The food was fresh & delicious. The takeout receptionist was very patient, helpful and most of all got my order correct. I’ll definitely revisit this restaurant

Everything was amazing, food was quick , server was amazing. I got soup and chicken tortellini. Breadsticks were hot and amazing. Best OG I have been to and I been to a lot of them.

The atmosphere was pleasant, the attendant was excellent, with fast service. The salad was in a smaller bowl than what we usually see at an Olive Garden, so we had another bowl vroughy for us. Restrooms are spotless. The staff were very helpful since we were new to the area.

Ordered zappa Toscana soup, was dark brown and thick like gravy. Tasted horrible, refused to eat it. Slow service, why serve something you know isn't right. Won't be returning, horrible experience!

Consistent tasty food. Met a few friends. It was great until they seated two large noisy groups of people nearby. We had to cut our visit short due to not being able to hear each other.

We got to the restaurant and there was no wait, got seated right away. Our waitress Lexi was awesome! We started with the Watermelon Moscato Sangria. Best choice ever! The sangria is refreshing and sweet, but not too sweet. I will definitely have it again next time. Everything we had was great! My husband and I enjoyed our meal very much. One of the best nights out we have had in a long time. Highly recommend this place to anyone!👍😃

Visited this Olive Garden on 8/21 and was pleased with everything. The waiter was very friendly and fast. The bathroom was clean and so was the restaurant. The food came out fast, their to go for $6 is a great deal and for an Olive Garden, it tasted and was just like every other good Olive Garden so 5/5 stars based on it vs other Olive Gardens.

The food was delicious! Haven't been to an Olive Garden in years; just because there isn't one conveniently located near me. It is definitely back on my radar... Their signature salad was delicious and the entree had generous portions; enough to take home for dinner the next night. Service was great. A good night for all! If you haven't been lately, definitely recommend!!!

I enjoyed that visit after a long break with Olive Garden restaurants due to a bad experience at one of the Orlando locations. The food and the service were amazing. Even though it was near the closing time we got all the salads, bread and all dishes were served hot and good tasting. Nothing to complain about.

Did a takeout curbside order during our stay at a nearby hotel and got the expected Olive Garden experience. The food was tasty and served in quality containers. The food was brought out within 5 minutes of arriving. Pricing in this economy / area is a bit higher than I would like for the food we ordered, but again, nothing you can do about it. Got a kids meal, full entrée, and an add-on entrée for a reduced price (special offer). The only thing that I didn't like, was the receipt requires a signature and also includes the tip option. Whether you tip or not online when you order, it is awkward to have to either write in a tip or leave it blank with the employee there standing over you. Do you tip 15%+ still or just a couple of bucks? Either remove that section of the receipt or have handheld devices for this process. 4 stars for not experiencing the interior experience and only the food.

We had a great experience at this location. The service was pretty good, the waitress was very attentive and checked on us many times. The food came out faster than expected and it was very consistent with the flavor and texture in comparison with other olive garden locations. Plenty of parking during a Saturday afternoon.

Very nice restaurant in a convenient location, large parking lot outside. Beautiful interiors in pleasant colors, fireplace running. Fresh foid, very good service, fair prices. The only thing that could be better is to make the bread sticks and minestrone soup less salty, and to serve salads with the dressing on the side, for those who like it light. Very good experience overall 👌

I have worked in food service for a good part of my life. This was atrocious. I could understand if the place had been busy, but I counted, 11 tables with people sitting at them, including us. No less than 6 servers/employees walking around, huddled 3 together right in front of us. 20 minutes of sitting there, our server never showed. Not even to get us drinks, or let us know it would be a minute. Zip. Zilch. Nothing. We were finally able to get one girl to walk over to us (she had been walking around with a receipt in her hand looking lost for no less than 5 full minutes), and asked her if we had a server. She said yes and walked away. After 4 more employees walked by us (empty handed. I could understand if they were actually SERVING someone, but no, just wandering past pretending we weren't there) and another 5 minutes had floated by while we got ignored, I took my husband somewhere else to have dinner on his birthday. Not only will we never be back to this Olive Garden, but it's been our birthday tradition for my husband for 19 years. Never again. Sorry Olive Garden, you're Westshore Tampa location just cost you 2 very devoted customers. Hire better servers. Or maybe get someone to actually manage the restaurant.

