We went there on October 30th with four people. The food was amazing. The service was fantastic. I would have given 5 stars if not for two things. The first is the restrooms. They are too small and this made it incredibly difficult for my larger build handicapped grandmother. The second reason is the parking lot. It is a bit ill planned. I witnessed a near accident involving a pick up truck. Otherwise this place is amazing

When we pulled into the parking lot I had my doubts. It doesn't look like much from the outside. Who would have thought they'd have a master chef working in the kitchen. Everything we ordered was delicious, while the portions and prices were excellent. Even the wait staff are amazing! Martha's just moved into the top spot to eat when in the area!

Martha’s is a local restaurant located in Seffner, across the street from Armwood High School. This is a diner-style restaurant, with retro theming and metal walls. Our waitress was very caring, and was very friendly and accommodating. The food can either be amazing or just okay. However, it’s at a very good value, and comes in large portions. The food was undoubtedly homemade, and the meatball sub and fries had great taste. However, my Hillbilly Benedict was sadly a miss. Overall, would recommend Martha’s if you want something basic.

The staff is great here and the food is amazing. Their pancakes are so good, I highly suggest trying them before adding syrup, the rich flavor can stand on its own, could be Mickey Mouse had a hand in it. Their skillet breakfasts are hard to finish because they're overflowing! The children's menu was well rounded. Highly recommended this place and can't wait to come back and try their lunch offerings.

We were in the area for a jiujitsu competition and decided to stop here for brunch. And I’m so glad we did! There was a 15 minute wait to get our table and honestly if you are in a rush, this is not the place to come to. There is a calm and a “take my time” kinda southern vibe here. And I’m not mad about it because the food was exceptional. I got the stuffed French toast with home fries scrambled eggs and sausage links. My hubby got the gyro and my little guy got two eggs breakfast with pancakes. These home fries were on another level. My son said his food was delicious and he’s a little foodie so I can imagine his food was just as great as mine. My hubby said the gyro was amazing too. But the best thing of all was the service. I wish I could remember my waitress’ name but she was super sweet and helpful. Didn’t rush us despite the fact that we came in near closing and when we forgot our left overs on the table, she came running out to find us at our car! I can’t wait to come back to eat here again.

I got the steak skillet and it came with pancakes. It was amazing! think it’s the best breakfast in town. Our server was very sweet and took good care of us. Also, pricing was not bad at all.

We were on Family Vacation and on the way to Dinosaur World, and my wife found this place online. So we stopped and tried this place out, and everything was just great. Every piece of food on our plates was amazing... even my NY Strip steak was cooked to perfection. If thinking about stopping here...do it. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for the great service and food.

Best cheesesteak ever! Grilled bun, generous amount of real steak shredded, delicious cheese, mushrooms, peppers and sautéd onions. Add what toppings you want. Served hot and juicy! Perfect!

Would of left a 0 stars if I had an option! The owner has NO aka 0% customer service skills whatsoever, what a JOKE! We are regulars and with rant and rave about Martha’s all day long until today! We were there for over an hour and a half our server had two big tables with parties of over 10 people. We kept our mouth shut, as other groups were coming in ordering their food and leaving we had and so even gotten our waters… again we were very patient and thankful that they were open during this time. We were there for over an hour and a half, as we were getting ready to leave our sons pizza came out. We brought it to the attention of our server who contacted the manager and spoke to the owner. Both of them said they would be comping the pizza for $13. I ended up paying $45 for my meal and realize that I had paid for the pizza, I went back inside I spoke to the manager and she said I’m sorry the owner will NOT comp the pizza!!! My son literally sat there and watched us eat breakfast, we tried to give him bacon and other things but he had his heart set on the pizza. Truly sad, they lost a customer because they couldn’t do right when they were in the wrong.. so if you have hungry children I would advise not to come here because they will not make their food until you leave and then charge you for it! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant, they lost my business!!!!

This was our 3rd trip and the food has been great but not this time. I got The Florentine omelette which when it came the Hollandaise sauce was broken cut into the omelette and I have a runny snotty egg whites my hashbrowns were barely cooked cold in the middle and mush not happy

Ordered the crispy strawberry and cream cheese stuffed french toast (eggs, meat and potato choices included). LOVED IT! Great food at reasonable price. $13.15 with 18% tip.

Really friendly and family oriented diner. The food was phenomenal and won't break the bank. Got myself some breakfast and absolutely enjoyed it. Will come back for more to try. Can never go wrong with home-cooked meals at this place.

Did a little research on the place and thought it was worth a try, very small place but big on taste and quality. Amazing food for a very good price. I managed to finish my chicken, but we took half to the skillet home!! Wish they where closer to my house!

Do not go to Martha's if you are in a hurry!!! You go to Martha's because the food is good. I ordered the hillbilly skillet and let me tell you it is great! Has everything but the kitchen sink in it. The only issue I would have liked the onions and peppers to be more done, not so Al dente. My wife had the bacon cheeseburger and even though she ordered it well done, it was still nice and juicy. The only suggestions she would have liked it to have a little more seasoning. The homemade onion rings are good and crispy. This is an awesome mom and pop place that makes great food. But do not be in a hurry, good things come to those who wait.

