Love this Starbucks. It’s a Community Store and so the Baristas are super-friendly. They work pretty fast since it’s a busy drive-thru location. I know there’s nationwide shortages of certain things for Starbucks, but they frequently provide great alternatives! Very dedicated team and are always taking care of the homeless population nearby. My heart pours out to this store. 💕

I come here almost every morning and today, had an experience that has motivated me to invest in a Nespresso machine and call it a wrap with my Starbucks addiction. I placed an order via drive through for 4 items, one of which was a pumpkin spice late. On the screen, it was rung up as a white chocolate mocha +pumpkin sauce (or something along those lines), i noticed that the way it was rung up brought the total to $6.70 versus the $5.70 clearly advertised on the menu. I was in no way upset by this, but i brought up that the way it was being rung up was causing an increase in price. The woman said " my manager took the button away this morning for the pumpkin spice so I have no way to ring it up. I am trying my best" She seemed frustrated with the fact that I addressed the pricing inaccuracy, which i was surprised by as I was being polite. Also, a lack of button is not justification for overcharging. However. the part that actually upset was when i pulled up to the window. A different woman scanned my mobile app and while at the window, i can clearly hear the woman that took my order talking about me. She clearly said " it was a 10 cent difference" and a male coworker was engaging with her regarding my supposed difficulty. I told the employee at the window (who was very polite as always) that I could hear them talking about the interaction and that what her coworker was saying was inaccurate, it was not 10 cents it was a dollar. and that it was never a big deal. It becomes a big deal when you are talking about your customer within earshot. especially over something so small that clearly set off the employee taking my order. The lady at the window was apologetic and restated that what they are talking about is the fact that the button is gone - at which point, i could hear the girl yet again in the background say " 10 cents". The employee was trying to create a narrative that I was being difficult over 10 cents which just never happened. Overall - maybe just don't make up stories about supposedly difficult customers within ear shot of them.

Clean, efficient Starbucks with some walk in customers, but non-stop drive thru customers. I deducted 1 * for an excessive wait while the cashier/walk in order taker was in the back room causing the walk in line build. I would suggest that the cashier position should never be vacant at 7:30 am on a weekday. My Frappuccino and bacon cheese breakfast sandwich were very good.

Baristas are nice, patient and efficient. Great atmosphere. My order never takes over like 5 minutes even with the long line at the drive thru. Great experience every time I visit.

The server at the customer window on 7/31/22 10:35 am was AMAZING. How ever, the manager who was there was incredibly unprofessional and childish. While the young lady providing us our items was handling us, making polite conversation and engaging, the unbecoming manager reprimanded her IN FRONT OF US. With an open window. Very loudly. “If you can’t make conversation and engage with your customers we are going to have a long talk later”. The poor girl WAS engaging. We heard her with the car ahead of us, as well as with us BEFORE being degraded. When the young lady handed us another item she was on the verge of tears, we made sure to tell her she is doing an amazing job and this industry/ company does not deserve someone as kind hearted as her if this was the treatment she had to endure. This is not the first time the same manager has belittled and humiliated employees while we were there. So I can only imagine how many times it’s happened. If I was in charge of the Starbucks, at this location, I’d take a hard look into who we promote to manager, as you’re losing customers over the immaturity of this one lady. Do better and treat employees with respect. Your company is nothing, without them.

Thee worst experience ever at a Starbucks. The shift manager lady told me cold brew with no ice is stealing from Starbucks and she would fire any barista who went against her policy. NO ICE is an option on the menu! I travel for a living. I go to Starbucks all over the country. Same for the Tampa area. I only order cold brew no ice. I have never had this happen once or treated with such hostility as if I did something wrong. Got to protect the small mom n pop company Starbucks! What a joke.

After visiting the Starbucks located in the fowler Tampa Florida. I can tell you that this is a very Friendly place to visit. Even though some of the prices are not very affordable. The atmosphere is relaxing because of their music that is constantly playing. Starbucks is kinda of expensive in my opinion. But I am so obsessed with the coffee in here. It makes me spend my money blindly .Thank you starbucks for your service to my stomach.

I only gave 2 stars because I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Starbucks. But this location is TERRIBLE! I waited a good while just to place my order. The workers were (cough 😑) talking. They got my order wrong and it took even longer to get my food. Then when I asked about the wait for the food and could they fix my drink, you would have thought I PERSONALLY wronged them. Yea... I won't be spending my hard earned money or wasting my time here again..

I hate this location so much! They’re so stingy, the line is always taking forever drive thru and in store, and the baristas are condescending. Never get anything extra because it’ll be normal amount and when you say something to them, they’re rude and act annoyed and their only response is “that is extra”. it happened today with my strawberries and in the past with my cold foam. They don’t add all the ingredients to the nitro cold brews either which is the only reason we come to this location due to our local one not having it available yet. Last time we had to come back and ask for CINNAMON on our cold brew that was supposed to have it already. Always very polite in asking for things because it could’ve just been overseen, but they are rude and make it known you’re an inconvenience to them by being silent and moving on to the next person without making sure it’s alright the second time. Waste of money here This is also the only location to everrrr hand me a half filled venti cup because I asked for light ice. I’m not even exaggerating! It was ridiculous “the volume of the foam”? Bffr

They closed the lobby at the peak morning time. The drive through line was so long and I waited 20 mins to pick up my coffee from mobile order. And they made it wrong

I will actively avoid this location in the future: i was excited to find a Starbucks to start my day off right went through the drive thru line. I Horrible experience. I’m sorry that I had to even give this place 1 star. This isn't the friendliest place.

