I wouldn't really give this place any stars. It should be called Roach motel. They were runny everywhere. They absolutely do not give refunds. Very rude. Rooms have mold. Linens on the bed were still damp. Shower wouldn't drain so you have dead roaches floating around your ankles while showering. This place is absolutely disgusting!!!

I paid a hole week starting on the third end up having to leave that Tuesday. After the fact that I was complaining about all the bed bugs they had in the hotel. Good on coast for a week 250 is not bad but with all the nastiness that comes with it should've been cheaper than that.

Stayed at this motel as my normal place had no vacancy... my wife and I stayed in a nice room it was a little dated though, did have flat screen tv which was a nice touch. Owners seem to be fixing the property up, had people removing beds and replacing them with new ones the day we checked in. We didn't have issues with any bugs as some reviewers had mentioned and didn't notice too many people walking around the property other than the other tenants. Overall I think the property is improving and we are going to give it another try

Has new management. They have completely cleaned this place up. Plumbing fixed. Walls painted. Actually clean now. Impressed

Under New Management been here since December 11th no problems anytime we do have a problem they take care of it right away the ladies in the office are great

WARNING!! I've heard nothing but one thing over and over again about this place BED BUGS, BED BUGS AND MORE BED BUGS! WARNING!!

The orange hotel has been overall great experience. I spent few weeks until our apartment was ready and the staff were helpful and the cleaning lady was awesome. She would show up wit a balloon for our daughter every now and again which i thought was super thoughtful. Price is great. Just alittle dated building.

I stayed for 6 months and loved it the two lovely ladies r so good and do a great job there

The Motel is under New Management since November 2018 and they have been improving the place. They are always there watching over the place. They are friendly and they do care for their customers... Housekeeping is always there when you need her. Rooms are very clean and smells good! The Motel is quite and the place is safe to be.. If you have any question in regards to the room you can rest a sure that they are willing to answer your questions.

Simply you get what you pay for. Management is awesome they are willing to help and work at a fast pace. This is not the Hilton, Holiday inn or any other brand name hotel. Costs are cheap, room cleaned daily and no foul smells. People should understand that if you stay here its a temporary spot until you get a better location. Dont pay and than complain simply choose to spend your money somewhere else.

The motel is centrally located, but not in a good or safe part of town. The room was very small, but it is one of the least expensive places you can find that will take a credit card for payment. No services, bugs, and possible drug paraphernalia... my husband found a heroin needle on top of the door frame in the bathroom. It is still one of the better motels that you will find in the middle of crack town.

Disgusting- there’s a reason most the reviews are 1 star. Don’t stay here or anywhere on Nebraska for that matter. If you do, just make sure you check under the mattresses for needles and paraphernalia.

It's a disaster, a disgusting place. Honestly if u can go somewhere else. Didn't have a choice but qould rather sleep in my car if I could.

I was told that there has been several recent changes thanks to the new owner's, managers & staff that you can notice from N. Nebraska! The staff and management kept it cool calm & collected while professionally providing me with everything they could have, and more! Compared to any others in Tampa... you wont find a cheaper spot that can/could or will provide you with everything that Orange Motel does!

Bed bugs when told about them... They shoulda moved me to a different room all they did was wash the sheets an covers then spray the bed... Woke up this morning to more to more bites!

Well if you need to rest a room by the hour this is your place! If you need so nb e place to do drugs and your not planning on sleeping in the covers this is your place . of course it is par for the neighborhood it is in!!!

Very disgusting and moldy atmosphere. As for a refund they said they didn't know how to do that . Looks like a drug user environment.

Stayed here for the week. Service was good, had an issue with the tv but the management took care of it. Older motel but one of the better places on Nebraska

I guess to moral of the story is to not stay in any motel on Nebraska Avenue in Tampa. I was really hoping the night here would be a better experience than the other motel on the Braska I stayed at but had the same problems. The owner/manager of hotel is very mean. I don’t know what is happened to these people to make them so ugly but it must’ve been pretty bad. I understand they probably deal with a lot of low lives as it is a cheap part of town but I was nothing but nice and polite and was still treated like dirt

Poor place great for quicky cheap motel rooms are not totally that bad do see the occasional cockroach. Has been known to have bed bugs there is children and familys at times living there although there alot of drugs and other illegal activities going on

Inside and out it sucks it's no place that any decent law abiding citizen would pay to stay. And the rooms are grossly overpriced, you would look and say this is some sort of joke right ? I'm on one of those hidden camera tv show's right ?
