I own a plumbing company and got an emergency call last Friday night and after repairing the problem the manager and 3 of the tenants jumped my technician and beat him up badly and went into his truck and stole his ipad.. BEWARE

Dirty rooms crack heads and druggies all around rooms have bed buggs

Both beds in the room were soiled with bodily fluids and blood and the lady refused to give me clean sheets. Wish I could give them no stars.

I'd give it a zero if I could. It's dirty and disgusting!!! The general clientele there are drug addicts and alcoholics. NEVER stay there again!!!! Also would only take cash.

I want mine spending money here the service is great the rooms are decent no bed bugs the staff is nice so quiet place as long as you stay to yourself I will always use this room when I'm in the area I've been to other places it was treated rude and nasty just cuz I asked do y'all have bed bugs and they got extremely rude so this place right here is actually a good look motel I recommend anybody here

Convenience

I got lured in because of the sign advertising, but don't believe it. Sure the feature starts in the evening but it's the only one. Not even a good one. Also the restroom has no privacy outside of closing the door. Good night's sleep otherwise. The doors could have deadbolts.

Yeah good place if your looking to get layer plenty of hooked and johns.. only thing on TV is pork. Bed spread are never cleaned I won't even sit on a bed there let alone lay on it.. nasty

The J Hawk has plenty different walks of Life. I uber there & have met some funny people

The couple running this place is very good and the management is working on upgrading the rooms, they are way cleaner than they were 2 years ago when I stayed here.

I don't know if I'd recommend this hotel considering the park next door it's not the most favorite places and that's putting it lightly

We have updated the property with clean linens and towels along with steam cleaning each room and bathroom. Our floors have been machine scrubbed and steam cleaned. Each bed has been encased with a protector. We have monthly pest control service to prevent insect/bug problems. We offer ice cold soda on our property to help quench your thirst. We offer affordable daily and weekly rates.

The room was dirty. I dont think they even changed the sheets from the previous guest because there were cigarettes burns in the sheets that were melted thru to the mattress. Also there was only 1 towel and what appeared to be an old dish rag to use.I ended up sleeping in my car.

This is where I currently stay I love this place it's very quiet and peaceful

I did not like the way he yelled at me for chocolate ice cream that fell on the sheet the room was clean got me thinking they don't change the sheets and I don't like the time other hotels let u leave around 1230 to 1 u have to be out by 10 not enough sleep thank u.

No stars what so ever..... I am helping a family I met today husband and wife. I learned they are going thru rough times. As a Cristian I was moved and offered to help them find a place for two nights. We stopped at Jayhawk Motel, sign read vacancy. I entered and was turned away. I was surprised. As I ask to speak for a reason. I was then asked to leave. Not sure why and called local police. I will visit TPD District 3 to followup. For all who read this be cautious and drive north to The Oats there you will be received. I was able to help a family and learn how this can be allowed.

Wow reading the other reviews looks like this place hasn't changed a bit since the 90s.

Started coming here because money was low. Everything was fine. You get what you pay for. The first few times were fine. Then all of a sudden bed bugs and roaches. Not to mention cops always there. If its not for someone on drugs, someone dead because of an overdose.Prostitutes. Proud Crackheads. .... Just dont waste your money.
