Place is nice, reminds me of the Edison at Disney springs. Sucks you have to pay parking just to eat there, $27. Made reservations online the day before and didn't have to wait long, maybe 10 mins. After looking at Yelp reviews to figure out what to try. We ordered the chocolate almond bread, which is good if you're a chocolate lover. The crab artichoke dip, the crab didn't mix well with the dip, as it was very over powering, would have just loved the dip without the crab. The potato croquettes and BBQ chicken, were the best from the order, def would get again. For dessert I got the cookie jar milkshake, loved all the different cookies it came with. Our waitress was very attentive, she checked on us a good amount of times. The menu is pretty extensive, def look over before to figure what you want.

We came for Valentine's day and had a 10 o'clock reservation. Since the moment we sat we were being rushed. We were still waiting for our dinner to arrive and the server was telling us the kitchen was closing and if we wanted to look at dessert. We opted out being we still have not received our dinner. When we asked for condiments we were told by the server they will try but the kitchen is closing. We didn't notice our server rushing the couple right next to us. Plus mediocre food, stale fries and bread. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and we will not return or recommend this place to anyone.

Such a cool and unique restaurant that is great for kids and adults! And the service is amazing too! We were only in Orlando for a few days and. I accidentally messed up our reservation for our party of 5 and made it for the following Sunday. Ruby and Nelson at the check in desk said “no problem!” They found a table for he and squeezed us in. What an awesome thing to do! The food was delicious and our server, Chris, was great. We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed our meal at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium. Make sure you save lots of room for dessert! Highly recommended if you are in Orlando and looking for a unique experience.

The atmosphere was wonderful. Steam Punk theme. Service was good. Food took a while, but was worth the wait. The portions were big, and it was delicious. My only drawback was the confections on the gift shop side. They looked much better than they tasted. Macaroons were soft and the brownies were dry. The Milkshakes are a must try!

Unfortunately, this was our worst experience at one of our favorite destinations in CityWalk. Haven't been there since before the pandemic. The meal started with the spinach and crab dip which was watery (no crab at all) and served with stale(?) dipping crackers. When our food finally came (it took 45 minutes) it was lukewarm at best (there were 5 of us). The server was adequate but when I mentioned at the end that our food was lukewarm at best she explained that we should be aware that if you arrive before noon that you shouldn't expect a good meal as they only have one kitchen operating when they first open. Also, she stated that we should have told her and she would have corrected the problem. We waited so long for the food that when the food finally arrived we just wanted to eat and be on our way. I don't usually judge a place as harshly as this and I'm sad to say it will be a long time before we return.

Where to start... I've been in Florida over two weeks now and went to Toothsome last night. It is now my favourite place to eat!!! (I cant stop talking about it) The food was AMAZING!! If you have a sweet tooth make sure you save space for dessert because the Sundae's and the chocolate mousse are delicious. The burgers were so good, usually when I go out to eat and order a burger I'll only finish half of it and in toothsome I ate the entire burger.. it was exquisite. I'd 100% recommend a visit if you can get there. (It's easy to find as its such a huge beautiful building)

This place is dessert Heaven. I do not recommend the food. The milk shakes are great and you keep the plastic souvenir cup that it comes in. I don’t think anyone can finish those super milk shakes. The staff was very nice and it was very crowded. It is located right outside of Universal studios. We waited an hour to get a table. Which is typical. They have characters that walk around to the tables and talk to you. It’s very pretty and unique inside. You can get dessert and various items to go downstairs on the main floor. We took the elevator to get to our table upstairs. Our food was awful. My daughter had to send her burger back because it was cooked so dry and had a weird taste to it. I had chicken risotto which was horrible. I sent my food back as well and opt not to get another dish. The pasta had no flavor and the tenderloin was tough. The loaded gator tots was okay. They were salty. They have a full menu of Shake options. They also serve brunch. None of the alcohol drinks looked worth ordering. If I go back I will go back for dessert only.

I've been in this shop so many times for dessert; and the shop area. This time we went for dinner and...well I would never do it again. The food was inconsistent, my food was not good (chicken gnocchi). My partners food, the pub it up burger, was phenomenal!! The fries on the side? Awful. Cold, not salted. There were no shakers on the table and unfortunately our service from Jesus was rather horrid so we didn't even have a chance to ask him for them. The warm almond chocolate bread was the best thing we had and I couldn't recommend that more! I got a wicked cherry drink, which was I'm positive great but I didn't like it. That is wholly preference though and no reflection on the drink itself. The atmosphere itself was wonderful!! I was VERY disappointed that the two staff that wander around and interact with people never came upstairs so I was unable to photograph or speak to them. If you were coming just to see it and take photographs, just go to the restroom in the shop. You can see the entire dining area in the main area and take photos and not waste your time or money on the food.

On my recent trip to City walk at Universal Studios, I stopped for lunch at Toothsome. Their pub burger and fries were good, but the steampunk atmosphere was the best part of the trip. The employees were friendly and checked in often as well. I will say if you come at a busy time don't expect a quick meal, but overall great experience. AND definitely spring for the dozen macaroons at the chocolate shop- totally worth it.

Definitely one of the best restaurants at Universal and in general! The atmosphere is so unique and inviting. While you wait to be seated (you will need reservations), you can watch the chefs decorate the milkshake cups and it's so cool. Our server was amazing and extremely helpful. First we got the hummus and it comes with pita chips. A+++. It is a really big portion, so it's sharable. It was very tasty. Then I got the chicken bourguignon and split it with my sister. They separated it on 2 plates and I'm so glad we did because i was stuffed afterward. This dinner was filling, flavourful, simple, and made my mouth have a good time. 100% recommend this restaurant, especially if it's your first time here. Also, brunch is served daily the whole day, so if you want french toast, crepes, or chicken and waffles, this is your place!

