can
hardly
believe
the
utterly
disgusting
and
disrespectful
behavior
that
I
received
from
2
female
members
of
the
front
desk
staff
today!!!
I
stayed
here
for
2
months
and
the
majority
of
my
payments
were
made
a
day
early.
Yesterday,
I
thought
a
payment
had
been
called
in
over
the
phone.
At
11PM
I
get
a
knock
on
my
door
from
a
staff
member
saying
that
the
room
hadn’t
been
paid
for
and
that
I
had
to
leave
or
be
escorted
out
by
security!!
I
left
and
called
back
today
letting
them
know
I
would
be
returning
with
the
funds.
Denise
and
another
woman
who
said
she
was
management
but
REFUSED
to
give
me
her
name,
said
that
I
could
not
return
and
they
told
me
my
belongings
were
put
outside
and
told
me
to
not
call
back.
I
asked
For
the
contact
information
for
the
owner
to
report
this
atrocious
treatment
and
they
laughed
at
me,
told
me
not
to
call
back
and
hung
the
phone
up
on
me!!!
I
am
aghast
to
have
experienced
such
a
display
of
outright
disrespect,
disregard
and
UNPROFESSIONAL
behavior!!!
These
staff
members
should
be
FIRED
and
REPLACED
!!!!!!!!!
BEWARE
of
renting
here
as
long
as
these
horrible
employees
work
there!!!!

the
OWNER:
PLEASE
contact
me
at
your
earliest
convenience.
I
paid
my
rent,
most
often
a
day
early
and
was
a
quiet
and
clean
tenant.
This
was
one
of
the
most
awful
experiences
that
I
have
ever
had
from
hotel/Inn
front
desk
staff!!!
They
are
a
damage
to
your
business
and
your
renters
deserve
better
people
who
will,
at
minimum,
maintain
a
decorum
of
professionalism!
