I
don’t
normally
eat
at
restaurants
that
don’t
serve
beer
and
wine.
As
is
well
known
to
my
friends
and
family,
I
enjoy
a
glass
of
wine
or
beer
with
my
lunch
or
dinner.
This
is
one
of
very
few
restaurants
where
I’ll
make
that
exception
because
the
food
is
so
delicious
and
the
people
are
very
friendly,
as
well
as
being
efficient.
On
this
occasion
we
stopped
for
lunch.
As
usual
the
restaurant
was
crowded,
but
they
found
us
a
spot
that
was
a
little
cramped
but
workable.
One
downside
to
Martha’s
is
that
it
is
always
crowded
at
the
regular
breakfast
and
lunch
hours
(they
open
at
5.30
am
and
close
at
3
pm,
every
day
except
Friday,
when
they
close
at
8
pm).
Because
of
its
popularity
they
squeeze
as
many
tables
as
they
can
into
a
smallish
space
–
even
so
you’ll
have
to
wait
for
a
table
if
you
come
at
1230
pm.
But
the
food
is
worth
it.
We
time
our
visits
to
arrive
after
1.00
pm
when
more
people
are
leaving
than
arriving.
This
time
we
wee
able
to
move
to
a
larger
table
after
we’d
ordered
but
before
the
food
arrived.
On
various
visits
we’ve
eaten
Mushroom
and
Swiss
and
Spinach
and
Feta
Omelet’s,
Hillbilly
Skillet
and
Steak
Philly
Handfull.
All
have
been
delicious.
The
prices
are
exceptional
for
the
quality
and
quantity
of
food
served
we
paid
$21.50
before
tip
for
a
delicious
lunch.
We
love
this
place.
