The best bar in midtown Tampa to grab drinks and watch every single football game on a Sunday. There are so many TVs it's hard to keep track of them. Wings are awesome and the service is fantastic! Great local vibe with a ton of regulars. Parking can be tricky on the weekends so get here early.

Zero integrity. I was affected by your disastrous towing scheme as well. The difference is that my car was towed while I was actually eating in your restaurant... I tried to explain this to the staff... showed my receipt with the time stamps and everything... and was totally dismissed... I never even got to eat at the Japanese place. You towed me while I was still in your restaurant eating beers and apps. We went out to move our cars so we could go to Japanese (there was a lot 2 min away on Google that we were going to move to because of all your signage) when we realized you already towed us. It's not the towing situation-- which was more like an honest mistake-- but the response to it which was completely without integrity. "King" who was manager didn't listen to us and wouldn't even talk to the tow company to at least wave our fees even though our cars were towed 25 min before we paid... while we were eating in your restaurant... while we were all customers... The tow spotter out front told us we were being recorded the whole time... so if this is true... pull up the video of us eating at the time our cars were towed... You should change the second paragraph of the attached sign to "Even if you are currently eating here you may still be towed." The tow company has my information if you want to make this right. Nobody deserves to be treated the way we were treated. Shame on you.

If you’re reading this you should drive down the street to the “blind goat”. Much better wings and atmosphere. The food here is so bad that the owners find it more profitable to tow your car while you are eating then expect you to come back. If you want a few wings for a $214 tow charge while you are eating and parked in their private lot then this is a great spot for you. The manager “king” actually said this happens a lot and they do not care about repeat customers. Great business model! Won’t be around long with this customer service.

Came here for the first time after a night out and we didn't realize there was a place open with food other than the basic spots people usually go to after a night out past midnight. They serve all their food here (except pastas) very late until around 2am, after that is just fried foods. They have a bunch of apps and they were pretty decent. I had to swap out my chicken sandwich because the chicken did not taste fresh and was a bit rubbery. The ceaser salad was decent except the dressing tasted store-bought, along with the guacamole spread in the sandwich. Their BLT is good. The wings are also good. Everything seems like a good portion. The tater tots are tasty. Our server was nice and mindful. I would come here again, but probably just get apps and not the chicken again!

Where to begin… one of the worst experience I’ve ever had dining. Stopped in for some wings as I run a local wing page and rate them in the area. My friends and I sat down to have wings - to start we weren’t even sure where to sit and we didn’t have a server for 20 plus minutes. Once we had a server (she was a sweet old lady) we ordered right away and didn’t get our wings for another 30 or so minutes. After eating our wings, I was pleasantly surprised as a paying customer that my car had been towed… to BRANDON. After seeing my car was towed for no reason, approached the manager “King” who claimed there was nothing he could do about the fact that they towed my car and couldn’t make it right for the $214 fee I had to pay to get it out of impound lot. I was told to call the owner the next day “Walt” which I did… to no avail. Was just ignored after 3 attempts to give him a chance to make it right but it’s very clear than neither King, nor Walt truly care about their customers and if you’re not careful - you too could have your car towed just for giving them business and eating at the establishment. So I give a full warning - DO NOT COME HERE - the risk of having to deal with a $214 pick up fee and driving to Brandon to get your car for being a paying customer isn’t worth there terrible food and even worse service.

They will toll your car no matter what Do not park in their parking lot. Or maybe don't even eat in their restaurant. They are a scammer network You will have to pay $300 to get your car back. This is making me sick of this place. their business are running by toll away customers vehicle.

An Unforgettable Dining Experience - In All the Wrong Ways As a connoisseur of unique dining experiences, I must applaud this restaurant for its exceptionally creative approach to customer service. Imagine the thrill of enjoying a meal, only to discover that your car has been whisked away as part of a surprise package deal! It's like a magic show where your car disappears without any warning, hinting at a possible secret partnership with a towing company. The speed and efficiency of this operation are truly commendable - almost as if they had been lying in wait for the moment you stepped away from your vehicle. Now, let's talk about the food and service, which were as memorable as the car-towing feature. The food and service have a unique charm that I have rarely encountered elsewhere. It's a rare skill to make such an indelible impression that ensures customers vow never to return. In a world where businesses strive for longevity and repeat customers, this restaurant boldly defies convention. Their innovative business model, combining dining with unexpected automotive adventures, is truly a trendsetter. It's hard not to be sarcastic when imagining the lasting success of such a distinctive approach to hospitality. In summary, this restaurant provides an experience so unique that you'll likely remember it every time you park your car anywhere else. A visit here is a one-of-a-kind adventure - one that I, and my car, shall not be repeating. Bravo to this establishment for redefining the dining experience!