HAD A CLOSED SIGN SAYING DUE TO POWER OUTAGE (9/7/23 @11:50AM). FALSE BECAUSE THERE WERE LIGHTS INSIDE. I NOTICED THERE WERE A FEW (4) PEOPLE OF COLOR WAITING AT BUS STOP AND ALSO USING STARBUCKS OUTSIDE SITTING ARE. THIS WENT ON FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. AS SOON AS THE BUS PULLED UP THEY REMOVED THE CLOSED SIGN AND OPENED. I’M NOT THE KIND TO JUDGE, BUT THAT’S HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS.

The girl at the drive through was so sweet and accommodating - I messed up my online order and she went out of her way to make sure the little errors I made were corrected. Super grateful for her!!

All I wanted was a double chocolatey chip frappucino with almond milk which I have been getting for years and the first one I got was completely black and tastes like straight up chocolate syrup. When I complained the barista said that it was made correctly and that there was nothing wrong. When I had them remake it they decided to not put any chocolate syrup in it since that is what I said was wrong with it.

I Come here every morning before work, never any issues however this morning I order the sugar cookie hot drink and it was horrible. Poorly made, wasn’t sweet at all. Tasted like pure expresso.

Batista on register was very slow to take orders. Waited 10mins then asked for the restroom code so I could use the restroom while I was waiting. Barely 5 mins in, WHILE the hand dryer was loudly conveying that i was almost done the cashier POUNDS on the door and runs back behind the counter and tries to act like it wasn't him. I asked him why he did that and he said Management forces them to. And to boot they didn't have any cold brew of any kind. A really bad experience here and I've been to some bad starbucks

I went thru drive thru around 8:50 on a Wednesday. Took about 10min about 9 cars so wasn't too bad of a wait. Definitely recommend ordering via the app. Saw many walk in & out. Ordered a bacon gouda sandwich & medium hot cinnamon dolce latte. Both were really good. Paid $11.16 which is a bit pricey but overall I was a happy guy.

I will actively avoid this location in the future: placed a mobile order and doors are locked, so the only way to pick up my mobile order is to sit in the drive thru line for 15 minutes to get to the window. In an attempt to get my coffee before it got cold, I walked up to the window, only to be admonished and sent back to “my place”. Horrible experience. I’m sorry that I had to even give this place 1 star.

Even when I can't buy anything Star Bucks lets me hang out and use their restroom when I need too. I will reward this Starbucks by spending at least 20 dollars when I have it.

I think this one was built last year? Good let's just say this area is not very safe you have the homeless people across the street at the gas station and by that storage place it took a lot of guts for them to build one here love this location just like any other Starbucks when I'm in there I feel like I'm at carrwood or forest hills loli feel safe

I ordered a customized drink. So I mentioned it to the barista, that it wasn't what I asked for. I taste it and it did not taste the same. She said they can remake it for me But I chose to go to another Starbucks and it's exactly how I wanted it.

The workers Sophia, Mollie, and Gabe are amazing and so helpful and make such an incredible and inviting environment. My drink was delicious. The Barista Sophia talked to me while she was making it and made my day. Will be coming back!

I go to Starbucks everyday sometimes twice a day. I have had a few minor issues at the location on Bruce B Downs & 132nd st.Which led me to no longer want to purchase from Starbucks. Today, I went to the location on Fowler & 15th, the service was so bad I doubt I will be back to ANY Starbucks location. The lady at the window gave me such a hard time about my order, I was reading her one of my "favorite" orders that I have saved on my app and she was being very nice nasty about me wanting to add a espresso shot to my drink, I told her multiple times at the order station then again at the window. Her response each time was "thats the only espresso we have" which I have been getting this same drink over 4 months and I never knew it came with a shot because IT DOES NOT SAY THERE IS A SHOT INCLUDED. Then she gives me my drink that I knew felt way too light and I asked if I can have my receipt, she tells me "you waited too long" gives my receipt then slams the window closed before I can ask for her name. She had blue/green hair anyway. I opened my cup and it was less than half way full. I don't know what type of games are played at this store but I have NEVER received less than half of my cup & for the price I pay I want all my coffee NEVER EVER EVER has my cup been filled with such a small amount. I am beyond upset, the competency of this "worker" is horrendous. I receive better service at checkers. WHEN I ORDER ON APP I NEVER HAVE A PROB! I get simple items. Not rocket science! If I didn't have my puppy in the car I would have most definitely circled back around and went inside.

literally just drive to one of the other locations down the road. this Starbucks is not worth it. I’ve come in twice in the mornings and the employees literally argue behind the counters. don’t try to talk to me at all. not to mention the location is awful, always trash left outside as I drive through the lot. honestly please do better.

So I placed an order for just one grande Flat white at 11:11AM. I waited for 20 minutes still haven’t got my drink. The staff asked my name. After I told her, she said got it. Then I waited another 10 minutes! Then one staff asked me what did I order!! Apparently they forgot my order even they already asked me twice! Finally when I got my only One Flat White coffee, the time is 11:48AM. 37 minutes for one drink (even doubt check my order twice, shouldn’t just make the drink right away when u guys asked me for first time? ) Well thank you for the AMAZING LATE SERVICE!
