This is definitely one of the higher end Starbucks I’ve been to, thanks to the prime location. It’s spacious, has both indoor and outdoor space. Lots of small tables and chairs, and the typical long table. Great environment to get some work done, or simply just chill. It’s very clean. It can be a little bit busy so a quick grab n go in the morning probably wouldn’t work out well, but there is mobile order at the time. Enjoyed my AM here.

Hardworking people, FRIENDLY staff!! Although it was busy this morning, it was the fastest service I’ve ever received with clean environment! Keep up the good work, definitely will be coming back soon.

I had some time to kill as I was waiting to get going for an appointment I had in Tampa and I picked to chill out at this Starbucks. The area around seemed pretty nice and busy, I found the staff polite, my coffee tasty and sitting inside is really convenient for doing some laptop work or just chilling. However, sitting outside is not that great if you are looking for some quietness, as the area is pretty busy as I already mentioned and I found tables dirty and covered in food and beverage stains, which is from what I saw probably due to random people just using tables and chairs outside for eating their lunches during the breaks.

I have tried several times to give this location a chance since it’s just a block from my home. They are always out of everything, but allow you to order it on mobile order anyway so you don’t find out they don’t have your order until you get there to pick it up. I have had to call and have my card refunded multiple times because they say they can’t refund me there in the store for items they let me pay in advance for but do not actually have. It’s become a cycle of annoyance that isn’t worth it. I take the walk or drive downtown to Kahwa where they never miss a beat and the coffee is way better. A friendly staff can go a long way as well, I say this because every time this Starbucks messes up my order they are rude to me about it. Just overall a terrible headache to order coffee here. If you want a croissant…you can fly to France and get one faster than these “baristas” can luke warm one for you….if they even have them at all.

Wow was their staff rude. The cashier got our order wrong and then when we spoke up, blamed us and said we were the ones who ordered it wrong. What?? When visiting Tampa I will not return to this Starbucks.

I was sitting in the store this afternoon and noticed a group of preteen girls go up to the counter to order drinks. They looked so happy to be doing something grownups do and I couldn't help but watch them and reminisce a bit. There was a complication with their payment but Jamie was so incredibly kind and helped them without hesitation. (I'd also like to note that I've seen plenty of adults in the same situation and they were politely declined.) The girls were none the wiser and left smiling ear to ear with their grownup Starbucks cups in hand. Jamie could've easily declined them but I'm sure he knew that they didn't have an alternative form of payment and would've had to leave empty handed and embarrassed. He made them so happy with such a small act of kindness and Starbucks should be proud to have such a kind and intuitive person on staff. People who do the kind thing when they think no one is looking are hard to find and Jamie certainly seems like one of the good ones.

I’ve been here a few times since it’s walking distance from my place and I really wanted to love it but they fall short every single time. Overall, it is a very good location and it’s got lots of space (inside and out). People are generally nice but it depends on who you get. I usually go in when it’s not busy since I WFH and I don’t typically have to wait in line. Today my total was about $20 with an $8 sandwich (rounded up) a drink and a dream (rice crispy) bar. Anyway, they didn’t end up having the sandwich I ordered and told me to choose a different one. I did, it was maybe $5-$6 and they wouldn’t allow me to add a small pastry w it so it actually adds up to what I paid for. So I said okay well I don’t really want anything else so can I just get a refund, they said they could do a gift card… why would I want an $8 gift card? No. Basically, they rang me up for an item they didn’t have THEN wanted to give me a much cheaper item and just take the loss and THEN they wouldn’t even give me a refund. I ended up choosing a sandwich I didn’t want that was closer to the cost of the original one I already paid for. All in all, tell your baristas or allow them more power to give customers more than one item so that it at least EQUALs the amount they were already charged (since you can’t teach common sense) or just give refunds. If I wanted an $8 gift card that I’ll probably never use then id have asked for one. I figured I’d leave a review this time so maybe something happens (if not now then eventually).

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years, today for my “no ice” cold brew black coffee, I anxiously walk in to pick it up and I noticed it was filled 3/4 of the way. I anticipated this was the last of their cold brew coffee prepared, but NOPE. I was informed since it’s a “no ice” ask, that they only fill it to the predetermined fill-line. For a company, global company at that, such as Starbucks to not fill the cup to the top, especially when spending 5+$ for a black coffee with no additional additives is 100% unacceptable. Zero “stars” for today’s visit.

I just had some girl take my order and it was so pathetic, I asked how the burrito was and she said she doesn’t eat egg, then I asked her about the espresso and she just laughed. I literally said wow in my head and said I’ll take two of the sausage egg sandwiches, and I get home with… not sausage egg sandwiches. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️ maybe better training for such a simple task

Good service except for the counter girl standing right in front of me repetitively asking me if I've been waited on after I answered yes

“Mars” a barista that works there needs to learn how to shake her refreshers. Every time I come in she never does.
