This is my favorite P.F Chang’s! The food and service is always great and the atmosphere is always pleasant the parking is simple, and it’s located in the West Shore Plaza In Tampa.

This was the first time my wife and visited this restaurant. Let me tell you the experience was amazing. It all started with the young man that was our waiter and bartender Gabriel. He was attentive and very knowledgeable. He suggested a meal for my wife to have and she just loved it. This young man made our experience incredibly enjoyable somewhites that I know that will come back again and we will especially be looking for Gabriel again.

We made reservations and when we showed up, a few minutes later our tabel was ready. Our server was Elis, and she really made our outing extra special. She helped us with food recommendations and was very gracious. All restaurants should have several Elis' on their staff! She even took the extra step to help us celebrate my mother's birthday.

Yesterday after a very long time my service here finally was amazing!!! Although I felt like we were all sitting in one part of the restaurant because one side was closed in terms of servers not being there it would it was still not bad. Our food came out perfect and our server Gabriella it was amazing super alternative and helpful and always made sure that our drinks for constantly filled! The food was great and yesterday it was kind of crowded but definitely doable and I don’t know if they change the stuff or not but it was amazing

Great location. I give the lettuce wraps and seasme chicken 5 stars. The Mongolian beef was dry and crisp, not what I'm used to at other locations, so I gave it 4 stars. Inside was nice and clean. I would visit this location again.

Stopped here for drinks and appetizers. Jonathan our server was incredible. Her recommended the chili sauce to go with our food. So fabulous. And my espresso martini was fire!!! Thank you Jonathan and PF Chang on Westshore

I had an amazing dining experience at P.F. Chang's recently, thanks to our waiter Jonathan. He was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and he made sure that we had everything we needed. Jonathan also went above and beyond to make our experience special, such as bringing us out a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. The food at P.F. Chang's is also top-notch. I highly recommend the Mongolian beef, which is tender and flavorful, and the P.F. Chang's spicy chicken, which is perfectly crispy and spicy. The lettuce wraps are also a must-try, and they make a great appetizer or light meal. Overall, I had a wonderful time at P.F. Chang's, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal and excellent service. Be sure to ask for Jonathan if you can - he's the best!

It’s very rare that service is genuine and authentic. I must say, my family and I went to PF Chang’s expecting a great meal and good service. But we ended up having a fantastic meal and amazing service! There’s nothing better than to go out to eat with my family, other than going out to eat with my family AND enjoy the company of our server/waiter - Jonathan. We will be back more often and can now come with even more expectations of how the evening will go.

We are a family of 4, went for the first time to dine in, our experience was better than we expected for a Chinese restaurant. We have 2 kids that were amazed with the food. The food is tasty and fresh, the attention in general was on point, our waitress take good care of us. The atmosphere there is relax and clean. Overall we had a great time with good food. I will recommended 👌 you will have a great time with your family.

This location was such a delight - my waitress, Daniela, was incredibly kind, bubbly and quick. The food was amazingly hot, plentiful and flavorful, and definitely one of the best locations I’ve been to. Daniela made the experience amazing. Will be back next time I’m in Tampa!

We had a group of 8. We were celebrating a Birthday. Ordered the Japanese Old Fashioned and it was amazing. Had the shrimp dumplings and those were amazing. The Kung Pao Dragon roll was super spicy but incredibly delicious. Spicy Tuna roll was very good as well. Almost every other person said there meal was good. One person had the Pad Thai and said it was bland with extremely too much emphasis on peanut. I tasted it and concurred. The reason I only gave three stars was for two reasons. One, one of the old fashioneds that I ordered had a major chip on the edge of the glass. I only noticed after I had taken a sip or two. I felt it with my finger and it was definitely sharp enough to cut flesh. I notified the server who apologized and brought another one. Two, other people in our party noticed snarky remarks throughout the evening from our server. I didn't notice them, but I trust these people. Back to the chipped glass. I'm not saying I deserved anything for being handed a glass that could have cut me. However, not one single thing was offered other than a replacement. The manager never made it to the table to talk about the incident. Actually, never noticed a manager walking around and interacting with patrons at all. Seems odd for a Friday night or is it just me?