When you need that comfort food whether burger, dog or wings, this is the place for comfort food and a beverage. Food is the best you will find for sports bar pub grub anywhere don’t miss the hand dipped onion rings. Know for wings and burgers. Great seating to view your favorite game at the bar or in the dinning room, not a bad seat in the house. Some many TVs so many choices, this is the s tampa game spot.

What an awesome spot to watch football while having some food. The chicken wings were HUGE...... meat was tender and buffalo flavor on point. Also ordered the jumbo quesadilla and there was soooo much food to those too. Food arrived hot.....always a plus. Downfall....we really wanted the potato skins but they had sold out of those by 1pm. It was packed in here..... many tvs for a great sports experience. Indoor and outdoor seating. I have to work later so no drinks for me....so we fed 4 people and my husband had a beer for $70. Not bad! Would recommend....but know if u go Sunday service is a little slow since so many patrons. They did a good job though 😀

It's a hockey sports bar. Food is average bar food. Prices are decent. They have a good happy hour discount deal on Mondays. My favorite part of this place is the big screen for the main events. Parking can be a little tricky if a big sporting event is taking place. Overall, if you are looking for a sports bar with good drink specials and fresh barfood, this is as good as it gets in this area. It is in a central location, close to i275, right off Dale Mabry.

Bro really… that’s literally their flatbread pizza they have on their menu. It’s a tombstone frozen pizza lmao! I and the person across the bar laughed at the same thing. Literally don’t eat here. Staff and bartenders are good though. Owner, if you actually read these reviews, for the love of all that his holy, get a grip on this food quality situation.

Came here based on references from other people in hospitality in a FB group I am apart of. (I’m a bartender.) Finally came. We only ordered Buffalo Chicken Dip Hot with the Cruel on the side. Chicken Dip is essentially shredded chicken which we prefer. Is served with veggies and pita (like a hummus) but will sub chips for no additional cost if requested. It was freaking delicious. Taylor was our bartender today. I can’t leave work at home, so I’m super critical. She was personable and funny. It’s rare I find someone I super like and can ‘connect’ with because of my job. But she did it. Found out she works Sunday-Monday AM shifts. Will be back when she works. I hope the manager reads this, because she deserves the kudos!

A decent old school Tampa bar to drown our BUCS sorrow, went there after the divisional round playoff game. The service was great and the wings are decent. However, if your looking for the heat/spice this isn't the place, the cruel sauce wasn't even what I would call hot. The Cuban sandwich was meh at best, only about a 6 inch and thin.

Thoroughly enjoyed the wings on my first visit there in over 15 years. Came with a friend and we enjoyed the services of a new young server who took incredibly good care of us as she shadowed the real waitress...who disappeared until she picked up the final check WITH the entire generous tip left for the new young waitress who had been so kind. Apparently press box seems to think it normal to do this. No Tips while training. REALLY? Don't like your bait and switch PRESSBOX. Much like free internships. NOT COOL. 1star for the Great wings, 1 for the waitress, 1 for being open late when we v were hungry. No star for tip appropriation. No start for management.

First time eating here. This review would have been a 4.5 star review but blame the Salt and Pepper wings. These wings were entirely too salty. You can see the caked up salt on there; and even if you try to wipe off all the salt with a napkin, then take a bite, surprise! Still to salty! And I like salt. See for yourself.

BEWARE this restaurant works with a tow company & they will literally take your vehicle in less than 15 mins of you closing your tab. Kind of silly with it being a sports bar. If you’re planning on drinking, or having any fun at all this is not the place. The food, service, and their shady dealings with the towing company 👎👎👎👎👎 Go to Riveters or Brickhouse - better food better service and you won’t get your vehicle taken.

I’ve only been here for work while I was with JJ Taylor but if you’re into football it’s one of the best places in the Bay to watch a game just like Hatricks is for hockey and Fergs is for baseball

Great place if you're in the area. Their wings are amazing! Only place I've seen that does the flats with the tips! Best part!! I had the cajun dry rub and salt n pepper dry rub! I will most definitely be back when I'm in town!

