Update 3/3/21, I made the mistake of coming back to this Wawa. Ordered a sandwich, which took forever with no one there. I tried to go wash my hands and some female employee ran out of the female bathroom and followed me in and told me to get out because she was going to clean the bathroom in a few minutes. Extremely unprofessional. I will not be back to this Wawa ever again. I like Wawa. The register lady refused my State of Florida issue medical ID which is illegal. I am 40 years old. I will report to the State of Florida. Very disappointed.

Not sure what's been going on but the quality has fallen off. Sandwiches are sloppy on a good day but today takes the cake. How are you gonna forget the lettuce and tomato on a sandwich?

Waited patiently for over 20 minutes for my food to be prepared. Once I got tired of waiting since there were people getting their food left and right I asked where's my order. They had not made it knew exactly what I had ordered but they forgot I finally got my food after 30 minutes of waiting. But they forgot my sour cream, and instead of grabbing me fresh sour cream I was handed sour cream that I watched be placed on the counter for over 15 minutes it was warm when I got it sour cream should be cold. Not to mention the quesadilla I ordered was so soppy and wet, so many things wrong with the service here at this Wawa I will order food from a Wawa ever again I may never even go to a Wawa ever again. The people who work there care more about mopping the floor during a rich then actually tending to customers. Can't imagine how horrible it must be to work there when things like this are allowed on a day to day.

Today I Bought a Southwest burger and it didn't come out well or good nor did the fries. I called in too see about a new order in talking to a rep of the store a cook gets on the phone says he's a manager as well ; and that nothing was wrong with the order because he made it . Therefore I would not receive a new order nor a refund. Hahaha What in the Wawa was this man thinking 😏. Poor review for the customer service , the food , and most definitely Management. I hope this Wawa finds better representation .

Used to be my favorite store, with new staffing they can't even keep the coffee center full. Three times in a row now no coffee same reply didn't get a chance to brew any. At lunch rush are you serious!!!!!! The bacon has been coming out burned as well this facility needs to get a handle on things. They just lost business from 11 people on my side today mainly from the coffee center cause Noone had back ups for the empties. So thank you wawa

Ordered a toasted sub, paid $2 for bacon. My order was “lost” then quickly made. That maybe why when I got home I was disappointed but not surprised to find my dinner was not toasted and missing bacon. This is why people choose Publix and Firehouse over gas station food that your employees can’t make correctly.

Order 2 sandwiches and 1 is m adequate fast then wait 15 minutes for second o e and nothing. Ask lady behind the counter and she says go up front for a refund. Do t want a refund I want the sandwich. Ace has gone down hill bad.

This location is generally good but the last few times they've left items out of my food order.

Jason the guy who makes the drinks deserves a raise or promotion. He is always on time and very cordial. Definitely the best Wawa around!

No spoons asked number of times took a fork instead then my soup chicken 🐔noodle had no noodles a few vegetables 🥗 wow bad service!!!

Best gas stations in the area. Clean, good selecting of snacks and drinks, and a good menu for food and specialty drinks.

Ms. Dion makes my day everytime I stop by. She has a way of making everyone feel special. This world needs more people like Ms. Dion!!!

Honestly, if I can leave zero stars, I would let’s just begin with the fact that this lady was very rude while I was purchasing my items in line she had attitude while telling the guy that she does not speak English poor customer service. In my opinion I think the workers there should be more nice and more helpful and take the time to help the DoorDash people that are bilingual. I’m sorry I couldn’t catch her name but she has no hair. and wears glasses .. DO BETTER !!!

Not happy a little to often here on normal they don't have deli items like meatball subs . Now today this is a first they messed up my order a meatball sub the ticket was right the just slapped it on another sub and handed it off no checking was involved then when I came back to get my correct sub it was just thrown together and wrapped as sloppy as can be.

Another store falling to the automatic check out affect.. Maybe if you had people working the front registers you wouldn't have to yell after people that are walking out the door to see if they paid or not! Yes I paid for everything, even your stupid little $0.80 shopping bag.

I love this Wawa! I normally work really odd hour shifts and finding somewhere to eat at 2-4am is a challenge, but Wawa always has my back with their hoagies for a healthier option than just Taco Bell. This location specifically usually has someone on their drink station through out the night which can't be said the same about other locations. I personally love their Strawberry Mango Smoothie or their Mixed Berry Smoothie.

Most of the times that I come here for gas, the pump has no paper for receipt. 🙄 Not only that, people are leaving their engines on while pumping gas, specially those with older cars. Very dangerous!

I ordered breakfast here and It was disgusting and so was my coffee, they gave me the wrong drink.

I usually love this store but I have to give it a 50/50 review because today I found a spider in my fresh fruit. 🤮

Only needed to buy gas, but the gas pumps work. Was the gas good gas? I don't know, because I didn't try any myself. I gave it to my car. And unless I'm 1980s Michael Knight, I'll probably never know exactly how my car feels about this visit. I do like how you can use their app and get an extra $.15 off per gallon.

New staff just slopping food together. My sandwich was covered with honey mustard on the outside, but none on the inside. My wife's breakfast bowl was just a sausage biscuit with some caramelized onions on top. Half of their product doesn't exist anymore either. No spinach, no Expresso shots. Just go further down to the Wawa on dale mabry.

Always a pleasure to get drinks and snacks here. Employees are very kind. Place is clean.

Stayed at a nearby hotel and visited frequently during my stay. They have the many snacks and convenience items you need while traveling through the area. The staff was friendly and the MTO food was good.

This Wawa has the sweetest lady at the register. She is always in a good mood and will make you day just a little better.

Love the food so much!! But, i feel they could use better customer service skills, as I feel ignored every time I go in there, until I've stood there trying to get their attention for like 5-10 minutes. Eventually someone finally helps me. Also, this is not about a specific WaWa, but just all of them around here in general.

We stopped to see what was available. This is a small store but plenty of stuff. There are order screens all around. We did notice their prices are about a buck higher than other places. You pay for convince. The store was crowded but clean. Friendly staff.

My favorite part about this Wawa is you never know when it's open! It's like a fun game where the losing prize is wasting your time! :)

They put mayo on my sandwich. I returned it and Mike the manager would not take it back. I used to shop here every single day. He lost daily business from me because of a 5 dollar tuna sandwich.
