I order for this location very often and I get this a lot, I wish there was some form of quality control with the food. How can you look at these fries and say they are appetizing or edible at all? Such a waste of money.

It was the first time I had my lunch there. It was absolutely great. The food was delicious and you felt it’s good quality. I ordered hamburger and I loved the thin layer of meet with was perfectly cooked with good amount of salt. The place looked like a brand new restaurant. It was absolutely clean and beautifully designed. The workers were friendly and clean. I had great time there. Highly recommended.

Ordered two meals and received one order of fries. I asked for ketchup and received none. I asked for two sides of cheese and ranch (which I paid extra for)....I received none. The picture is my fish sandwich (what a joke) and my only full order of fries (like 12 fries). Bread had definitely been exposed for a while. This is literally the only fast food review I have ever left. Received a cold and stale fish sandwich with cold fries. Two kids meals (my kids will eat anything). My wife ordered a patty melt....literally paid $42!?!?

I went through the drive through and it took 20 minutes for me to get my food. But the burger was BIG and I loved it on the other hand the fries were fine they weren't that good, but it was worth the wait.

This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had in a fast or casual food restaurant. I'm very easy to please and don't expect much but when I walked in the entire staff smiled and greeted my family, we were checked on several times and seen off with a friendly goodbye from everyone. Those gestures put smiles on my families faces. Compliments to the team for creating such a great atmosphere. What a wonderful group of people you all have there.

My wife and son went there for dinner. We got our items to go. We ordered two pub burgers and a build your own butter burger. We also ordered a side of cheese curds and mashed potatoes and gravy. The order was $27 but we thought we would try it this restaurant anyways. Knowing they make their items fresh they took a few minutes but we received the to-go bags and got to our vehicle. My wife checked the order and discovered they only gave us one pub Burger. I went back and explained and showed the receipt. I also discovered they only ordered one pub Burger during the original order. So I ordered another one. This added another $8 and change to the total. The burgers tasted well. All in all I think $35 was just a little too expensive for fast food.

We got the food and waited for the ice cream for 25 minutes, had to remind the staff who were delivering to the car and he was so rude saying do you want your ice cream or do you want to waste the time talking!!! So he went to get the ice cream and we’re still waiting I had to call and someone answered and said yes I’m the one who you talked to outside and hang up on me! The order was cold when we got home, missing items but we did not even bother to tell them because customer service is zero! Instead of honoring their mistake this guy was super rude and the food went to trash! Also, the ice cream was melted when we got it and wrong order! What a shame

The heat inside is unbearable. We have complained everytime we are here and nothing has been done about it. I have sweat running down my back it is so hot, trying to eat my lunch in the dining room that is at least 80 degrees and not my car, running the engine to cool down. My shrimp was so dark like it was refried. My wife's cod looked like picked-over cod and overcooked. French fries even though requested fresh came to us not hot. The friendly service waa missing except for KiKi who was friendly and worked hard to redo our order. Maybe staff would be more happy and friendly if not for the miserable conditions they are working in - overheated and w/broken equipment.

They make you wait 20 minutes parked for one shake. That’s crazy! I would understand if I ordered food or a big order. But for one shake is crazy especially since there isn’t a big line and I didn’t go at a busy hour.

Waited 10 minutes in the parking lot when I ordered curbside (and yes I went through pressing the “I’m Here” button and it said they were notified) and my order was supposed to be ready five minutes before i arrived. I was on a time constraint and eventually went in and found my food sitting. It was cold when they gave it to me, they were just completely ignoring curbside! And the place wasn’t busy, no other cars there. Finally when I go home I realize they completely forgot my chili. I spent 40 dollars on cold food and food I didn’t even get. I would call and complain but honestly I don’t plan on going back to this location.

Many complain that there are no healthy choices in convenience restaurants. However, I've found Culver's to be a step above. Healthy choices for me begins with a CLEAN environment. Culver's keep it tight! Very clean restrooms.They also list the caloric count of items right on the app's menu (yes you can be seated and order via your phone). I ordered a pot roast sandwich with a broccoli side. What?! Satisfying AND healthy. Don't get it twisted - I don't work for Culver's, I'm just a regular dude. But if somebody's doing it right, we should acknowledge it!

Culver's is so good! The food is always super fresh and delicious. Service is always on point. 2 reasons for 4 stars instead of 5...price and wait times. Culver's is not cheap fast food. It's pretty pricey. Yes, it is good. But it's also not cheap. Also, it takes them a while to make your order and there is always a wait. Otherwise I do like Culver's and consider it one of, if not my #1 favorite, fast food restaurants. I just wish the service was faster (especially drive thru) and the prices were more reasonable. They used to send out good coupons, but even those don't come often and the coupons they are giving out aren't very good.

I was craving a burger and fries. I got a double bacon burger with everything...delicious!.. Food was hot. The place was clean. On my way out, I bought some of their frozen custard. Trying out some new flavors 😋 I've never been disappointed.

Best fast food burger chain out there. Fries and burgers always come out relatively tasty and well made compared to other fast food joints. Tasty milkshakes. Customer service tip notch.

They were out of lettuce Tomatoes and other things. We seen the commercials on TV and thought it was a place that specialized in fish. Not true. They had a bigger dessert menu than anything else. We settled on a burger but they were out of so many things we decided to leave and go else where

I visited this Culver's for an ice cream. When I ordered my ice cream I also asked for a couple of water. Then I noticed the bill was over $7. Apparently the person charged me for water? Once I asked him why he was doing that he took that off the bill. I just wanted to get water from the fountain to wash down the ice cream. Don't know if it's a training issue or not. Also when I did get my ice cream it was very soft and difficult to eat almost more like a milkshake than an ice cream cone?

