Kind staff and pretty nice outside venue! Nothing too extravagant but definitely a piece of Tampa :) More Trash/Litter regulations would be nice considering it’s outside and the amount of litter after the concerts can get ridiculous sometimes. They offer EV Parking in the nearby parking lot—overall a great place, especially during colder weather.

Massive respect for hosting the best comedians of our time. Please patronize the Cuban Club, for whatever event they host that you are even slightly interested in witnessing. Please thank them for everyone who isn’t a local and at least buy a drink from their bar as a thank you for those who couldn’t visit. The Cuban Club is a bright spot in Ybor that you must save as a favorite in Google Maps. :)

It was a pleasure to be able to partner with the Cuban club to help decorate for Tampa Pride. We had a blast putting these columns together and are excited to have been a part of the fun!

Great architecture and beautiful interior. The bathroom was clean and unique. It had all sorts of free supplies. The club has several different event rooms. The bar is great. The stained glass is amazing.

Went for a concert and have never seen a venue so under prepared. Got in line 30 mins after doors opened and it took a full hour from there to get in. Completely missed the opening act. The concert itself had to be interrupted 6 times so the artist could guide medical staff to various emergencies, this was due to the fact that the venue didn't have enough security staff to monitor the situations from the ground. Overall, a complete mess of a show. If you are an artist/promoter/booking agent, AVOID

First, I attended here for a concert, not for an event that is more typical at the Cuban Club. Knowing that this an was an outlier event, it was not a great venue for a concert. The concert capacity was the size of The Fairgrounds Amphitheater, with the staff, resources and space of The Ritz Ybor. Calling this The Patio is generous, as this is a fence enclosed, black top parking lot for the Cuban Club. The line to get into the venue was chaotic, disorganized and inefficient. It went down the street, wrapped around HCC, spiraled into and out of the HCC courtyard, and back out, splitting off in different places. Inside, on the blacktop parking lot- turned concert venue, the lines to buy merch and get a drink didn't need very many people before they intermingled with the crowd. Portapotties for restrooms. No other options. Security/Staff were poorly placed and primarily absent between the stage and the crowd, which was a real issue with people passing out. They needing to be carried out of the crowd. At least 10 pass outs required the concert to pause and it took several minutes for someone to reach the person. No shaded areas, no industrial fans, no water stations, no traditional bathroom structures, no line security/staffing, and no staffing in areas needed the most on a traditional hot and humid Florida evening: the front of the stage. The sound tent was 20 ft, center from the stage. This was a problem bc it restricted an area best to see the show, and because it was surrounded by barriers, that people were allowed to sit on top of, which made it even more difficult to see the show. I'm not here to bash the Cuban Club, bc I'm sure they worked very hard at this show, however, there are a lot of opportunities to improve upon for future concerts/events of this size in the future.

Such a cool building! Great place to see bands, with several stage options. Lacking any food options though. That needs to be addressed.

Had my homecoming here! It was a great experience in a historic building. Not only that, but the interior is beautiful!

Wonderful historic building for gatherings, events, and meetings. Some say its haunted! No spooky vibes there during the 2nd annual State of the Market address with the county property appraiser!!!

Went to a show last night and for no reason one of the security staff was harassing me . I actually had to find head of security and ask why I was being singled out and being harassed.? I will file a formal complaint. I’d like know who is in charge of the hiring of security. I’ve actually worked in the industry of clubs and security. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this venue. I actually felt like was in danger and did not enjoy my show. I would give this a no star if I can

Once inside, the place was fine. I went for an event in one of their rentals halls so my review is limited to that. It was not obvious from my driving approach that The Cuban Club had parking so I spent many frustrating minutes trying to find parking. When I found the parking lot for the Club there was no signage for entrance as the parking is adjacent to the working back end . Thankfully staff walked out to dispose of garbage and offered direction because the other guests in the parking lot were equally clueless. The meal was delicious - I assume catered by The Cuban Club. As I said, once inside, all was well. If you plan to host an event here I strongly suggest you have attendants outside the obvious front ( no parking) and the parking lot back entrance to offer visitors help or put signage.

I discovered this place during the Disney, not on-ice *production*. It was definitely not My thing. The people behind Me were particularly annoying and way louder than needed, to the point I left. Also, making fun of Kate Spade is in really poor taste. The building itself is fascinating.

Attended the Pirates and Rum Experience, super fun!! The architecture of the building was very cool. Found the little parking lot right behind and avoided the Ybor event that was happening just a few blocks away. Restrooms were very clean and well maintained.

Authentic historical building that can still be rented for events The history of the building tells the story of the Ybor people and was in use for a social club and then services for the community Club, indoor swimming pool, Barber shop, bowling alley, gym, theater etc. Modern days it can be viewed during a historical tour, and as stated before rented for events. Area for dancing, dining and kitchen. We visited for a tour and enjoyed it.

Huge shout out to Tiffany. We were exploring a venue for a large banquet, and Tiffany was exceptionally helpful in providing timely information so that we could make informed decisions. She is super personable, relaxed, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our needs. Her responsiveness on emails, phone calls, and text messages was outstanding. She's truly a great resource! Highly recommend working with her for your upcoming event! : )

Unfortunately I wasn't able to stop in there. It looks like they're doing some sort of restoration, or I hope that's what it is at least! Stop by the Ybor City information center to get the full gist of how culturally significant this building was. Back during the founding of Ybor City, this was where the Cuban immigrants would gather for various events. There are other clubs as well. There's an Italian one, I believe a German one, and maybe an Austrian one? All of them serve a similar purpose. But I really recommend stopping by the information center and watching their little 5-minute or so video. It's quite interesting to see where the first Cubans immigrated to in the United States at the turn of the 20th century. If you take the time and understand just how historically important Ybor City is, you'll really learn to appreciate it.

We saw rufus du sol here! What an incredible venue! The drink line moved fast and even in the rain we had a great time...the sound quality of the concert was supreme! The staff and bar tenders were great and fully enjoying their job that night! The whole show was just incredible!

I liked the architecture but the owner lives there and was rude.

Visited this as part of the Ybor City Ghost tours. Beautiful building on the inside and out with an incredible history. Apparently one if the most haunted buildings in the US. Fidnt see any ghosts but enjoyed touring the building
