This office is a scam and a fraud. Left foot doesn’t know what the right foot is doing. Billing department is a nightmare and the assistants are absolutely clueless. Went in for an appointment and they stuck me in a room for a blood test. Was never told about the blood test and didn’t fast for the blood test. I stopped the assistant seconds before she put the needle in my arm and they had no idea what was happening. Now I’m fighting with the billing department over a $35 bill for an appointment that never happened. They are saying my appointment in April was covered by my visit in May wasn’t… EXCEPT I DIDN’T GO THERE IN MAY. They ask me for proof, how the heck can I prove I wasn’t there? I never got a digital or physical copy of the bill and now they are sending it to collections. You just lost a patient.

UPDATED: I've left NUMEROUS voicemails for the referral dept., apparently no one works in it because I get ZERO calls back. This place is the bottom of the barrel, it's like a flop house for healthcare. Can't get in touch with your own doctor, they won't send referrals out and no one calls back. I have a list of neurologists BUT I have to wait for my doctor to decide to put in a referral note apparently! What is the issue?! Starting with a new PCP in a couple weeks, hopefully I'll still be barely walking by that point. This should be a crime and these people should be held accountable. Why become a doctor if you don't wanna help people? UPDATED: Can't get in touch with anyone at this clinic about my referral to neuro which is more than upsetting bc it's getting harder for me to walk. I found neuro that takes my insurance at St. Anthony's and they won't set an appointment bc I need a referral note from this doctor that I CAN NOT get in touch with, nor can I get in touch with their "referral team." I have a neurologic issue, not a damn cold. Waiting to speak to someone to get into neuro is HIGHLY detrimental to me and my family. It's not his health, it doesn't matter, just keep taking in that money pushing pills for big pharma. Way too many people in one area in a clinical setting for my liking, especially being crammed in an elevator, gross. Not a long wait, maybe about 15 minutes, so that was a plus! Staff was very nice. The Medical Assistant that saw me was extremely nice and informed me about my vitals which was great. The doctor was different, he was nice, but he was obviously agitated and had better things to do. I went in with a different set of needs like a referral because I have quite the condition. The doctor only listened to my lungs and heart, there was no HEENT. I'm going to chalk it up to the fact that he quickly realized my condition was outside of his scope, but it would be nice to have a doctor that I feel I can talk to as I wait for my specialist referral.

My first day was amazing for some reason but ever since then it's been downhill after that. The Depts don't communicate well with one another, and I still have a bunch of medical related questions I need answered and looked into. I've communicated this. Your initial wait to see a Dr WILL BE 30 mins to an hour. All in all I would NOT recommend this office to anybody and I'm more confused than when I started going.

Save yourself a misery from going there and getting disappointed. Very rude front desk employees who are always busy chatting or doing nails. Doctors are awful. Never follow-up, can't get through their phone number and no one respond to the voicemails. I have tried 6 days in a row. I ended up changing my physician!

Worst Dr’s office I’ve ever been to. They never inform you of any action, results, or follow up on things you ask about and they don’t even send prescriptions in when they say they’re going to. I’m a liver transplant recipient and their care after my transplant is abysmal. I don’t ask much at all and they have forced me to find a new physician.

I love Dr Joe C. He is so down to earth and listens to me. The staff might be busy at times but they are respectful and prompt. Always remember your attitude shapes others. The medical field is a tough spot right now for doctors, nurses, and support staffs. Be kind to those trying to help you.

No explanation of my medical conditions or results of testing. Surprise charges they’re harassing me about. Very cold dr. I think I may have had 5 minutes of the dr talking at me concerning my discharge and how I needed to follow up with them even though their office didn’t take my insurance. Sad group of people out to take your money for bad care.

I never had a primary Dr. And meeting JB Parker who set me up with Dr. Confident was one of the best experiences I have had. Easy to communicate with and attentive to my health concerns. I was treated as a friend not just a customer. When I meet Dr. Confident I was blown away. Very kind and very down to earth. It felt very easy to discuss my situation with the Doc, and we set a plan of action on my first visit. I encourage anyone who needs a primary doctor to check this office out. Very pleased.