I was here last Sunday to watch the NFL games. The food was amazing for a sports bar, good service, and they had TVs playing every game. I prefer this over the big chain sports bars.

I was visiting Tampa for the first time and decided to venture into Press Box after a long flight. The wings were amazing and the service was even better. Our server Travis was exceptional. He was incredibly kind and personable and took a genuine interest in making sure our experience was great. We would absolutely come back because he was amazing! It’s really hard to find amazing people like him who care so much. Would HIGHLY recommend this place. Ask for Travis the next time you dine in!

This place has officially lost my business based on this experience. We came in and were greeted by a manager, found a table for 2 and sat ourself (during UFC). We sat and were ignored by a server that walked passed us 4-5 times within a tables distance doing nothing. We finally get a server 15 minutes in and she knows nothing about the menu because she’s new (Not my problem, especially on a Saturday fight night). We get told after placing drink and appetizer order that the manager quote on quote is requiring us to spend at least $50 in food and drinks. Never in my life and work experience have I ever come across such a made up scheme to finesse people. Such a turn off. None of the other tables were told that and apparently we were the first table to be told that according to our server. Sounds a little like discrimination to be frank. Took my Gf and I straight out the door after being told that. Spending $50 isn’t the problem. Being forced to spend $50 is the problem, especially as a long time customer.

I go to press box at least twice a week Monday is Burger mania best burgers in South Tampa and Friday when I have my kids we do wing night there. Sports on every single wall and they have a giant wall that you can watch the best games. Great bartenders great management and great servers.

A true Tampa staple! As a Tampa native, I can honestly say the steak sandwich here is the best in Tampa and it's not even close. Can't wait for football season cuz I will absolutely be watching the games here!

Great neighborhood sports bar. I used to come here quite often, but it's been a number of years now. I always liked it back then. I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in recently after work and it had the same great feel that it did back then. Lots of TV's to watch whatever game you want, cold beer, great atmosphere and great service too. Met a friend there and everyone at the bar was friendly. Definitely will be coming back. Soon.

The place was pretty good. You walk in and can choose where to sit and then a server comes to you with a menu. We got Natalie. She was awesome. Very attentive and cool. The wings were very delicious. The shrimp was amazing. I got them blackened, so yummy. This place would've got 5 stars but the drink was very mediocre. I decided to get a soda instead of a second round. I will definitely come back for the service and food.

Great neighborhood bar. Old school decor with nice, chill, sport watching vibe. Love their very affordable drink prices and their wide selection of beers on draft. Didn’t try their food but they do have a large menu.

It's one of the best sports bars in Tampa. Amazing food, great staff, and unmatched vibe. Always a go-to on game day. Go, Packers!

I went to The Press Box to eat, relax, and watch some elections returns. They have a larger menu than I expected, and I got the fish & chips (substituted broccoli for the chips), and the fish was huge & delicious. It was even great the next day. Service was good and their prices are moderate.

My father and I come here every time we're in town for either a concert or sporting event and all I will say is that the prices are good, service and great and the wings are awesome. The other customers that come in are friendly and this place seems to suit all kinds of people. Very relaxed atmosphere with a simple but refined take on a sports bar. We love this place.

Great wings. Interesting memorabilia on the walls. Jackie Robinson signed uniform shirt. Lots of history Staff were great and helpful on local directions. You can tell it's a local hangout. Food was excellent. Local business had b. day party for employee while we're were there. If you want to enjoy the food and feel like your home try them out.

Surprisingly friendly and chill. Really the only late night place for food in the area, but don’t hesitate. Good stuff.

Great 'dive-bar. Large bar, lots and LOTS of choices (plus a variety of local brewers and limited time options) plus a separate areas for those there to dine and another for playing pool and darts. The menu is varied with a lot of choices. The kitchen doesn't close until a little bit before last call. Friendly staff and a variety of great beer and tasty food options. It is spacious enough to host a large crowd, think a place to watch the game with a big group. Oh did I mention the TV's. Viewing on each wall with huge projector in dining room.

I love Monday night here. I got a Cajun Burger with fries for 7 bucks and change. I felt like a big shot saying keep the change out 10.00. Lol. The burger was huge and delicious. Yum.