We always come at least once on our trip to Orlando. This time we went for lunch and shared the BBQ chicken flatbread which was actually pretty good. The BBQ sauce wasn't too sweet and all though on the smaller size it was perfect for us since we didn't want to over eat. For dessert we had the key lime milkshake and the heavenly hazelnut. Both were fantastic and the service here is also always really good. The only reason for the lower rating is that the kitchen is always so so so slow! It took a good half hour to get our flatbread and then another half an hour for the milkshakes. Due to the pandemic it had been 3 years since we have been so we forgot to order the dessert right away. Make sure you order as soon as your food arrives to cut down on waiting!

We had the chocolate brownie and strawberry cheesecake milkshake. They looked incredibly pretty and only cost about $15 dollars each which is not terrible for such an elaborate drink. They did not taste too great though. The sour cream flavored milkshake in strawberry cheesecake was awful. A strawberry base would be better. The chocolate brownie was great, but did not like the brownie pieces at the bottom. Not the best dessert at universal but not the worst. Pretty meh.

Went for lunch. Burger ordered medium well was definitely well done and my son's steak was burnt. All the food, burgers, steak, and a flat bread pizza was average. This is a place for desserts. Peanut Butter cup sundae was excellent. Our server was slow and we waited about 20 minutes just to pay the bill (husband went and bought items from the gift shop twice while we waited). The walk around characters never came to our table even though they came to tables near us. This is a one and done for us. If we go back it will just be to the gift shop counter for bakery items or milkshakes.

An excellent menu with plenty to choose from. There's something for every age and palate. The service was excellent and the food was great, especially for the price. Definitely a place we'll return to again if ever at Universal.

This place is cool. I really liked it. It's a fun place with a steam punk vibe with a candy store. Now with that being said place it stupid expensive in every aspect. The milkshakes are like 16 bucks. They should be half that price. Food is better than average. This may be the best place to eat around the parks. Really only knock I have is the prices but hey if you eating here or thinking about it there's a good chance you're on vacation so why not spend a little more and have an experience.

A chocolate lovers heaven. This place is awesome. a visual delight. Very steam punk inspired. You walk in to a chocolate aroma. Their ventilation is filled with cocoa beans. Huge selection of chocolates and various snacks at the restaurant caters to milkshakes a very unique eye candy nose candy destination in Universal.

This was one of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Just amazing steam punk theme with beautiful decor. Absolutely the best food!! Amazing hand made mason jar drinks!! Hand made unique gifts for purchase. Abundant amount of chocolate eats to choose from with the cutest designs to match the seasons.

We couldn’t wait to try this place during our vacation this week - and all in all, we weren’t disappointed. We both got the short rib which was pretty good but I guess I was hoping for something that tasted a little more unique. Also, the meal is described as including carrots… we each literally had two slices of carrots on our plate. Everything did taste very good though. We had also made reservations well in advance- like a week or two in advance- yet we were seated in the bar area which I thought was kind of disappointing. We got a shake for dessert- the Red Velvet- and that was really good. It wasn’t too sweet - I HATE frosting and I even liked the frosting on the cupcake. Service was good, but maybe not as warm as I’d prefer. Overall it was a good experience and we will definitely give this place another try.

We had such a great first experience at Toothsome! Our server Paulli was awesome- friendly, quick and easy to interact with! We had an 11:30 reservation, and we're seated just about right on time. The characters were super cool with the kids and got them excited for the atmosphere. The food was definitely good too. I highly recommend the sandwich I can't spell or pronounce (gruyere monsouirre or something like that). We did the flight of 5 shakes for $50 but didn't realize you don't get to keep the mug when you do it this way so if you're planning to bring one home you'll need to order the single shakes.

What an awesome way to end our vacation! Toothsome came recommended to us by family, and what a great experience it was. Penelope Toothsome and Robot Jacques visited us at our table and entertained the kids, and the waiter was very fast and attentive. My amazingly were the CHOCOLATE WINGS! We were fighting over who got the last one! The sandwiches were all good, and the kids ice cream treat at the end was GIGANTIC! Worth the money for the food and the experience.

The food and service was very good. Be sure to make a reservation days in advance. If you find yourself there without a reservation, ask to sit at the bar and they may be able to accommodate you. For $100.00 we were able to get chocolate bread, a cocktail, fettuccine, a burger, and two milkshakes. Remember you can keep the cups if you order milkshakes.

This place is a MUST for any tourists at Universal Studios! Delicious food and decadent desserts are sure to please everyone! We stopped here last weekend and had the chicken risotto and the burger. Both were excellent 👌 Shout out to the wait staff as well! Wonderfully attentive throughout our meal! We ended the meal with a chocolate brownie bark sundae. Pure perfection 🥰 Can't recommend enough! Please bring your restaurant to Colorado!!! We will return when we are back in FL. We also tried a cookie sandwich to go. That was also melt in your mouth delicious!

Reservations via the Universal app were not available for several days out but we were able to walk up to the hostess stand and have our party of five seated within 15mins. We ordered from both the brunch and regular menus (it was noon-ish). Our waitress was polite and explained menu items to us. The food was a little pricey but in-line with other City Walk restaurants. The portions were large and delicious. Despite all of the sweet ingredients, the food was not overly sweet. We did not have to wait long for our food to arrive and we did not have to wait long to be checked out. The atmosphere was pleasant and so was our experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
