This is my neighborhood McDonald’s for the last 20 years plus. Horrible customer service. They are sending out double cheeseburgers with one patty and making a big deal about us turning around and coming back to fix our order. I suggest a new manager with better customer service because mistakes do happen. My receipt is correct my order was incorrect she thought it was funny and was disrespectful. Please check your food twice before pulling out the drive through because they were not make things right due to the manager

So I don't understand order from me and my family and I ordered my two toddlers a Happy meal a piece four piece nuggets french fries barbecue sauce white milk they order came with only these items in it no chicken nuggets at all I am steady calling back to back don't know what the difficulty is with the 📱 but what I do know is this is very unprofessional and I spent too much money on my whole order for my children not to have chicken nuggets in their order I also ordered a Big Mac order which was correct and the two cheeseburger with fries which was correct I would have been more satisfied if I could reach out to someone and let them know about my order but the fact that I ordered it on doordash and there's no way to speak with the manager or anybody on the team I felt this was the best thing to do so my ratings are not nearly a five it's a one

I was picking up an Uber Eats order & the inside (lobby) was closed so I had to wait in the drive through line, which of course was super long. Then when I finally got to the window, the person that handed me the order, closed the window so fast that I didn’t have a chance to ask about the drink so I had to wait for her to walk back to the window. I know this seems trivial but when I only get paid per delivery ($2.50-$5 average), my time is valuable and I wasted a good amount of it here. There should be a better, more organized system, for delivery drivers & pickup, while lobby is closed.

I placed a mobile order in the app and pulled up to the drive through. I provided the code, and I was told to pull up to the 2nd window, where I was given a bag with half of the food I ordered and the wrong drink. We explained that we were missing a few things from the order and a woman from 15 feet away from the window inside yelled “well you didn’t order anything else” and didn’t even ask what I was referring to. I showed the mobile order on my phone where it says my order was placed and that I had paid for more food, but she rudely told me it didn’t come through. There’s no possible way a mobile order would charge me for everything I ordered, and only 2 of the 5 things show up on their end. They took the bag of food back and then didn’t do anything about it, gave me the same bag of food (where even the things I received were wrong) and just said that’s what I’m getting. I drove away with no food for the rest of my family and won’t be returning. I’m not going to spend money on food that the restaurant staff won’t provide even with proof of purchase. If you want to be treated nicely and receive a correct order, do not go to this location.

First off the individuals, on several occasions, running the order line have no idea what they're doing. I have been in both lines and had the other line have 2-3 cars go through leaving me sitting there waiting. Then the order is almost never taken correctly, I always have to correct my order when I get to the window. By the time I get my food at the 2nd window it always takes 15-25 min. This is the worst McDonald's operation I have ever seen.

Historical landmark in Tampa - this is the location in which the Seminole Heights serial killer worked and was caught at this location. This McDonalds can be chaotic since it’s in Ybor so there’s a lot of people going there after being out so it gets crowded. Sometimes they are cash-only. Overall, staff is great even when it’s busy.

Found this AMAZING, painted rock of Florida, in the drive through. Fast and easy access to I-4 and Ybor City. Clean, inside and out. Customer services were average. Employed seem disgruntled and easy to trigger?

STOP claiming open 24hours if YOURE NOT OPEN 24HOURS. About 10+ times I’ve rolled up and “sorry for the inconvenience, our system is down!” Ok………………. So close the building…………… stop lying what’s the point??????????????????? BE CLOSED THEN!!!!!!!! You are not a 24 hour operation so stop claiming something that you are not. Point blank. It is Not that hard. In fact it’s simple. At this point your employees just don’t want to go their jobs they were hired for. And it’s only this location. Do better for real.

I've come here on occasion as I work down the road. Tonight I decided to stop in as I had a gift card and it was on my way home from Northern Florida. I pull up in the drive thru and order a mcchicken bundle with an ice water. I get up to the payment window and the employee is on his phone not paying any attention to me. I am paying by gift card and I like to have the receipt to put my new balance on the front. I tried getting his attention 3 times (the window was open but he was to busy scrolling through his phone). The 4th time I spoke almost at a yell to ask for a receipt and then his answer was they are out of receipt tape. I've worked retail and fast food before that's almost one thing they have always made sure they have. But I just say okay and move forward. Now at the window to get my food. She hands me the water and because they are wearing masks and my truck is louder I'm having trouble hearing her. So I hear her say the Mc and I say yes. I then go on my way back on I4 to head home. I am opening my sandwich because it said McDouble and I'm like hmm maybe it's wrapped wrong. Nope it was a mcdouble. And it had unions. I'm very allergic to onions. Now I'm exhausted and on i4 and can not turn around. So I attempt to call the store and talk to a manager. It rings and rings and continues to have no one answer. I'm frustrated I couldn't even eat my meal. I'm hoping to talk to a manager tomorrow but I will not be returning to this McDonald's.

Go somewhere else. The customer service is horrible. My partner asked for ketchup packets and received attitude from the man at the counter. There are many things they are out of inside but despite it being barely busy, no one is checking on them. This place feels like everyone is having a bad day. My big Mac came out just tossed together and with barely any condiments on one patty. Shake was too thick and had the syrup on a part of it.

The Ybor location is the best I've ever been to. If I'm in the area I try to go. The nuggets and fries are always fresh. And they do it up fancy sometimes.

I was picking up a DoorDash order the line was so backed up I waited over 20 mins for the order causing the pick up to be late. The manager which was a Hispanic was very rude she rolled her eyes and had an attitude once I got to the window. Also, they should have a better system someone should be handing out orders through the door or another window. With all that said she needs a coaching because she was very rude.