We were passing by this area and checked Google Maps for restaurant suggestions. This one had a high rating and is a family restaurant so we decided to try it out. Emily was our server and she was amazing. She was very organized taking our orders and repeated them to make sure she had everything we wanted. The food is freshly made and we loved everything we tried. We were very surprised of how great the food tasted. We met Jose (the owner) and he was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place. The food is prepared as ordered so it is fair to wait to get exactly what you order. Thank you Emily. We had a great time and will come back again when we visit the area again.

I'm sure some have good food come out but not for us today. Paid a bit extra for onion rings with a cheesesteak sandwich but rings came out cold.. not even warm, just cold. 2 of the 3 orders we had came out. My order finally made it out when everyone else was about done with theirs. I had a pork chop, eggs, hash browns and biscuit.. nothing that takes long. The hash browns and biscuit were good, that's it. The pork chop was like leather and so were my eggs. Not sure how they forgot to make my order with rest of the ticket but they did. Server was very apologetic and let management know, he took off half the cost of my meal. We also got a cheeseburger which was fine. Maybe another visit they could get it right but I think I'll pass.

Was ok today. Usually very good. I was so excited they were going to have chicken and dumplings. You may if lucky got 3 dumplings in ur bowl. I was there for dumplings not chicken lol. But u got alot of chicken Broth was good. Dumplings raw. Sent 2 bowls back with raw dumplings. Keep in mind you only got 2 or 3 per bowl. This was for our whole table too. Greek dressing was delish. I only wanted lettuce for salad not the tomatoes, cucumber or peppers. But to add cheese $1.50 that crazy for a little amount of cheese. Today was a bust and first time for lunch. Onion rings were very good.

This was an excellent place for breakfast! Very reasonable prices, very good food. Down home cookin'. We had the southern omelet, a yummy biscuit and ham (thick piece), 2 eggs, and hasbrowns. Coffee was excellent.

Great food at a great price. Usually my father and I get in and out for $25-$30 including the tip. We are always stuffed and often have leftovers as well. The biggest issue is that it can feel overcrowded at times. One of my favorite breakfast places, definitely try it out.

Jeez.. Amazing local spot! Haven't had anything but great meals here. About 20 meals so far. These pancakes are unbelievably good!

I don’t normally eat at restaurants that don’t serve beer and wine. As is well known to my friends and family, I enjoy a glass of wine or beer with my lunch or dinner. This is one of very few restaurants where I’ll make that exception because the food is so delicious and the people are very friendly, as well as being efficient. On this occasion we stopped for lunch. As usual the restaurant was crowded, but they found us a spot that was a little cramped but workable. One downside to Martha’s is that it is always crowded at the regular breakfast and lunch hours (they open at 5.30 am and close at 3 pm, every day except Friday, when they close at 8 pm). Because of its popularity they squeeze as many tables as they can into a smallish space – even so you’ll have to wait for a table if you come at 1230 pm. But the food is worth it. We time our visits to arrive after 1.00 pm when more people are leaving than arriving. This time we wee able to move to a larger table after we’d ordered but before the food arrived. On various visits we’ve eaten Mushroom and Swiss and Spinach and Feta Omelet’s, Hillbilly Skillet and Steak Philly Handfull. All have been delicious. The prices are exceptional for the quality and quantity of food served we paid $21.50 before tip for a delicious lunch. We love this place.

Had the best sautéed grouper on linguini with lemon sauce! like francaise. It was perfect! Fresh and cooked just right. Two large pieces, linguini, salad and garlic bread for $21! Took half of it home. Have been coming here for years- the food is always good and plentiful!

Outstanding customer service. Huge portions and great food. We’ve wanted to go here for some time but the place is always packed (a good sign). We ordered the chicken fried steak and meat lovers skillet. Amazing! Great coffee as well.

This is a small time diner. Good food, big portions, and good service. We stop here on a recommendation of a person at Lazy Days RV park. Our server was new so there was a couple of issues with our order. The manager/owner (?) Came out of the kitchen and asked us to clarify our order and then apologized and offered free items to make up for the error. Our server then came over and apologized and also offered comp items. We declined and and said we understand being new. I had the smokehouse calzone and my wife had the hillbilly Benedict. Bit were very good and had plenty for left overs.

We enjoyed this popular breakfast and lunch diner, and will return. The sausage gravy was some of the best I have ever tasted. Portions were large and so was the variety on their menu. You could get breakfast any time, and the pizza looked popular. Service was top notch and inviting. The food did take a while to come out, but it was worth it.

Great, feel good food. Homestyle cooking for all taste buds. The menu is exactly what you would expect. Breakfast, sandwiches, salads, and the also have a pizzeria menu with Italian staples. Generous portions and fresh ingredients. Our waitress Becky was very attentive and anticipated our needs. She was great with recommendations, and she is knowledgeable of the menu items and substitutions. The NY strip had great flavor, and the patty melt didn't need any additional condiments. They had a daily specials menu and a main menu.

Just moved to Seffner and needed a place to go for lunch after a long morning of running errands. Martha’s was the perfect place to stop for a bite. The staff is friendly and the food is absolutely incredible. The environment in here made us feel right at home. We are thrilled to be in Seffner and look forward to our next visit to Martha’s!
