THEY STOLE MY PUPPY!! Had my puppy not even 5 feet from me while I was doing something and they took him. When I asked if I could look at cameras they said they had none. Then my boyfriend went in and guess what? They had cameras. You will never guess where it skips 2 minutes… the same time my dog was stolen. When asked if I could leave a flyer for him they said there is no way he was taken here and that if I wanted to leave it I needed to bring the cops. Then proceeded to cuss me out. DO NOT STAY HERE!! THEY WILL STEAL ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!!!

Skin Parasites/ Morgellons is REAL and you will catch it at this hotel!!! Would honestly recommend sleeping in your car or outside over staying at THIS hotel!!! You'll save your money and avoid getting infested. And I know I'm not crazy because other long term guests were complaining of the same symptoms.

I just went there to pick up a little something for my boy. Soon as I pull up dude comes up trying to set me up with a date thathe back girls were waving to me they were very friendly a little dirty but it was night time you would never know. Lot of salesmen there prolly a conversation in the area it seemed everybody wanting to sell me something. Overall it was great people are friendly

This place was disgusting and we demanded a refund from Expedia. When Expedia called the front desk (or owner?) the lady called us liars and we sent photos to Expedia and Expedia took care of us. Floors were sticky, holes in walls, fabric on chair was worn through, stains on lamp shades, dirt and guck on walls and it smelt like smoke.

The most disgusting hotel I've ever had to stay in. The pictures they have posted is not of this hotel. When I asked them about the photos, she tried to lie and say the pictures were accurate until I pulled my phone out and showed her the posted pictures. She immediately got quiet and handed me back my phone. My booking was non refundable so I had to stay for the weekend. While I was there there was 2 big fights with people who I think LIVE there. Loud music playing and people outside hanging out. The room had ROACHES and holes in the wall and broken up furniture. The bed was disgusting with about 15-20 cigarette burn holes in the blanket. I travel with my own sheets, blanket and pillow (thank goodness). I will absolutely never ever stay there again. Terrible hotel.

This place is in very bad condition, it is not recommended even to spend a single night. They are all very dirty. The pool is abandoned the whole place is abandoned. This really is a very bad hotel. Recommending not to come to this site

This hotel is trash I rented room 231 tonight February 12 I tried to check in at 3 o’clock they told me I was not able to check in yet I come at 9:30 PM I check in they give me a room with a broken AC dresser that’s tore to pieces. The only thing works is one light and a TV and they’re not willing to make it right. And I am a platinum member at choice hotels I don’t recommend you to do no business with these people Roadway and or choice hotels

DRUGS, TRICKS,ROACHES, AND DANGEROUS PEOPLE. THEY WILL FIGHT YOU AND YOUR KID'S THE OWNER HAS A DANGEROUS PEOPLE LIVING THEIR AND ITS FIGHTING ALL DAY. POLICE COMES AND DOES NOTHING IT IS NOT SAFE AND THE ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING ROACHES EVERYWHERE AC LEAKS REALLY BAD IN YOUR ROOM SO WATER IS EVERYWHERE.

Where do I even start rooms moldy and smells funny… completely rude. Checked us into a dirtg room when told we were told to wait or check out. Complained to corporate about attitudes and moldy rooms (roof of bathroom has dark mold)so we were put in the do not rent list due to this (not like I would ever consider going back)claims to be pet friendly yet they opened the door and our kitten ran out the day before the hurricane and we still haven’t found her.when checking out she ran back into the room from the car the door shut and they wouldn’t allow us to get a key to get her because it was after 11 said they would send maintenance who failed to tell us she ran out the door when he opened it until an hr or so after smh discussing attitudes

Staff are wonderful. Rooms are OK. Location is good for bus and business.

This place was awful hookers and drugs every where bed was abt to fall down no lights in the bathroom tv wouldn't work ,had a lady beat on my door at 2 am then a dealer a few minutes later ,but it was the only place I could find because I was out of driving time and had to get some rest well didn't get much with all that was going on at that place never again would I stay there I should have been pd 80$ to stay

Dirty inside and out, broken bathroom fan, broken remote, no shades on the lamps....I guess I should be happy there were no bedbugs (so far). Unfortunate, I was running late- if I had the time, I would have gone to another hotel :(

This is a place where you have to keep protection. Full of tricks and dealers! If you take a fire arm in MAKE SURE TO TAKE IT WHEN YOU LEAVE DO NOT FORGET!!!!! THEY WILL TRY TO KEEP YOUR FIRE ARM!!!!!

Please Avoid this motel it's disgusting. Its not what it seems . Its not safe. It's Not clean .there people always walk up to you and asking for things. And the pool is has never been clean. PLEASE STAY AWAY FRON THIS PLACE.

Most of the staff here has been very pleasant. I adore the couple that does the housekeeping upstairs in the 1st building! They go above and beyond to make sure we've got tissue, towels, clean bedding, ect. The room we stayed in has some cosmetic issues but was clean, not one sighting of anything that is creepy or crawls...the toilet had a minor leak issue. All that being said...I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for about 6 months. Here's my experience. The good: -Convenient location -Rooms are older and some are beat up, but they're better than a lot of motels nearby -wifi is actually pretty good -lots of channels and HBO -theres a security guard (who doesn't do anything) -AC/hot water work well -its cheap. $420/week. -Ice machine and laundry on property -the front building is safe. DO NOT even try to stay in the back. It's a total war zone and it's not safe at all. The bad: -houskeepers are annoying and Loud. -front desk lady was never friendly. -lots and lots of roaches -loud, drunk/high people in hallway/parking lot. Lots of fights. -the cops are there almost daily -if something breaks or stops working, it's very hard to get it fixed

We made reservation online through Expedia not realizing that you had to be 21. The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude. We called Expedia and got the name on our reservation switched to someone over 21. The guy at the front desk refused to let us in. We had someone from Expedia call and he hung up on her. We drove 10 hours and got here at 1am and had to cancel our reservation because this man refused to let us in.

This hotel/motel is very disgusting. Its terrible to be near a tourist attraction. Bullet holes, cigarette burns, you name it and it's at this despicable place. Management very rude, you walk in a room with toilet broken, termite sawing the sink, no way, go to office tell her no, for about 4 rooms consecutively, you switch rooms over and over with issues that no one in their right mind will hold as acceptable and the indian lady looks at you with no refund and you didn't touch anything. The walls have you feel as your at a crime scene. Its very sad that Choice Reward Membership would do business with this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY..... YOU WONT STAY AND YOU'LL BE OUT OF 80 BUCKS.

It's not very decent, but it can probably be cosy if you make it. There's roaches in a lot of the rooms that are downstairs. There's also some mold in the bathrooms. It looks like they never clean the room after the last guest has left. They only sweep, and probably mop the floor poorly.

Check in was easy but went down hill from there...the room smelled Like cigarettes but was a non smoking room, the walls were all stained, the bathroom was half renovated, the bed was like sleeping on a bed of nails with bed bugs, I ask where the city inspector is, they must be over protecting the school from these bad people that live there, drugs next to a school, there are no laws in this stateafter stayingat this place!!....the house keeper beating on the door for some reason, if it was for service ,she needs to do some cleaning before I went, where's the sign for no service,? I ask for a refund, but you can't get one...all they care about your card is there....good luck being crooks...

Roach infested rooms, to many black people and people that are ratchet, it smells like cigarettes and people be drinking, people here stank. I suggest not booking here, people running around with big feet like they big foot.
