First time at Sea Dog Brewery. We wanted to try it fur a long time. The restaurant is large and there's plenty of seating. We were seated right away. Nice friendly service. Hubby was happy with the abundance of TV screens showing football, TV was a bit too loud for my liking but we were still able to have a conversation. We ordered double IPA, peach and pear martinis, and a Mango Mai Tai. I'm picky on my drinks but I was impressed. Also, I didn't expect good food at a Brewery but boy was I wrong! Our raw oysters came out fresh and delicious, my tuna appetizer was amazing (we got two), our friends loved their seafood pasta and mussels. Highly recommend this place, I wish we came sooner!

The drinks and food were very good. The setting is spectacular. Sit upstairs near the railing on the causeway. There is an elevator for people who can't negotiate the stairs.

The place was hopping!! Live music on the lower level was loud for us, but the second level was perfect. Service was great, never had to wait on anything. The lobster roll was fantastic with big chunks of lobster and not smothered with mayo. The toasted bun was excellent. The cheesesteak was good, but not great. It seemed overly salty. We both had the onion rings which were good, but not great. Draft beers are great; we actually were given an extra flight of wheat beers because a large party over-ordered and no reason to waste it!! Parking can be a bit of a hassle when busy; there is a separate parking lot across Gulf Blvd but no crosswalk. We'll be back!

Can't give anything less than a 5. We arrived at about 11:25 to find out they were only serving breakfast until noon. We asked if we could just grab a drink and wait until lunch the hostess said sure and gave us both menus. I ordered a Bloody Mary ( the best bloody I think I've had) my wife ordered Texas Pecan Coffee porter. The waitress asked us if we wanted to put in our order and she would give it to the kitchen right at noon. Our food arrived, she had a lobster room and I had the Drunken Burger. Both sandwiched were unbelievably amazing and full of flavor. Staff, service, drinks and food all perfect. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

We had a brunch here for all our out of town guests the day after my sons wedding. We had about 56 people! The food was great!! The biscuits and gravy was awesome as was the rest of the brunch buffet! This was only exceeded by the awesome staff and their attention to detail! They were attentive and very accommodating, especially to our last minute request for a mimosa bar. Katy was incredibly responsive in helping me arrange the event! Everyone had a great time and raved about the food! THANK YOU!

It was my first time at this place and I absolutely loved it!. The New England clam chowder is simply exquisite! It was light yet creamy, the perfect balance. The beer selection is pretty nice and the ice vodka lemonade is quite a thirst quencher! The staff is awesome. Dilia, the waitress, is A++++. She's simply the best. All in all, definitely a good place with good food and staff!

Pleasantly surprised that this restaurant surpassed my expectations. They make everything from scratch and it shows. Everything we ordered for dinner was delicious and we loved it. Hubby tried the cheesesteak. It was flavorful and tender. I went with a fish tacos, the mahi mahi blackened and it packed a seasoning punch that was delightful. Great staff, very friendly. Will definitely be going back for more.

We passed Sea Dog Brewing several times on our long weekend staycation and it always looked crowded and difficult to park, but when we finally decided we’d keep on driving around the building until we see someone leaving, we discovered they have cleverly arranged overflow parking -free. - across the street. 5* for ease of parking. This is a big two storey building, on the Saturday we were there, there was live music on the 1st floor, so we went upstairs and sat on a large outdoors patio. 5* for having different places to sit with and without music, indoors or on a patio. The menu is varied, I ate a delicious fish and chips (fries) my wife ate grilled fish with rice and loved it. 5* for the food then. I drank their signature beer, which was delicious, my wife drank home made root beer. 5* for the drinks. Last but not least, Riley did a great job of taking care of us and ensuring our food was hot and the beer was cold. Another 5*. As you can see, we had a really nice time, good food and drink, nice ambience and great service. We will be back

Loved the atmosphere and our servers. The oysters were delicious and some of the best I’ve ever had. The drinks were about an 8/10. The smothered shrimp and grits were a bit under seasoned. The mushroom ravioli was great.

SO. GOOD. Here's my theory, brewing good beer takes an immense amount of attention to detail. That can't help but spill over into their atmosphere and menu. I'm sure the profit margin on the brews doesn't hurt, either, but this place is awesome. Service was quick and friendly, our waitress was knowledgeable about the menus. Food was served looking amazing and tasted fantastic. We went on a lunch date, but there were many families and fur families around too. Great vibes.

Amazing drinks!! Great food. Friendly service! With three bars, you never have to wait. Great views. This first photo is a deliciously sweet but not too sweet, pineapple and mango drink mixed with house made ginger beer and their own smooth and flavorful dark rum. This has quickly become one of our new favorite spots in Treasure Island 🤩!! They make a lot of their own sauces, seafood is fresh and all of the soda is house made 🤩 vodka lemonade on tap

This place is a must try when your in Treasure Island. We stopped by for lunch and had the lobster bisque soup and the smoked buffalo wings. Both were really good. The service was great. Our server Milton was top notch. We’ll definitely be coming back.

I showed up at 3 pm, just in time for Happy hour. It’s a good restaurant with great service, the bar had a lot of drinks and I only had one drink which seemed good albeit served in a plastic cup. Definitely a place I will return to. Thanks Sea Dog for a good experience!

Spot is legit. Swooped in on our boat on the dock. Deckhand was super friendly. I’m from Kansas. Didn’t know how to tie up the boat right off the bat and he was super helpful and friendly. Food was quick and tasty. Love pulling up to a restaurant on a boat and getting taken care of so kindly.

