Outstanding food, excellent service and incredibly delicious dessert! We started with the delicious variety of breads and the mouthwatering avocado rolls, next we enjoyed the burger sliders along with the shrimp pasta. Both items were incredibly tasty and cooked to perfection. For dessert we enjoyed the coconut cheesecake. What an outstanding experience!!! Definitely worth the wait… Will definitely visit again!!!

Excellent food. Extremely busy which says a lot about this place. The only reason 4 stars was the 40 minute wait to get a table, then they walked us down and the table wasn't ready. Then the mains coming out was slow. The pasta I wouldn't order again as it was 7/10, but the appetisers were delicious. I would recommend and will return again soon.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant, great background for pictures and absolutely awesome food. We get the chicken Parmesan “pizza style” and it’s $22 and enough to serve two and have leftovers. Also tried the lousiana chicken pasta which was very good but not very spicy. We came for my boyfriend’s birthday and I reminded the waitress it was his bday so we got “happy birthday” written on the cheesecake plate we ordered, I thought it would be free since it said birthday slices are free on the website but it wasn’t, I guess it’s only free for the account-maker’s birthday so definitely make a free account. Also, they didn’t sing happy birthday to him at all which I was sad about, and then two minutes later they sang it to the table across from us after we got no song lol, so if you want a song be sure to ask for it. The drinks are expensive around $16 and they don’t put the prices on the menu since they’re always increasing in price.

Delicious variety of food! Great experience and excellent customer service at this location. They only take reservations for up to 6 people, if you have more people you'll have to wait for a table between 30-60 minutes.

The food was, as always, delicious. Disappointed because they were out of the Buffalo blast appetizers but carried on, albeit sad. Our server was friendly and efficient. Cheesecake ridiculously good

Had an amazing lunch here. All of the staff were super nice and very helpful despite us changing tables twice since we didn't like the mall facing windows and the other table was too huge for just 2 people. Our waiter was especially nice and quick at getting refills and checking on us multiple times. We shared the everything flatbread since the portions are too big here and for us half each was plenty. They give you free warm bread and the whole wheat one was super delicious and next time we go will ask for just this bread. The other was also good a sour dough one but the whole wheat was much better. For dessert we had the white chocolate raspberry truffle and the Reese's peanut butter. Both were delicious and the Reese's one was actually much bigger and for peanut butter fans this was amazing!

Wait time can be super lengthy, but the food and the service was worth it. I had an amazing server who was very attentive to my needs and careful with me because of my allergies. He was amazing! I want to call and give him an amazing review. The food was spectacular, I'm so in love.

Whilst extremely busy, and we had to wait 45 minutes for a table, that is usually a good sign that the dining experience is something to wait for. Unfortunately for us, that wasn't the case, as the food was nothing special, and whilst our server was prompt, she just wasn't engaging. Just our two cents!

It took 30 minutes to be seated outside. Our server was so nice and took my allergy very seriously. The food was amazing and came super quick. The lunch portion of my salad was so big its going to last me all day.

I love this place, I just get turned off by the large crowd. I like that they have so many options on the menu to choose from. Our server was nice and friendly. The portions were more than enough for the price. I'll come back soon

Awesome! Food was so delicious! Our server was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the menu. Very big meals so be prepared for it 😄. Had the Fish and Chips, Bacon Bacon Cheese burger and Oreo cheesecake 🤍 btw the crab balls 🤤🤤🤤

Real cheesecake! Love the ambience of the restaurant. Waiting time is almost an hour and a half if you want to eat outside as there are less servers that time. Good portion of pasta. Downside, I Asked for the bread, it should be serve without telling the waiter that you want it. Ot doesn’t happened to us in other branches.

I went to this mall just for The Cheesecake Factory as I wanted to finally try one of those. Not only are the cheesecakes great but the food also, which is not something everyone mentions. The place is great, with excellent ambiance and staff. The slices are HUGE and I couldn't finish mine after having dinner. Do with that information what you want but at least know you'll get your money's worth in regard of portions I would travel all the way to that mall again if I ever visit Orlando one more time just to eat here

5 Nov 2023 Food is fine. Atmosphere is fine. Service yet to be improved. They missed a knife on our table and we told the waitress and she acknowledged it but disappeared and didn't came back with one. It was one of those server bringing out our food that we told them about the missing knife and immediately they gave us one. Finally the waitress appeared again after food being served and she didn't even remember the missing fork issue at all, is she a dolly? Those guys serving our dishes deserved the tipping! Not the waitress, Ms Thalia. Updated 8 Nov 2023 Food is good. Table is better for 4 adults, a sofa cubicle by ourselves instead of the long sofa on the other day. Mr Ryan's service was definitely few times better than Ms Thalia, he came back now and then to check on the status attentively. Thanks, Mr Ryan! From Singapore.

