I
had
booked
three
rooms
arriving
Wednesday
July
20
and
departing
July
21.
We
called
earlier
attempting
to
cancel
one
of
the
rooms,
but
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
stated
that
she
did
not
know
how
to
do
it
and
we
had
to
follow
up
with
a
supervisor.
We
were
at
Busch
Gardens,
we
came
late
and
very
tired.
We
were
three
adults
and
5
kids
all
under
15.
When
we
arrived
to
the
hotel
around
9:30
pm,
the
lady
was
not
very
welcoming.
In
reality
she
was
extremely
rude,
first
did
offer
me
my
gift
for
being
a
platinum
member,
then
stated
that
one
of
my
booking
was
a
third
party
booking
because
I
had
used
points
and
it
was
not
the
same
as
a
regular
booking.
Told
me
that
we
were
too
many
for
two
rooms
(each
room
is
up
to
5
people),
follow
by
if
you
make
any
noise
and
we
receive
a
noise
complaint
you
will
have
to
leave
because
they
had
zero
tolerance
for
noise.
Everyone
in
our
group
had
been
quite
at
the
time.
When
I
asked
if
there
was
a
warning
first,
I
was
told
that
the
call
was
the
warning.
There
was
another
couple
and
she
failed
to
mentioned
the
noise,
and
zero
tolerance.
She
gave
us
our
key
to
the
room,
while
walking
towards
the
elevator,
she
screamed
that
the
breakfast
was
till
9
am.
We
arrived
at
the
rooms
406
and
408.
The
rooms
were
spacious,
but
there
was
no
garbage
can
at
the
bathroom.
When
I
call
the
front,
the
same
lady
said
she
did
not
know
and
while
I
was
talking
hang
up
the
phone
on
me.
We
needed
towels
went
downstairs
and
we
were
told
that
we
needed
to
wait
till
11
pm
for
the
new
worker
to
get
towels.
At
the
same
a
new
family
a
couple
with
a
teen
came
and
there
was
no
mentioning
of
the
noise,
the
being
kick
out
and
zero
tolerance.
Finally
the
new
worker
came
after
11,
we
finally
got
towels
and
she
successfully
canceled
the
third
room.
If
I
am
not
mistaken,
her
name
was
Benina.
Thursday
July
21,
we
woke
up
to
go
to
breakfast,
no
complimentary
buffet
and
hot
breakfast.
It
was
8:15
and
there
was
no
oatmeal,
no
eggs,
no
potatos,
no
bacon,
no
pancakes,
no
waffles,
no
Nutella,
but
instead
bagels
and
two
items
wrapped
in
plastic
that
were
warm.
Nothing
like
the
pictures!
I
go
to
the
front
desk
and
I
asked
about
the
hot
breakfast,
a
new
lady
states
that
it
is
what
they
served
in
every
Marriott
and
there
was
no
longer
a
hot
breakfast.
That
everyone
does
it
that
way.
Then
she
went
on
to
said
that
the
menu
and
rules
came
from
corporate
raising
her
voice.
I
said
that
it
was
only
a
question
and
there
was
no
need
for
her
to
raise
her
voice
and
be
defensive.
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager,
I
was
told
her
was
in
a
meeting
and
a
couple
of
minutes
later
came
out.
Jerry
the
manager
was
polite
and
apologetic
and
stated
that
he
was
going
to
provide
s
better
training.
However,
I
felt
that
I
was
treated
differently,
was
it
because
I
was
Hispanic
or
because
I
was
casually
dressed
from
the
parks.
Why
do
I
need
to
feel
uncomfortable
in
a
place
where
I
am
paying?
Why
was
I
treated
differently?
Why
was
I
not
immediately
given
towels?
I
was
there
when
other
people
checked
in
and
there
were
none
of
the
same
commentaries.
Hotel
pretty
empty
but
no
upgrades,
view
to
parking
lot.
Not
what
they
advertise
as
to
buffet
breakfast.
I
will
not
come
back
to
hotel.
