I needed my watch battery replaced (very precious 26 yo Bulova) and I called first. Tom was so kind on the phone and in real life. When I went in, he fixed the problem within 5 minutes. It’s nice to support local businesses and this is definitely one that I can get behind. Thank you so much. Tom is a master and gifted jewelry maker. I had several engagement rings that were willed to me by my grandmother and aunts. The rings had been sitting in jewelry box for many years and only randomly worn. I cherished them all and wanted to create a ring I could wear always however, I could not find a jeweler I could trust until Tom. He listened to my ideas and created a ring even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. It is beyond the “WOW” factor it is absolutely stunning.

My grandmother recently passed and left me a beautiful family heirloom - a three-opal ring. I needed to get it resized so that I could wear it, and keep the memory of my grandmother with me. Tom was so understanding about the importance of this ring and took incredible care of the ring and had it resized within a week. He informed me about the proper care of opals since they are a soft/delicate stone. He was even able to color match the gold (it's not quite rose gold, but it's not true gold colored either). I cannot tell if the ring was even resized, he did that great of a job. Tom has earned my future business. 100% recommend.

I've been coming to Eternity Jewelers for about 8 years. Tom, has taking care of my watches, chains and just recently he made a custom engagement ring for my 10 year wedding anniversary. I just showed him a picture of the ring, we made a few changes and he made it. The ring is stunning. I trust Tom with my jewelry, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I can’t say enough about how great Tom at Eternity Jeweler’s is! My fiancé had my engagement ring made here 5 years ago. Tom recommended a band and helped him pick out the most beautiful diamonds for it! He just finished making the bands for my ring that fit perfectly together (which is not easy) and made sure the quality was still exactly like my engagement ring. I refuse to go to any other jeweler as the quality cannot compare.

Phenomenal experience. We brought in my fiancé's grandfather's wedding ring to make an engagement ring and the jeweler was able to extract the old diamonds and create a new engagement band. The craftmanship and detail was superb and excellent. When telling the jeweler our desired design for the ring, he was attentive and very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend.

Great custom work! Needed my engagement ring fixed after a botched job from another jeweler in the area, and he did a fantastic job. My family has now had 2 rings built here and they are both pristine.
