I scheduled a tour for 11 am Thursday on Monday. Received two emails confirming my tour at 11 am throughout the week. At 9:46 the day of my tour I received a text pushing my tour to 1pm. There apparently was a staff meeting from 11-1. Well first don’t confirm throughout the week and then change the time the day off. Second. I arrived at the office at 1pm. There was a sign on the door saying they’d be back at 1. I stood outside from 1pm until 2:02pm when they decided to open the doors. After already having my tour pushed back in the first place. Then was told to wait on the couch while the lady helping me had her husband drop her off food. Then was shown a video of the apartment I wanted to tour instead of touring ANYTHING in the complex. Completely horrible experience. Such a waste of time. That alone made me no longer interested in moving in.

08/10/2023 I applied for a lease four days ago and no response whatsoever. The front office is very unhelpful in providing any kind of information. When you pay $350 for leasing process, you'd expect some professionalism. Tried reaching out to the corporate office and the district manager but met with same radio silence. The last three time I applied for lease at different apartments, my lease got approved and processed within five minutes. I moved to Tampa from Louisiana and the leasing agent said the application would get processed the same day. Four days later, all my stuff is still in the truck and I'm homeless. If this is the way they prefer to communicate then I'll have rethink leasing here. Update: 08/16/23 The application is still pending and we are told to wait. Try calling the phone number below in the response from the property manager. Its not in service. Going to withdraw our application today and take our business somewhere else. The only reason for our interest in this apartment complex is because my sister and her friends live there. Going to vociferously advocate them to take their business somewhere else too.

Been living here for about 4 months now and this place just keeps getting worse. Management always has an awful attitude. They’re allowing multiple people live in a one bedroom and destroying the apartment, there’s constantly trash and broken beer bottles left outside, no one picks up the “valet trash” but they’ll make sure to still charge you for it, the laundry rooms are absolutely disgusting and broken, and the buildings are infested with roaches no matter how clean you keep your apartment. This place would be decent if management would stop failing to address the important issues in the complex.

TERMITES & ROACHES This complex and our apt in particular is infected with so many cockroaches, bugs, and termites. There are so may holes and gaps in the walls and door that let the termites and bugs to come in. We have submitted numerous complaints and requests but no good. The pest control team don't show up 90% of the time but we are told that its been done. Everytime they have been here they just did a spray in one area and tell us thats all they can do and nothing else and we have to talk to the management. Management tells us its an old apartment and they will submit a pest control. We are being played like a soccer ball by both sides. Either move us to a better apartment or fix this place all together. It is getting worse day by day.

Bugs! This complex is infested with German cockroaches and bag worms! Every attempt made to the complex has been ignored. In fact, all maintenance requests have been deleted without remedy every time one has been submitted and there has been an issue. When spoken to face to face, they bring up that they’re new ownership and it was the fault of the previous owners. It is absolutely disgusting that they allow people to live like this. Termites, bugs, roaches. It is inhumane and completely unethical to allow residence to live this way and completely disregard any and all requests to fix the issue. DO NOT LIVE HERE! If you value your mental health and general hygiene, go to another complex!

I’ve been living here for over 6 months now and I must say, this place has been amazing so far. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone seeking a quiet, beautifully kept apartments with a management team that cares greatly about the needs of its tenants. The staff is what makes this community such a wonderful place to live and call home. Maintenance responds quickly, and the team is quick and efficient. The management team here also takes your concerns of its tenants very seriously, which has always made my family and I feel safe.

Wendy was super nice to us while we visited, answered all of our questions and showed us around! She did it all with a smile and great attitude and when someone from the company is this friendly and nice it is a big deal to us! Thank you! The apartments have been remodeled and the whole property got a face lift! It is a beautiful community! The staff is helpful and understanding.
