check
in
I
was
told
that
we
would
only
have
to
pay
the
early
check
inn
fee
of
$30
since
we
were
only
trying
to
check
in
for
a
few
hours.
We
were
told
by
the
front
desk
clerk
that
if
we
checked
out
before
11am
that
we
would
not
be
charged
for
the
full
day
which
was
an
additional
$90.
When
trying
to
check
out
I
arrived
at
the
front
desk
at
9:45am
which
was
only
4
hrs
from
my
initial
check
in
at
5:30am
that
same
morning.
The
assistant
manager
Yolanda
,
who
has
no
customer
service
skills
,
told
me
that
the
lady
who
checked
me
in
was
incorrect
and
I
would
be
charged
for
a
full
day,
she
also
tried
to
add
time
to
my
check
out
to
make
it
appear
that
I
had
stayed
past
the
initial
agreed
upon
check
out
and
checked
me
out
for
11.
when
I
noticed
this
on
my
receipt
I
went
back
in
and
had
the
lady
correct
the
time
which
was
10am.
Not
only
was
the
stay
terrible
as
my
AC
did
not
work,
the
remote
for
the
tv
did
not
work,
there
was
a
roach
in
the
room
and
the
fridge
was
leaking
water,
but
the
service
from
the
manager
and
assistant
manager
was
non
existent.
I
suggest
anyone
thinking
of
staying
here
look
to
another
hotel
in
the
area.
Being
charged
$120
to
stay
4
hours
in
a
trash
can
is
not
something
most
people
would
appreciate.
Scamming
people
is
definitely
how
they
make
money
here
because
it
can’t
be
from
guests
staying
and
being
satisfied.
Check
the
other
reviews
as

The
staff
here
is
trash
like
the
hotel
