We
booked
through
Expedia
and
prepaid
for
our
stay.
Arrived
around
10
pm,
as
we
were
traveling
in
from
out
of
town.
Got
checked
in,
and
got
to
our
room
(which
was
supposed
to
be
a
double
bed
suite),
to
find
it
covered
in
food,
personal
items,
and
people
in
and
out
of
it.
We
went
back
to
the
front
desk,
and
the
woman
working
simply
said
“are
you
kidding
me”
and
went
to
the
back
room.
When
she
came
back
out
she
informed
us
that
there
were
no
other
rooms
of
that
type
open,
and
she
could
give
us
another
smaller
room
but
to
talk
about
the
cost
or
refund
we
would
have
to
wait
for
manager.
Since
we
had
to
catch
a
6
am
flight,
we
took
the
smaller
room.
When
we
got
into
the
room,
it
smelled
of
body
odor,
the
floors
were
sticky
and
hadn’t
been
swept,
so
bad
we
had
to
wear
our
shoes
when
walking.
Most
of
the
night
there
was
a
couple
of
other
guests
that
were
screaming
and
fighting
at
each
other,
which
we
reported
to
the
front
desk
for
nothing
to
happen.
People
running
up
and
down
the
hall
all
night
long.
Terrible
experience,
never
once
an
apology,
and
a
waste
of
money.
When
we
called
to
try
to
resolve
something
with
the
manager,
we
were
told
we
could
have
“10%
refund”
of
the
total
suite
package
we
paid
for,
but
we
would
have
to
present
the
card
we
paid
with.
We
are
now
home
in
ILLINOIS,
which
was
told
to
the
front
desk
worker
when
she
told
us
we
would
have
to
speak
to
a
manager.
So
now,
no
refund
for
the
difference
in
cost
of
what
we
booked
vs
what
we
got,
and
the
manager
of
the
hotel
telling
us
if
we
don’t
like
it,
call
the
corporate
office.
I
will
never
stay
or
recommend
a
stay
again.
