I went to Ryan to try to get back in shape. Lifting weights at the gym was barely making me break a sweat. I joined The Dojo for the boot camp, but ended up taking some martial arts classes, as well. Ryan is first class, and will not try to sell you programs you are not interested in taking. He is the real deal, and walks it like he talks it. He cares about his students and is incredible with the kids. His own children are prime examples. If you are looking to learn from someone with passion for what he does, go talk to Ryan. He will make you feel welcome and a part of the family.

I've worked with Ryan Dean and the Dojo for more then six years. My children have worked with him through classes and summer camp, and I have trained with him at boot camp for a few years. I can tell you that his positive nature and commitment to his students shines through every class and he constantly works to change up his programming. The equipment you work on is in fantastic condition and the gym is always kept up to the highest standards! The staff I have worked with have also been so much fun, always motivating and challenging. My son has been a faithful student of Ryan Dean for nearly 4 years now (and sadly, I’m JUST NOW writing this long deserved review!) My son is part of the after school program and the summer camp, and I cannot say enough great things about this place. The staff that provides the after care is amazing— Ms. Ellie and Ms. Claire keep these kids in line but also keep them constantly engaged with active fitness games. You can guarantee your child will learn respect and develop confidence by being part of this dojo, as mine has. My son is homeschooled so dropping him off for the afterschool program has been a godsend to supplement his social interaction and physical fitness. We absolutely love the dojo and would follow Ryan Dean wherever he goes!

Ryan is superb with my four-year-old grandson who is a great student. I am so glad that I have enrolled him in this wonderful program and Ryan is so patient and really good with these kids. I have been to the other martial arts classes and Ryan Dean Martial Arts is by far the best.

My grandson went to the dojo for about 3 years. Sensei Ryan Dean is great with the kids. He has great compassion for the martial arts and knows how to pass it on to the kids. Also Senseis Jai and Matt are awesome with the kids as well. Would definitely recommend to friends and family !!

Our son has been going to the dojo for both after school care & classes as well as summer camp for the past 2 years. He enjoys the karate, and they pick him up from school so I just need to pick him up from the dojo when I'm done working. And with the summer camp they go on tons of field trips and have lots of fun. Sensei Ryan is great, always available to talk to any parent who asks for a minute of his time.

I love the bootcamp classes Ryan provides and couldn't wait for my son to turn 5 and start karate. Ryan is so patient with him and makes the classes fun and engaging. My son gets bored easily, but not here! I am so happy with how much he has learned already.

Ryan Dean's The Dojo is the best school I found for my children. I visited all the local martial arts schools in the area. The enviroment is welcoming and Sensei Ryan is awesome with the kids. The students encourage each other to succed which is a direct reflection of the teacher. Both my children really enjoy class. I recently joined class myself and am thankful each day that I did. I highly recommend Ryan Dean's The Dojo for your children and yourselves!