Great location on the water. I would say the food was upscale bar food. The ambiance of the place was pretty cool. Service lacked a bit though .

We'd seen this place a couple of times while out and about on vacation and decided to try it on our last night. Wish we'd tried it earlier! The atmosphere was great downstairs as it is open air with fans strategically placed. We watched college football while enjoying our dinner. Their beers are excellent! We started with the Shipyard Monkey Fist and it was the crowd favorite! Nice and hoppy. We started with the calamari which was very good and had a nice breading on it. Then I had one of the specials which was prime rib tacos with chips and salsa. These were amazing especially with the pickled jalapenos. My son had the scallop and lobster cannelloni and he loved it, too. Our server was very nice and attentive. This will become one of our regular stops on vacation. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful local joint with awesome atmosphere. Decor, check. Attentive and knowledgeable service, check. Fried food cooked correctly, check. Lobster Mac n Cheese savory but not too savory, check. Burger, check. Fries???? You bet!!! Doc your boat, park your vehicle, and Uber home after all the great beer you drink.

The almond grouper was dry..the veggies had so much garlic that they were bitter.. Rice was lacking in flavor. The burger was decent and with the special was well worth it. View pretty good and love the merch!

My husband and I were in town celebrating his birthday and enjoyed an evening drive down the strip. We saw the Sea Dog and the ambience looked amazing so we stopped in. The hostess was so friendly right from the start chatting with us while we walked to our table. We weren’t really hungry so we ordered some appetizers and they were great!! We loved the crab Rangoon dip! my husband really enjoyed the beer flight, our server Rob was well versed in the menu and drinks including the beer options. I didn’t know what drink to order and he suggested the Winter Margarita. Oh my gosh it was DELICIOUS!!! Rob was thorough and so fun to chat with! His service was energized, friendly and top notch. We enjoyed our time here so much we asked for a manager to compliment their staff and ended up chatting with him for a bit too. Overall a great stop for some beer, mixed drinks and food. I just wish we had been hungrier to try more of the menu! Ask for Rob, he will not disappoint!

Today we were a party of 12, and had reservations. As we arrived we were seated at a long table which accommodated all of us. Our server got our drinks as we sat down. He took our orders, and when they came out only one disappointed us. This was left for her to eat her sides, and a fresh one was boxed to go. Great drinks, good food, and fast service. A really nice time was had by all.

Perfect Thanksgiving meal When we entered the restaurant we were delighted to know that our puppy was welcome here and what a wonderful surprise to hear about their prefix thanksgiving meal. All staff were amazing! I forgot our waitress name but remembered she’s from Illinois. She made our family thanksgiving feast feel like we were home, so attentive to details from drinks to options at the buffet and checking in multiple times. She had such a wonderful personality and was so professional. The prefix menu was BEYOND what I expected. The chefs who prepared this feast are excellent cooks. They use great quality products and ingredients. Sea Dog brewing made our holiday away from home and with our new puppy memorable! Happy Holidays to your crew and thank you!

Great place for breakfast. Good menu items for reasonable prices. We were served by Hunter, amazingly friendly guy. Place has dock for your boat but they should change the opening hours sign on the door as it is a few hours off. Extra points for their coffee and the mugs they are served in. Can absolutely recommend the Sunrise Sammy.

The food was delicious. Our server was very engaging! Plenty of seating. Parking is free, but it can get crowded in the parking lot. There is parking across the street.

UPDATE: April & May 2023. Service 5+ stars! Ask for Ray - he's fun and delightful. I was sad to not have maple bacon stout as an option this time though (May). But Ray made up for it by procuring a delicious chocolate raspberry martini for me for dessert. March 2023: The DJ/music was deafening- would have preferred less volume. The restaurant was loud enough, then we had to yell louder over the din. We could barely hear each other. Service was alright. We enjoyed our flights of beverages, and the variety of appetizers and sides from which we chose our dinner. The crab rangoon dip was creamy deliciousness, and the lobster bisque was very good. The sweet potato tots were prepared perfectly with a little cinnamon. Side salad was fine; nothing special.

The food was solid. We are giving a 5 across the board because the restaurant exceeded expectations. It's a brew pub kinda place in a tourist location, so our food expectations were measured going in. The food here was very good from the smoked wings to the calamari. The salads were also great and fantastic beer selection. They will even let you sample a beer before you buy it to make sure that you will like it. Our waitress Colleen was GREAT!

This is a great breakfast place right on Treasure Island. Our server was really friendly and attentive, and the coffee comes hot! I decided to try the chicken and waffles, and it was amazing. The waffle was warm and fluffy, and the chicken was perfectly fried. I enjoyed every single bite and left nothing on my plate. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely give it a 5/5 rating.

Had dinner here with my hubby and our 2 dogs. The staff was so nice and the service was fantastic. The pretzel app was really good and the Painkiller was killer! I would pass on the lobster bisque next time. Although it had a generous amount of lobster, the soup itself was too fishy and too thick. The flavor was just off. My husband's lobster Mac and cheese was chock full of lobster, but a bit too salty. My macadamia encrusted grouper was good, but a tad bit over cooked. The keylime pie and the orange cheesecake were delicious. I would definitely go back to try some other things on the menu. They were very dog friendly!

Came here on a whim. Staff was inviting and friendly. Our waiter was very attentive and was like a friend we have known for years. Food was very delicious. Can't go wrong with a good burger and blackened grouper sandwich. If you enjoy craft beers, try their flight and you wont be sorry. The view is pretty darn good as well! Ask to dine upstairs for a full view and a nice breeze. Definitely be coming back next time we take a drive up to the area.