How can anyone not LOVE THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY for any time of day, lunch or dinner. The service was quick, professional and friendly. The food needs no explanation, taste, quantity and quality all what we would like to experience at every restaurant we visit. Obviously we were happy!

Fun place for a family or friends dinner. The wait is not terribly bad for as busy as it gets at the mall. Staff was kind and food came out fairly quickly. Great place to eat when you are at the mall. However, if you're not at the mall already, avoid the traffic by eating elsewhere.

I had a wonderful dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Millenia Mall, Orlando, Florida. Our waiter, Dalton, provided excellent service—attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The quality of the food was top-notch, living up to The Cheesecake Factory's reputation for delicious offerings. The pleasant atmosphere was complemented by convenient valet parking right in front of the restaurant. However, there's room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and at times, the wait was a bit longer than expected. Despite these minor drawbacks, Dalton's exceptional service and the overall positive dining experience make this Cheesecake Factory a worthwhile visit.

As always, Cheesecake doesn't disappoint with its food, service, and ambiance. We ordered: Chicken Pot Sticker - 10/10 Impressive taste of soy sauce paired with delicate dumplings. Skinny Penne Chicken Pasta - 10/10 Skinny Turkey Burger - 10/10 I was pleasantly surprised that a turkey burger could taste this good. And, as tradition goes, you must end your dining experience at Cheesecake with, well, cheesecake. We chose the Class Basque Cheesecake, and it deserves an 11/10 rating. The cheesecake was exceptionally creamy, soft, and moist. You absolutely must try it. Overall, the service was excellent.

As any other Cheesecake factory, waiting time for lunch was about 45 mins on a Saturday. Received text message once table is ready. Ordered lunch. Received food in timely manner. Food quantity is reasonable. Waitress service is good. Dispointment is that they are NOT signing "Happy Birthday" anymore since post Covid. Overall, had a good time.

Let me be clear, i enjoy the taste and experience of the Cheesecake Factory a lot and Alexis, our server, was super friendly and helpful. Let me also preface this with, they have a low calorie menu. Okay, disclaimers aside... Holy guacamole the calorie counts on the main menu are crazy. My gumbo was over 1400 and my cheesecake was another 1100. I knew what i was getting, it's all printed right there on the menu. I'm still amazed by it after all these years. This is the reason we only go once every few years. I totally over ate and had a stomach ache later... It was my own fault, and it tasted great going down. So, just know you will love it and feel a bit bad all at the same time.

As in typical cheesecake fashion, This restaurant offers an extensive menu. We had the pineapple chicken and shrimp, which was marvelous. we finished with the mango cheesecake which was amazing, too rich to finish in one sitting. The wait staff were kind and helpful. I will still give 5 stars even it was 25 minutes wait from being seated to when our waitress first arrived to the table, I understand because it was busy.

We opted for after-Church Brunch, this early afternoon. I must say the French Toast was amaaaaaazing! Crisp on the outside, soft and delicate on the inside. It did not disappoint! Our Server was attentive and friendly. I truly enjoyed the adventure 🙂

It is an expensive place to eat but always really nice. I didn't enjoy the Chicken Samosa's as much as i previously had and they have stopped doing the Raspberry lemonade that i like but overall really nice. Service was a little slow and they didn't really understand the idea of hot tea but i would go back. They also needed have the Lemon Cheesecake which was a huge shame. We got the Club sandwich which is so YUMMY, the Samosa & 4 cheesecakes between 4 of us and it really was enough. I am not sure how people manage a whole meal from here and then cheesecake too. I would recommend and i would go back.

It was a wonderful day with the family! The server was always looking out for us. Highlights were the avocado rolls (the best of the best! Don’t missed them!), I ate the shrimp pasta (it was ok, but not to die for). I have the classic strawberry cheesecake and it was mouthwatering delicious, creamy and tasty! All in all it wasn’t a bad experience!