It is always a pleasure getting a bite to eat here. It is always brightly lit and clean. The staff is always great. I love the Pot Roast.

Fresh, hot food. My custard was fresh (not melted) once I received it. Friendly staff. The cheese curds with marinara were really good!

Came in tonight for dinner before living back in Dallas. The entire staff greeted my family and I when I came in with smiles and waves. I ordered the Doubkle Bacon Burger with a large fry. Flavor took me back home, and the food was hot and fresh. The gentleman with glasses and blonde dreads came out to check on us and the rest of the dining room often. I ended my night with a sweet treat, and the team sent us off with smiles and waves. This experience was set apart from any other culvers I've gone to. Whoever is running the show is doing great. You guys were great!

For lunch, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. I wasn't able to eat the sandwich as the chicken was rubbery 2 bites in. I probably should have taken it back but didn't have time as I was in my lunch break. Luckily, my fries were still edible.

A very refreshing experience, rather than other fast food restaurants. Love the meat freshness and all the different options available. My favorite is the Double Swiss and Mushroom Burger. Try it, you will see what I mean. Customer service was great. They go above and beyond to cater to you. Totally recommend this place.

This is , in my opinion the best burger joint around, period! The burger has s unique great flavor and does not taste like the"run if the mill" burger so full of fillers and preservatives like almost every other fast food place out there . It tops steak n shake in flavor AND value. Its fresher than "wendy's"and unlike wendys, it has a friendly staff backed by a corporate that shows appreciation for us customers and our concerns! Great burger, great organization!..Thank You!

Burgers were very good, fries needed a bit more time as most of them were a little undercooked and hard. Unfortunately in my last sip of chocolate shake there was a small piece of cardboard or brown paper🤮. Other than that it was very good.

Employees outside on their phones? Ok , must have been on breaks. Waited over 20 minutes for order which was never delivered to table. We had to go to counter and were told they were waiting on the fries??!! Both burgers overcooked and cold. Fries hot and delicious. Not the norm. Hopefully a staff glitch. Gotta fix this one on a Saturday night! #stevensleavin

The young man that took our order today, Eric, was super kind and friendly. Then to our surprise, he also brought our delicious burger and onion rings!! This was a great experience.

Went to Culver’s for the first time (being from the Northeast, we don’t have these) and we really liked it. The butter burger was really good for fast food, the cheese curds were awesome (haven’t had these since I was in Wisconsin) and their sweet tea, which was freshly brewed was great. Also everyone there was very polite.

We Had the fish & shrimp meal, fish bland & greasy. The ice cream was too sweet. Then a homeless man went in walking around the tables, not good for business.

Never had a burger from here until today. Excellent! I hate to even call it fast food, bevlcause my burger was light-years beyond anything I've ever gotten from "the big three"! Great service, too. The girl in the drive through was pleasant, helpful, and patient. Food was piping hot, I'll definitely be back.

Place and employees looked shabby. Mostly the male employees looked they haven't bathed in a while. Most fast food franchises have strict rules about how their employees look. I just ordered a single burger. Reminded me of the $1 Mc Donald's burgers of the past. I have nothing good to say about my lunch stop there. Makes their ads more amusing. Wendy's is a better value.

I almost didn’t come here because of the reviews but I’m so glad I went with my gut. As someone from up north, this was some of the best “fast food” I’ve ever had and everyone in my family felt the same. If you are vacationing in the area I highly recommend going to eat here.

Good food but high prices. Bought a milkshake, medium, and it costs 5 bucks. It was only soft-serve in a cup. Total ripoff

Although the wait staff was awesome, the hamburger I got was so dry. Usually like Culver's, but today not so much. We also had to wait quite a bit and there wasn't hardly anyone in the restaurant.

My fiancé went through the drive-thru and ordered a pot roast dinner. When we got home, it was a pot roast sandwich. We called, spoke with store manager Eric who said we could come back and get the correct order. The next day my fiancé went in and ordered the pot roast after explaining that it would be no cost and also a soup. He paid for the soup. When the order came up, they only had the soup ready. He asked about the pot roast dinner. They didn't make it. So more time waiting. Get home and it was the smallest portion. Super disappointed. Possibly will be our last visit there.

Burger with mushroom and Swiss is my favorite. Love the onion rings so don’t sleep on that. The service is so courteous, you can’t believe there is no tipping. 😮 I’ve even tried to sneak a tip….but no.

The Food is delicious. I ordered 2 Cod Dinners and the bill was $35. Although the food quality was good they have priced themselves out of my price range. Sorry to say ! The muchy Fries do leave a little bit to desired

Normally I haven’t had any issues here before until tonight. Around 9 PM, we decide to go through the drive-through for two measly order of cheese curds, nothing too complicated. We were asked to pull around to the side as per usual and sat behind someone else waiting for them to bring out the food. About 25 minutes later the person in front of me gets fed up (after people behind us since had long gotten their orders) and decides to finally go inside to get their food and I do the same. I go inside and ask about my order which then took them two seconds to hand me and it looked like they had been sitting there for a while. No reason why any of us should’ve had to sit 20 to 30 minutes when it wasn’t like these things were still being cooked. It wasn’t slammed either…