Out for dinner with some family from out of town and my 7 year old nephew has ordered ice cream for dessert. These are the spoons our server Christian brings to the table upon our request for spoons. We then tell him AND SHOW HIM the bowl of ice cream and I emphasize that the spoon is for a CHILD! Looking most bothered he then says all he has is a very tiny spoon which he reluctantly brings. Shockingly it’s the perfect size for a 7 year old to enjoy his ice cream. Come on PF Changs … a little more effort and awareness when serving clients would be appreciated.

So I Came In For A Late Lunch PF Chang's China Bistro . I sat at the bar and Orisol was an absolute ROCKSTAR🥰🥰🥰SOOO SWEET .She told me all about their awesome happy hour menu .I loved the Lychee Cosmo which was delicious .I was in the mood for Mongolian Beef which was phenomenal ,hot and fresh .But I look forward to exploring their HH in the future and I shared below the menu .Such a great place

First time visiting, Asian fusion style with a good selection. Our server was very helpful for dietary restrictions and suggestions. Good flavors and a delicious smell in the room, like wood fired BBQ chips. Wide open layout, decent price and nice bar at the entry.

This place was so good! Our waitress Rachel was awesome! She always went above and beyond. Got us water when we needed it, in a timely manner! Thank you so much Rachel! We ordered off of her recommendations, Mongolian beef, Changs Spicy Chicken, pork dumpling, the boba tea, and the banana ice cream dessert! Everything had wonderful flavor. The food was hot.

Went here on Saturday afternoon - it was not busy and food came out in a decent amount of time. Our server seemed new and nervous. They've changed some of the recipes and my food was not good. The sauce was awful. My husband and daughter enjoyed their food. Portion sizes are good. Overall, it was a mediocre experience

Wonderful experience and delicious food. Service was outstanding. Food was so delicious I dug in and forgot pictures. The Executive chef is the best. Would recommend for a year occasion however made a memorable date night.

We ordered a bunch of appetizers they were all great. They messed up on one of our meals and when they rushed to remake it they undercooked the food. So they offered us a free dessert to make up for it. They also gave us stale fortune cookies.

Delicious! I was exhausted after traveling. We stopped and had dinner, they were quick and the drink was on point! Waiter was very kind!

Had a great experience today, and what I love is i always have a great experience at the Westshore location! I always choose to sit at the bar, and Orisel is the best! The service is very attentive, bar is kept so clean and food is great. For a chain restaurant, the personalized experience is what keeps me coming back… bonus is they have amazing ice cream 😁

Good food but we use to come here and get large portions but now prices are up and less portions. A little cold when the food came out. Good service.

Delicious food, quick service, ambience is very comforting and pricing is also good. Dynamite Shrimp is super great! Loved the experience overall! Looking forward to visiting again.

PF Changs is always a solid choice. Food is always consistent. Spare ribs are killers, and all dishes are always good. Vegetables are never mushy and are flavorful. It is a little more expensive than you might think, so check prices if you have a particular dollar range in mind. I would also add a note about the wait staff. We've all noticed servers not being the servers we've grown accustomed to in the past, but PF Changs continues to hire and train motivated folks who want to be there. Makes a difference, does it not? One last note... if you ever wanted to know what the PF stands for... it stands for Peter Fleming - as in Flemings Steak House.

We had an amazing family dinner at this location visiting Tampa. Jonathan was our waiter and he was very attentive and got everything right. He has a great personality and is an asset to P.F. Changs. Thank you Jonathan for making this a memorable evening.

We LOVE this place!!!! Flavorful, big portions, super friendly staff (our favorite is the bartender girl since years, she is an absolute sweetheart), but even the waiters and waitresses are polite, helpful and decent. Love the vegetarian options but we’d be happy if you’d bring back veggie rolls too… :-) Highly recommended restaurant! Thank you

Yummy! Had a chance to stop in & sit at the bar with my honey for some Saki and dinner. Our bartender was nice and efficient. Our food was delicious! I really like the vibe here too, dark & chill. Definitely recommend it, and we'll be back 😊

As a pure Chinese taster, I guarantee this place makes the real traditional Chinese dishes in a modern mixed with Eastern and Western environment. Services is excellent, no complaints. If you like to try real chinese food without visiting China, go to this store.
