We stopped by for a non-alcoholic drink and a snack at brunch. Pretzel was good. They had a huge area for outdoor seating w/additional seating indoor as well as plenty of bar seating. This venue is appropriate for small groups. They have live bands and themed events like Mardi Gras. We were advised to arrive an hour ahead of attending an evening with live music or bringing our group of 6. They will not seat a group until all members are present. Waitstaff seemed to be a bit preoccupied, yet we didn’t have too long of a wait. Affordable options. It would be feasible to bring a small group of 4-6 people and pay for the meal. We would go back.

The food was very delicious and came out so cute with the skillets and boards! I will definitely be back. The outside seating is great especially with kids. Didn’t get to check out the inside so I will be back to check out their bar area.

Stopped here on vacation. Loved the live music and open air seating. The menu is a little overpriced ($14 for large pretzel), but the burger is worth every penny. For the two of us with appetizer, two entrees and two sodas price was $58 which is kind of crazy, but you’re paying for the experience I suppose. Overall would recommend and enjoyed the Sunday lunch experience. Bathrooms definitely need a renovation but inside bar is really cool.

Tasty Irish food in a pub atmosphere. The Reuben sandwich was delicious as was the Bangers and mash. The fish and chips were overcooked. They were going to be a live band later in the evening but we didn't stay for that.

OMG, went there for lunch and we fit in very well. The average age of the patrons was (guessing) 65. We sat there for an hour after the meal catching up with visiting family and the waitress didn't mind at all. Plenty of available tables for others, just really enjoyed the fact that we were not pushed out. Great outside seating and the the prices were reasonable.

Outdoor pub with different events throughout the week. Multiple screens with sports. Waitress was very attentive and put a game we requested on the screen facing our table. Variety of local draft beers and other drinks. Good environment and plenty of seating.

Took a little road trip for dinner before watching the sun set. It was super busy ad drag show bingo was starting shortly after we arrived. Tons of outdoor seating...I didn't go inside but sounds like they have an indoor bar with dart tables and some indoor seating. I ordered the shepards pie.....the taste was awesome but it didn't arrive very hot. My husband ordered mahi tacos 🌮 and he enjoyed them. They are dog friendly and welcomed our puppy.

Jennifer was awesome, from helping us decide where to sit, to giving food recommendations, she ensured we had a great visit. You can sit inside, outside under the patio, or outside across the way under a tent if you wanted a quieter space. The jerk chicken nachos are an awesome sweet spicy flavor. The brand on the buns are such a cool touch! Nice place for a meal or just drinks!

Food wise this place is extremely tasty. Following CDC guidelines on mask wearing: D+ I have been in many times to pick up food. Every single time I see the manager (blonde/short hair) walking around inside wearing no mask. Today I saw a tall male deliver food - no mask. And of course multiple times seeing bartenders with their noses sticking out. And they even have the audacity to have a nice high tech statement on their ad screen that talks about how they are complying with CDC rules. Lastly - ive seen other reviews on here where people are calling out the same thing in regards to masks and then management responds back saying that what people are claiming isn’t true...stop making false claims about your practices. Get your staff in CDC order.

It was our first experience at The Salty Shamrock , a local Irish pub that offered live music, great food, and even better service. There was little to no wait when we went for dinner. There were plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, though indoors is mainly bar seating. The atmosphere of the pub is to be expected as many others and was very homely. They had an arcade golf machine, darts, and a jukebox! We had a waitress that had just started and it was her first day but she did not disappoint! She kept the drinks full, explained the menu greatly, and always checked up on us! The food came out exceptionally quick, despite the amount of customers that were present in the restaurant. For my order, I got the bangers and mash. It was very good and had a large portion that I ate for leftovers! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a local pub that offers great vibes, food, and service.

I had very high expectations prior to visiting this place but after my visit I was really set back by the credit card fee all credit card paying customers must pay. And in all my years of entertaining and eating out I have never ever seen a business charge (restaurant) for a credit card. It makes you wonder if they're watching the bottom line that close that they obviously must be some very greedy owners... why not just prorated into their already high prices. Won't be coming back!

Very friendly staff and dog friendly. Lots of places to sit outside with your pet. Plenty of tv screens to enjoy football or any sport. The Celtic egg rolls are delicious and the fish and chips are worth sharing if youre not super hungry. They offer a dog meal of chicken, carrots and peas. Will definitely visit again.

First timer! Spent a few lunch hours here with a friend and we will both be returning (especially to see some live music on their MASSIVE stage!). We had Nachos, wings, fries with gravy and Celtic Egg rolls (like a Reuben egg roll) and all were great choices. Service was great and the manager Kyle was polite and friendly. Thanks guys! We will be back soon!

