    I’m never petty enough to go on a website and leave a review but this location is awful. Workers are so lazy they send out food like this. A quesadilla is not That hard to make and put in a box correctly. And the girl at the counter was rude. All the filling was thrown in the middle Of the tortilla shell the rest was just cooked tortilla and as you can see this doesn’t even look like a quesadilla it quite literally looks like somebody bald up a tortilla and threw it in the box. Needless to say I threw the whole thing in the trash

    This store needs to close already. Smells like rotten eggs every time you walk in. They never pick up the phone. The blenders are disgusting. Food and smoothies are not great. The worst tropical smoothie location ever. Which sucks cause I love this place but refuse to visit this location. Enough is enough already. Take action please.

    This has to be the slowest Tropical Smoothie ever. I have been here for 20 minutes and haven’t seen a single item go out. It’s almost comical. I would avoid this location. Update: It has been another 20 minutes and still no food. I have watched two customers walk out because they weren’t served. I would be embarrassed to run this store. There clearly is no training and somehow managed to pair the three slowest workers together.

    I was just there. I ordered a peanut butter cup smoothie and a mango smoothie. They were awful. I don’t know if the employees have no clue what they are doing or if you have just cut the ingredients to save money. It was 90% ice with a hint of flavor. Total waste of money and time.

    Where is the owner and manager of this place? 3 young kids working here today cursing and yelling at one another. Throwing things. Banging the blenders blaming each other that they’re getting fired. It was almost comical if it wasn’t unsettling. Two smoothies sitting on the counter with mold on them. Dirty tables and a filthy workspace behind the counter. Please someone responsible take care of your business. *and please owner, don’t respond to me with your same cut and past message. Go take care of your store instead.

    If I could do zero stars, I would. Ordered a veggie Caesar wrap, got a salad instead. No big deal so i thought. Eating my salad noticed there was mold in the meatless/plant based chicken substitute. Literally praying I don't get physically ill now over lack of quality food control

    Ordered lunch via their website to be delivered to my job. Waited for over an hour just to never revive my order. Wasted my break and gas going to the location to see if they could remake my order I didn’t even want my money back for the order just the food. I was willing to go get all about the delivery fee as well as the tip for the driver. Not only did they refuse they did nor refund me my money. Tropical smoothie will never again receive my patronage. Worst location

    If I could leave 0 stars I would, I have never witnessed a tropical smoothie this bad… likeW O W!! It smells terrible when you walk in, they don’t wear gloves…. The smoothies are awful… I will never spend another dollar here. And I’ll be telling others in hopes they won’t either. This location needs shut down

    I was introduced to this place by a co-worker and twice I got the mango pineapple smoothie, third time today, and this time it is just awful just ice. Just like the forgot to put the fruits in it. Never coming back. And they don't even answer the phones. No wonder you have bad reviews.

    This location desperately needs more employees and serious managerial change. I would give a 1 star to location itself. The employees deserve 5 stars for working so hard during a busy lunch rush with orders coming in from online, doordash, and in store. There were only 2 employees who were running around trying to do their best while being hounded by customers waiting. I would genuinely give this place 5 stars for the customer service, but I can't because they seriously need more employees. The employees don't have time to clean stuff in the middle of the day and I can imagine that being this busy on your feet all day is so tiring. I genuinely feel bad for the employees and I hope they get the help they deserve. I had patience even though my smoothie was slow because of how hard they were working to fill all the orders. So that's why it's 3 stars.