It's chain food, it's decent and if you are hungry you can stop by and eat, but is not special, no bad but not something that going to blow your mind. Is good food though. The server Corey was excellent and the atmosphere is very nice, don't make me wrong i will eat here anyday however I love food and I always try to look for the best experience I can get, like I said this is a chain and the food is good and decent but not exceptional

Corey was an amazing waiter. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and served with a smile. The lunch menu was reasonable as far as options; however, the portions were small and of average taste. Food was hot, but not the best I've had. I had the lasagna lunch portion, the chicken, and gnocchi soup but was not impressed however satisfied. I will say the silician cheesecake dessert made up for what lunch lacked.

My food today was nasty No sauce dressing and the broccoli have some weird stuff. I made a call and the lady in the phone said is just seasoning but you can see the photo.

We had an okay time. The restaurant was fairly busy, which we tried our best to take into account, but the length in receiving things we ordered was too long. Additionally, I made a request regarding the chicken on my pasta and felt the staff purposely ignored it. The chicken was buried underneath the sauce so I couldn’t see it was fried and I had asked for it grilled since I have medical issues aggravated by fried food and fatty items. This mistake not only caused me physical pain but really frustrated me as I could no longer finish my meal. Our server, Anthony, was very apologetic and kind, and I did feel he did his best to help make our dinner pleasant. Overall, we felt we could have skipped going out tonight and had a similar experience at our home. The general manager did reach out regarding my feedback which I greatly appreciated.

Had a lunch with my husband before departure. Good location, right beside the airport. The food is delicious as well, portions are huge!!

Olive Garden never disappoints! Tour of Italy with Zuppa soup washed down with Italian Rum punch and finished with Tiramisu.....delizioso!

Hannah was a great waitress and super friendly. The food came out quickly and fresh. The chicken and gnocchi soup is just basically like chicken dumplings without the bread, and was not too bad. The only issue I have is if you are offered a dipping sauce for the breadsticks it is an extra $4.99, and it was not disclosed.

I just love it here!! The food was amazing and came one very quickly. Our server was very kind and attentive. The endless soup and breadsticks never fail to impress. The mozzarella sticks were great!! I also loved the tortellini Alfredo! 10/10

I came in right as this Olive Garden opened right at 11 AM, so I don’t know what it’s like during active hours but my server was very attentive. My food came out very quickly and it was very tasty. I got the little lasagna chocolate cake thing as a dessert. I highly recommend it.

We came to this Olive Garden due to it being so close to the hotel. However was not expecting to be ignored by our server after waiting 10 minutes to order. We received our appetizer before our drinks which had to be brought by another server . Then did not receive the Alfredo dip (endless ) until we had asked 4 times . We had to ask for refills multiple times as he brought his other tables refills on drinks and salad with cheese . When we finally received our entrees we had to ask for our salad again which was brought lacking dressing and without cheese. We had to wait 5 mins and after he served the other table another refill of salad with cheese to get cheese on our salad. In the end after speaking with the manager who was amazing (Mike) made it way better.

The staff was professional and prompt. It's been quite a few years since my last visit to an Olive Garden. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. It was not what I remembered. I enjoyed the eggplant parmesan. It came out steaming hot. The bread sticks were right out of the oven. They even had a local IPA on tap. I would visit again if I was a local.

Been there twice in three days for dinner. Customer service by rep on Thursday was superlative but Saturday was sub par. Has always been a place that my family loves eating in, so no complaints from that front. Good was hot, tasty, fresh and delivered quick too

Not the best experience at all. I wish I could say everything was perfect or came out the way it was ordered in a timely manner but it did not. Server was extremely sweet, they tried their best but just not a good experience. We still tipped over 20% because again “the server tried very hard” and at the end of the day we got our food and understand the business!

We went here for Mother’s Day and we had the best waitress ever, Enrique, he was amazing! Very attentive, professional, and extremely nice. He deserves a raise! Will definitely come back because of him!
