Wonderful place... 2nd floor of the Wells Fargo Building and a little hidden but worth finding. I had some pancakes and the view was perfect for the morning. I would absolutely recommend checking this place out...

My fiance and I made the unfortunate mistake of stopping into this place to have a quick breakfast before heading to the aquarium. This place is not a restaurant. It's more of a deli for employees that work in the office building it's located in. The woman behind the counter was one of the rudest people I've ever met. There was no greeting you'd normally experience at a service counter--just a blank stare as we tried to decide what we wanted. She seemed annoyed that she had to do her job. We ordered a couple of breakfast wraps. I asked if there was hot water available for tea and the reply I received was a grunt and a point towards the coffee station. I then went over to the coffee station and all that was there was pre-made coffee and cold tea. My fiance was fed up at this moment and went back to tell her there was no hot water available. She said she would help me find it. I stood there for about 10 minutes then 2 staff members from the back came out with a container of hot water. They said nothing, giggled, and ran back into the kitchen area. We were seriously contemplating leaving at this point, but thought, surely, our wraps would be coming any moment, and we could just eat them quickly and get out. It took about 15 minutes for the wraps to come out!!! We ate as fast as we could praying nothing was done to our food. We couldn't get out of there quick enough. Just terrible!

Breakfast with a view of the river, what a treat. Love this city & finding hidden gems like this. I found this place on yelp, after my riverwalk run this morning. It's on the 2nd floor of the Wells Fargo building. Excellent service, fresh ingredients, fairly priced. I had the Veggie Lovers Power Bowl. No mushrooms, sub tomatoes. It was fantastic! Worth the visit!

Amazing food. I ate one of the best breakfasts I had for a long time. Will come back every time I get the chance. Pay cash, and you may get a discount 😉

Held a 50th wedding anniversary this weekend at Al Lopez Memorial Park and being from Buffalo NY had no idea who to call for caterering. I googled caterers near the park and came up with Corner Cafe and Deli, Downtown Tampa. Jessica the owner was very gracious and helped me with my order letting me know there would be plenty of food for our group. She was very helpful and had no problem with any changes I had to make. She delivered when we had decided and the food was absolutely delicious. And she was right. Plenty to go around and plenty left over. I give her 10 stars as she even came back after she set up the table with extra cake plates I had forgotten to bring.

Don't waste your money at your hotel on some attached restaurant in Tampa... find this place. Excellent food... it's on the 2nd floor of the Wells Fargo Bldg. We went there for breakfast the day we sailed on a cruise... and went back after we returned! And they remembered us! Very friendly and the omelets are great!

It's on the 2nd floor and elevators are weird to figure out. Food is amazing and the price is very reasonable.

To be a spot downtown, I must say they have great prices. You're greeted with a lovely smile by the owner and she reminds me of the sitcom show Cheers. Because she knows everyone's name that comes in on the regular. Very impressive.

This place has a wide variety of everything on the menu! I personally like the tuna melt and Greek salad wrap! I’m lucky to have this in my building- especially if it’s raining, since not every office tower has a cafe. I’m cracking up at the remarks of out of towners eating here and being uncomfortable of people’s “dress attire”. I’d hate for you to go to DC or New York if you think it’s stuffy here! And the service? They’ve been friendly and efficient when I order. This isn’t fine dining- order, eat, and get out!

I randomly decided on The Corner Cafe and Deli by a Google search. When I arrived, with my mother-in-law and 3 yr old son; I thought, Oh no! The Cafe is located in a business building and I was sure we wouldn't fit in and we may be treated differently. BUT quite the opposite! What a pleasure the staff was and how personal they were with my son. And the food was made to order, reasonably priced, and excellent!!! I will be back- whether I fit in with the normal client or not; This was a Great experience!!! Bravo from Brooke

The views here currently are just absolutely spectacular and it makes for a great breakfast or lunch spot. The breakfast was amazingly delicious for a short order style breakfast facility. It's located within one of the buildings in downtown Tampa and is somewhat hard to find. I kind of would call it a bit of a hidden breakfast gym location away from the beaten path. But I found it to be very well worth the inexpensive price and the quality was surprisingly really good.

Hidden Gem in the Wells Fargo building. Everyone was so nice and the food was great! The homemade muffins were also delicious!

Was visiting Tampa and looking for a good and fairly priced breakfast place and came across this. It was about a 10 minute walk from the Marriott I was staying in so I decided to give it a go, especially as I wasn't willing to pay $16 for a breakfast sandwich at the hotel. The cafe is in the southwest corner of the 2nd floor of the Wells Fargo building and I definitely felt a little out of place since everyone walking in was wearing business clothes and I was in jeans and flip flops. Oh well :) I ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon, fried onions and mushrooms on Cuban bread and it was very good and the perfect amount of food for me! The only negative thing I have to mention is that when I asked some questions about the breakfast sandwich options, the women working looked at me like I was crazy for asking and simply responded with "What do you mean? You can put on it whatever you want." and when I followed up with what are my options, again a look of confusion and then they started to list off some ingredients. It didn't list on the menu what veggies, cheese, or meat options you had and at what cost. Regardless, I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a tasty yet cheap breakfast option!