    This location is probably the worst I’ve been to even though I live tropical smoothie. This specific location smells awful every time you walk in and need a deep clean or two. The staff that helped me today were mostly likely still in high school and we talking about my food and smoothie being messed up right in front of me without intent to fix it. They also just stood on their phones eating snacks behind the counter with guests inside and were not professional or attentive at all. My biggest hope is that whoever their boss is sees this (Friday 7/15 3-4pm)

    Visited on 10/18/23 around 8pm And was so disappointed. Neither my husband or my smoothie tasted right tasted like you guys ran out sweetener couldn't even tell it was mango flavored any flavor it was so plain, was not good at all. What a waste of money! Make the smoothies correct and don't rush if you're out of products, be honest and let us know

    WOW!! THIS PLACE IS REALLY IMPROVING WITH THE NEW MANAGER SHE ACTUALLY CLEANS THE PLACE!! , SHE MAKES SURE THAT YOUR FOOD IS SERVED FRESH!     IF PICKING UP TO-GO, CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY! I have apparently been spoiled by the one down at Columbus Dr by my old house. Everything there was always amazing. Tried this one a few times and theres always something missing or incorrect with the order. They don't give salsa or dressing because they're "out of portion cups"... for the last 2 months. 3 bad experiences in a row, I'm out.

    I spent 10 dollars for a rotten salad. The lady doesn't give me dressing, I had to ask for it. She brings me dressing without a lid to take home and it's ranch. Mind you I ordered a Thai salad, expecting Thai dressing as is advertised. I come home and the salad is half empty, covered in stale wontons and rotten cilantro. Literally rotten gunk.. I won't be eating it and it's very disappointing .. I normally go to the memorial location where the food is fresh and correct. The reviews here worried me and I should have listened. Update: the general manager Joyce is a kind and helpful woman and has offered to remake or refund which I find professional and accommodating. Though driving back over is a pain I appreciate she will allow me to do it at my leisure. I'd say if you come into this location just double check everything is good before you leave! The smoothies were good

    Tropical smoothie can really be a hit or miss, especially the USF location. But Ms. Adriana is the bomb. Shes really fast, smoothies could out tasty and smooth. I dont write reviews at all but i just want to shout her out and show her some appreciation because she really is the best. Ive literally order the same two smoothies for years now. And the smoothie taste different each time. It kills me. But thank you Ms. Adriana for real, you are a MVP. I hope you can read this, have a great day!

    First thing they do in so called healthy smoothie is add 5 spoons of sugar so they do not have to add real fruits to make it sweet. Never going back to Tropical Smoothie. No welcome no smile just come and order here :)

    This location sucks bananas🍌. The caliber of some workers, that works here. Kaley is kind of rude. Didn't greet me until i greeted her. Just put my smoothie on the counter and walked away. No, thank you, have a good day. Then she made my smoothie watery as hell. It taste like water and Kale only. I just wasted 7.20. And got attitude. Geesh.

    Whomever approved the photos for this location has done this store no favors. They are showing pictures of a different location all the way out in Lutz. One that looks *nothing* like the store in question. Now when people attempt to confirm the location, instead of a street view that actually confirms the location, they get a picture of a location that's over 20 minutes away.

    In and out, always quick, warm welcome upon arrival. My last visit, I Needed a smoothie for a friend that had just given birth and didn’t know what to get based off of the fruits she said she would like…the cashier was knowledgeable and helped me to get her what she wanted.

    Never coming to this location again and telling anyone I know in this area to avoid it. I’ve been to multiple tropical smoothies and have never had a problem. The quesadilla barely had any filling in it and what WAS in it was all in the middle and it was barely cooked. I wish I would have checked the food before leaving. I’d have gotten a refund. So disappointing and looking at all the reviews now, I see that this has been a problem for a while.

    Ordered online and got 6 smoothies. The smoothies were good and we had bought 2 of the edible straws. When I got home I realized the straws weren’t there. I called and right away the lady that answered the phone was very snappy. After I asked if we could get a refund for the order she said no, so I drove back again to get the straws. When I got there she immediately got snappy with me and the other employee trying to help me. She then proceeded to whip out her nicotine and BEGAN HITTING IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME and other customers. Very unprofessional and she as an individual should definitely not be working in customer service.

    Absolutely in love with this place! The staff at all locations are REALLY great, very fast, they offer dine-in, pickup, and delivery. I'm a customer for life, I love the rewards points system, so easy to earn and you're always unlocking free food, smoothies, supplements, etc. Highly recommend for anyone looking to lead a healthy lifestyle and have it taste AMAZING along the way!