With the abundance of dining choice in Tampa/St Pete, it isn't easy to get to all the places you want to visit. I had the urge for good old fashioned Fish & Chips and this place does not disappoint. Had mine done "Shamrock Style" which is a version that uses Wavy Lay's in the batter. Adds a nice layer of crunch for sure. Huge piece of fish and good helping of chips (done also a little differently in that they are twisted). She had a the Land Sea Smash burger (beef & shrimp) and it was amazing! This was not our first visit here. He had been in and had lunch about 4 years ago, but don't remember what we had. Doesn't matter. I guess an ownership change happened and now there is a more lively evening setting with more live music and good times. We were there for a quick lunch and couple Smithwicks (that's my thing). so no live music. Friendly staff, clean place, and some darn good food. And as an added bonus, this is home to the Southshore Cleveland Browns Backers!!! WOOF WOOF WOOF!!! *yes, we are originally from Ohio, yes we are die hard Buckeyes fans, and yes, we are die hard Browns fans through all the ups and the many many many (did I say many?) many downs. Look forward to spending some quality time here enjoying music and cheering on the Brownies!

Dined in for lunch. The place was almost empty. the staff was very friendly. Open windows and large bar areas. I had a smash burger that had no taste and was almost all bun and lettuce. My wife had a chicken Cesar wrap that was she said was good. The beer and drinks were good but an Irish Red beer shouldn't be served in a Coors Light glass.

Update: good food and service. Was in town visiting friends and came here for late lunch We came here for a quick bite with our Apollo Beach friends before heading back up north and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the beverages tasty. Thanks to Kelly for taking good care of us.

Probably not the brightest idea but went on St. Paddys day. The bangers and mash which is always on the menu was excellent. The corned beef was above average for a restaurant. Beer was well chilled and service was excellent on an extremely busy day. The music was traditional Irish and that too was not too loud. Only issue is since I am on crutches there was no convenient handicap parking but well worth the hobble.

We stopped in for an impromptu meal and were very glad we did! The food was delicious and of course, the Guinness was amazing! The atmosphere was fun but not too crowded or overwhelming. The perfect spot to stop in for a cold beer and watch the game. And no matter where you choose to sit there are plenty of TV's so you can see and hear what's happening! Our waitress, Veronica, was very good, attentive and helpful! We look forward to returning! Thank you! 😊

The Celtic egg rolls are awesome. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich and my wife ordered the tender basket. Both were hot and cook just right. The service was a lil slow. The band they had was awesome. If like 80s rock.

Very confused restaurant and bar. Often blasts loud "top 40s" and wedding party music, you can't hear the person next to you. The vibe reminds me of a lame cruise ship DJ. Decent live music on occasion, but there are some bad performers more often than you'd think. Expensive drinks. Overpriced, but pretty satisfying food options. Can't really go wrong with Irish pub food. Service is surprisingly decent for how busy the place can be. Overall, it's just weird... and not really in a good way. It's the only nightlife option in town so I see why it's popular.

I'm not the Pub type of guy so I think it says a lot just how much I love this place. I've watched it grow so much since I first went in 2018 or so. It's just such a casual, clean and friendly atmosphere. It's friendly enough to bring your children but mature enough to enjoy a more adult night out. The staff is friendly and the food is of an Irish faire that I think is still very unique for the area, it's the only place I've been to I'm Florida that's offered Poutine and it's fantastic. The Bangers and Mash has always been my favorite and I love their more familiar burgers and sandwiches. They have karaoke every Thursday and it's such a fun environment to sing as an amateur.

It was excellent.Had the fish and chips with potato chip crust. Tasty, not greasy. A little loud because of highway noise, but doable!! Would go back if I was ever in that end of town again.

Meh. New menu is limited. Service was terrible. My wife's food came out 20 minutes after mine, was basically flung onto the table with no explanation. I had the fish and chips. The fish was very overcooked and chewy. The best thing they had in the past was great fish dip. They removed it from the menu. They used to have great service. There are plenty of places on the south shore to get mediocre food with bad service. Looks like the Salty Shamrock just got added to that list.

Well.Ten dollar for a glass of wine.Come on now.Guiness was served in guineas glass on tap was seven dollar,s a bit high but I enjoyed it. I ordered the classic Reuben sandwich I've had many Reubens throughout the years in Florida and Pinellas County but I must say The Corned Beef was the worst I have ever tasted and believe me it looked it. The music outside was very very loud. We sat inside at the bar..

We’ve been to this restaurant many times but I’m in no hurry to go back. Last two times food was mediocre. Maybe they have a new cook. However thoroughly upset with them after last outing there. Waitress wore her mask in her chin was right in our faces talking. We go to outdoor places during Covid because we feel safer what good is a mask if you aren’t wearing it.

My wife and I had been waiting all day to eat as we had been joy riding all day. We came up your restaurant, looked it up and said let's try it. Our waitress was exquisite and really knew her job. The food we ordered was super. If we are ever in Florida again we'll be back. Kudos to the cooks as well. Willie