Went to drive through. The customer service was unsatisfactory. The ability of the employees to correctly price an order ridiculous. Got double charged for two double cheeseburger meals. Everything about my experience was rude and just unprofessional. Will not be visiting this McDonald's again.

Line is looping around the building, indoor dining and curbside pickup is closed. Drive thru lady was very rude when we asked if we can use 4 mobile orders and told us to order two and wait 30 min to order the other two! We were also talking to the manager, who didn’t offer any service to solve the issue. Recommend going anywhere else but this restaurant at this location.

Cashier was very rude and disrespectful. I asked a simple question and he became very belligerent. He even went as far to lie and say he was the manager in charge. I believe his name was heron or Jerrod. He shouldn’t be dealing with customers at all. When the real manager asked him to step away, he told her “no”. I don’t know what type of training this restaurant provides but it is obviously sub par. The manager on duty ( female) wasn’t very much help either. This restaurant has really poor customer service. Maybe the district manager needs to pay closer attention. I will be following up with corporate.

Staff standing around laughing and talking while you're sitting waiting for your order. Then you get the good and they forget your drink. Then they make your drink without ice and didn't give you a straw.

Typical McDonald’s experience here. Quick, courteous service. Have done drive through and drive up here, never had a problem with my order as far as accuracy or quality. I don’t eat here too often, but when I do it hits the spot.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with 20 pc nuggets and a mcflurry, with dipping sauces and extra lettuce, only received the 20 nuggets with fries and mcflurry and extra lettuce for cheeseburgers. What are they doing there?

My mother, a friend, and I went to Ybor for a symphony at the theater there, but we were about an hour early. We went to McDonald's to warm up with hot chocolate, but the machine wasn't working. We settled for cokes and sat down to wait until we could go to the concert. A lady who was clearly a vagrant walked up to our table and asked us to buy her a burger. I've been approached on the street, but neverhad a vagrant been so bold as to approach me inside of an establishment. Also, a man went from the men's room into the women's room. Not an employee, just a customer. He was in the lady's room for about 10 minutes, then exited. I can't say we felt especially safe, though the guy behind the counter was very kind.

You can clearly see the receipt says ONLY ketchup, yet I still received a normal Quarter Pounder. I don’t usually eat McDonald’s but when I do, it disappoints me every time. The food is usually cold & the bread is hard as a rock. They pay no mind to when you’re ordering, having to repeat yourself multiple times.

Why is this location still open ybor city location, they have bk across from them we will go there instead… This location do not care about what they are serving. Every time I go there the food is old or not the way you order it. Which makes you upset after you’ve put in details of how you wanted your sandwich made, why waste the time doing that, if the employees not going to follow instructions. Food is never presentable at this location! Always burnt food and no condiments that comes with the sandwich!

Rude employee at the counter had no interest in helping any customers. Self ordering system was down so she refused to ring up customers at the counter. Left without food yet customers went thru drive thru and got their orders and food. Never again stopping here!

Good customer service. Every time I’ve been there, whether in the morning or 11:30 at night, they’ve been professional and to the point. Very rare to see this kind of professionalism in the fast food setting nowadays.

Sat in the drive thru for about a half an hour. Employee taking orders needs a few lessons on how to talk to people. Employee handing out food just sits there and stares at you, you have to walk him thru the process of giving you your food. By the time I got the food it was ok, but overall this experience helped to remind me of the many reasons why I've stopped coming here over time.

We ordered food it was hot can't complain about that. The pull up to the window was crazy . The guy taking our order was a lil impatient but over all pleased with their service better then other McDonald's.

I LOVE this McDonald's. It's clean and efficient. The bathrooms are A+. Tables are clean and the employees are very friendly. I'm a home health nurse and always try to stop here as I have pts who live in the area.

It’s a convenient meeting place, quiet and right off the exit. There were some people sleeping in the booth next to me.. kids killing time waiting for parents to get off work maybe. They have the self ordering kiosks which are easy enough to use.

About 24$ 2 people. Sales at other McDonald's they don't honor at this location. So if you see a commercial on TV about McDonald's, watch it, don't go to this one. The commercial on TV will make you run to McDonald's. Full price you will pay at this location. I love McDonald's and if i am in the area i will go to this location. Most of the time i try to not. Bacon double quarter pounder ches burger is so good. Staff is wonderful. They got me for my money many times. All of the food there is on point, delicious. Just be ready to pay

Okay went there tonight at a little after 10 pm a rude girl answered the drive thru and said she didn't have a grill cook so she couldn't take any orders. Umm are her hands broken so she can't cook? I realize we can get short staffed but I used to run a busy McDonald's with me running the drive thru and cooking because my staff called out sick....she couldn't think of this? She sounded completely incompetent.

Double and triple check your order. This is the third time I've been to this same McDonald's and didn't learn my lesson. Shame on me to believe my order was correct!

Fastest McDonald's drive thru experience I've had in all of Hillsborough County. Considering the Ybor city location, in front of the I-4 ramps near the junction... I guess they gotta be fast. Busy enough so nothing sits, you always get fresh fries. I don't recall any mistakes with our food orders from there either. Not a location to hangout or dine-in due to the area.... Drive thru and Drive Out.

Absolute WORST McDonalds you could possibly go to. I just got cussed out by the chick in the drive through because I ask why it took me 50 minutes to get my food. this is not the first time I have had issues there. 9/10 they will take over 20 minutes to get you the food and it WILL be screwed up. Wether the food is not fully cooked or you get called racial slurs for asking why it takes so long. They need to fire the whole staff and start completely over.
