPS NOT knocking on my apartment for a package that required a signature that I was home for at the time of the “attempted delivery.” Tried to have my package re-routed to this location and come to find out my package was somehow shipped back to Kentucky without further delivery attempts… was very upset when I called this location for answers. Eva handled it with class and understood that I wasn’t taking my frustrations directly out on her. Helped me by directing me to the right branch for my inquiry and Josh was helpful after I got more information from customer support. From now on, won’t have my packages shipped by UPS sent anywhere else but store 4071. Thank you Eva and Josh!

Been working with several UPS stores in a few states. This location has by far the best staff ever. Sam Marsis is GOD-send! The level of care, professionalism, & knowledge from this crew is beyond what patrons could ask for. I stopped by to have my Frontier internet parts shipped. The staff was extremely friendly and patient throughout the entire process. I needed a form printed, signed and scanned. He came from behind the counter to assist me. Definitely the best UPS Store in Wesley Chapel.
