First
I
want
to
say,
I
can
find
comfort
in
just
about
any
sleeping
arrangement,
as
long
as
there
are
no
active
allergens
in
the
vicinity
and
the
room
is
clean,
I
can
sleep
just
fine.
I
booked
a
stay
here
a
while
back
and
my
flight
got
in
late.
I
got
in
around
10:30pm
and
by
the
time
I
got
to
this
hotel
it
was
past
11pm,
and
the
front
desk
was
closed.
I
called
Choice
Hotels
customer
service
to
explain
what
happened,
and
they
suggested
to
go
to
the
maintenance
office
to
wait
for
someone
to
give
me
access
to
my
room.
Finally
after
30
minutes,
I
was
in
touch
with
someone
and
we
got
our
room.
As
I
walked
in,
it
was
like
walking
into
a
cigarette.
The
walls
were
stained,
the
room
smelled
so
horribly
that
I
couldn’t
breathe.
I
went
back
to
the
maintenance
office
and
called
customer
service
again
and
they
were
unable
to
offer
me
another
room
(even
with
availability)
and
didn’t
offer
a
refund.
The
room
was
FILTHY.
I
am
not
picky
and
truthfully,
I
often
check
reviews
on
hotels
before
going
staying
with
them
and
usually
find
that
people
are
too
harsh
or
have
way
too
high
standards.
But
I
promise
you,
this
was
the
most
miserable
hotel
room
I
have
ever
been
in.
I
finally
decided
to
leave
and
go
somewhere
else
after
another
hour
of
back
and
forth
with
the
night
security
and
customer
service.
They
never
refunded
me
or
offered
any
sort
of
help
-
as
someone
that
already
has
asthma
and
intense
allergies,
these
rooms
are
dangerously
unsafe
and
disgusting.
Do
yourself
a
favor
and
do
NOT
stay
here.
