Starbucks
everyday
sometimes
twice
a
day.
I
have
had
a
few
minor
issues
at
the
location
on
Bruce
B
Downs
&
132nd
st.Which
led
me
to
no
longer
want
to
purchase
from
Starbucks.
Today,
I
went
to
the
location
on
Fowler
&
15th,
the
service
was
so
bad
I
doubt
I
will
be
back
to
ANY
Starbucks
location.
The
lady
at
the
window
gave
me
such
a
hard
time
about
my
order,
I
was
reading
her
one
of
my
"favorite"
orders
that
I
have
saved
on
my
app
and
she
was
being
very
nice
nasty
about
me
wanting
to
add
a
espresso
shot
to
my
drink,
I
told
her
multiple
times
at
the
order
station
then
again
at
the
window.
Her
response
each
time
was
"thats
the
only
espresso
we
have"
which
I
have
been
getting
this
same
drink
over
4
months
and
I
never
knew
it
came
with
a
shot
because
IT
DOES
NOT
SAY
THERE
IS
A
SHOT
INCLUDED.
Then
she
gives
me
my
drink
that
I
knew
felt
way
too
light
and
I
asked
if
I
can
have
my
receipt,
she
tells
me
"you
waited
too
long"
gives
my
receipt
then
slams
the
window
closed
before
I
can
ask
for
her
name.
She
had
blue/green
hair
anyway.
I
opened
my
cup
and
it
was
less
than
half
way
full.
I
don't
know
what
type
of
games
are
played
at
this
store
but
I
have
NEVER
received
less
than
half
of
my
cup
&
for
the
price
I
pay
I
want
all
my
coffee
NEVER
EVER
EVER
has
my
cup
been
filled
with
such
a
small
amount.
I
am
beyond
upset,the
competency
of
this
"worker"
is
horrendous.
I
receive
better
service
at
checkers.
WHEN
I
ORDER
ON
APP
I
NEVER
HAVE
A
PROB!
I
get
simple
items.
Not
rocket
science!
If
I
didn't
have
my
puppy
in
the
car
I
would
have
most
definitely
circled
back
around
and
went
inside.
