    Went out to Red Lobster last night for a Friday night meal. It's Lobster Fest right now so it was pretty cool to have a few different dishes to choose from. I ate the Bar Harber Lobster Bake... I think that's what it was called 🤔 🤷 😅, sorry people it's late I don't have any make up on lmao!!!!!

    Amazing birthday dinner and dining experience 🥳🎉 Manager went above and beyond to accommodate missing Moscato and replace with alternative. Mango White Reisling Sangria omg sooo good.Dinner was super tasty everything fresh and appetizing. Lobster Dream Trio, Crab legs and Lobster, and Lobster topped baked potatoes. Everything super yummy. Birthday Ice Cream with a candle perfect ending with a group song from the staff.They made it funny and enjoyable. Truly had a great time. Great date night and family place.Very clean and inviting. Would definitely go back.10 stars if I could give it. Food and customer service was spot on. 👏👌

    Great service, manager went above and beyond and was extremely friendly. I enjoyed my visit immensely. Probably my best experience at a Red Lobster and I’ve been to several.

    Good service . Our food was good the only thing is the baked potatoes were not hot just warm. Way too much ice in the sangria.

    So this was my first time back to Red Lobster since the Darden restaurant group sell off of the chain a few years back. Growing up in the Carrollwood area in the late 80's/ early 90's this Red Lobster location was THE place to go on the weekends, if you could land a reservation or stand the hour's long wait. We'd go probably a few times a month and I believe this was where my love for lobster really birth from. Fast forward back to the present, my uncle and I went here recently to channel back some found memories, and we weren't disappointed. My uncle got the Salmon New Orleans, which he devoured. I got the Duo Lobster tails, one roasted, one grilled. Believe me when I say this is an excellent preparation. To add, I asked for some Old Bay seasoning on top which definitely compliments the dish. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and properly lit, definitely not bright and overbearing. And yes the Cheddar Bay biscuits are awesomely delicious 😎

    Food was quite good, prices are reasonable. The lobster soup was way too salty, keep that in mind when ordering. I do advice you don't order too much, food fills you up pretty quick.

    Update and a draw down to ZERO stars alert Updated 3.31.23 the worst food and visit ever we came in 6:05 on a Friday night was seated 12 minutes later, we had a female server by the name of Yiveni.... My dining partner and I ordered the fish fry Friday thinking it would be quick on a Friday night as they were beginning to get very busy waited about. 19 minutes and got our food. The coleslaw tasted bad by the taste, both the fellow. I was eating with and myself told the server, there is something off about the flavor we don't want that coleslaw. There's something wrong with it, she took it away she did not return for about 11 minutes with A follow up much less an answer as to what's wrong with the slaw. NOR any replacement coleslaw or anything else as a substitute. Next I began pulling my fried fish apart only to realize its crispy crispy burnt overcooked fried food as can be seen in the pictures I posted of this failure of a meal. The server never did offer anything to replace either coleslaw or the fish on 1 plate, not that we asked for such. we should not have to ask for such. Finally the bill was delivered before she asked if everything was okay and we said NO, the Cole slaw was bad and now we know the at least one of the fried fish was overcooked. And she could see the fish was tattered and she already knew she didn’t respond to the refused coleslaw from the get-go, she never cared, much less did anything about it..finally. I'm trying to pay the bill. The manager shows up and asks if we would like something replaced as I have already communicated, expressed ourselves all thru dinner and this lady I believe was named Jen . That it's too little too late too far, too gone dinner was RUINED and I am paying for it already….. TOO LITTLE TOO LATE I will never return to this restaurant location. 1ST Quarter2023 Holmes was our server, we told.him on our intial meeting.we were.gonna order the endless shrinp and he said fine but had to go take some other orders so we waited for him for a Monday night just after 5pm at our table, I thought we would be served and would have eaten quickly arriving just after 5pm, here it is 547 and we still have not even seen any food but the Cheddar bay biscuits. We asked I it would take 20 minutes per.refill and he said , "how I usually handle it , is that when i bring refills, i ask what you want for a refill" The plates of food we ordered came at 5:53 mismatched with coconut shrimp on my wife's plate who hates coconut and mine came with her shrimp skewers with rice over my plate... It took too long for refills, and we were on site an hour plus to get our first refill of shrimp. Although delicious, the experience was mishandled and drawn out. I did ask Holmes if it was the kitchen or otiherwise for the delays, he thought about and eventually shook his head No...i verbalized to him that our service was more than 20 minutes in between refills, he never did ask us if we wanted refills after 80 minutes of sitting at his table and we were unsatisfied and i was greatly disappointed... never mentioned anything, never got management, but was sure to wave bye on our way out. The Cheddar bay biscuits were missing their flavoring and / or seasoning, the shrimp was good, and the result otherwise amounts to not again at this Red Lobster! Hey "Red Lobster" responder person, your response is a bit wanting by itself, you care? then act like it and act on it!!

    I had a great time today and the Endless Shrimp dishes were made just right. The best part of the experience was my waiter Ms. Melissa P. who kept the food coming quick and served extra hot. Ms. Melissa even knew that i liked extra cheese on my pasta. Great professional and friendly service.

    We had a rocky start when we were at Red Lobster on Saturday. We waited 10 minutes for some one to come to our table. We asked the first employee who passed us and asked them to get our server. Several minutes passed. You think a manager would come by an apology. No. But Jewel step up. Very friendly and helpful server. Jewel check up on us. Made sure our drinks were full and we didn't wait a long time for our food. We did enjoy the food.

    I had not been to Red lobster in many many years. the food was surprisingly decent. The fettuccine sauce was a poor attempt. the butterfly coconut shrimp seemed to have heat lamp disease. the baked potato was good. The biscuits were great. The price was right.

    Red lobster is always an amazing place to dine in, friendly customer service, and great food. We went for a late dinner around 9:30 PM with a party of 7. The appetizers were so good especially stuffed mushrooms. I ordered a salmon entree, much recommended. Can't stop eating their biscuits and lobster gravy, wish they have unlimited biscuit refills 😋

    We had a WONDERFUL waiter named Jerry!! He was very kind, respectful and attentive. He made our dining experience very nice. Hope he gets promoted or gets a very good raise because he deserves it and displays impeccable customer service. The food was very good. It has been years since we have visited Red Lobster. I used not like it years past but we decided to give it a chance and glad we did. Thank you Jerry😊

    I got an order to go and this was my sons lobster. Extremely undercooked. Literally looks like an alive lobster. My daughters was too and so was mine. His was definitely the worst though. Hopefully we don’t get sick. My son didn’t eat his because I caught it after I tried mine. I got a partial refund for our meals so that’s cool I guess. I’ve always had good experiences here until this time. Very disappointed.

    Wow server ANDREA B. was AWESOME , very friendly and knowledgeable about the food 🥘 and drinks 🍹 We will definitely be coming back she made our visit super special !!!! The Brussel sprouts are BOMB.Com 💣 😋 you have to try them and ask for her 💯😊 very well worth every Penny 💯

    Awesome manager, awesome staff! Fabulous food! Very attentive to my needs and my food restrictions! Great place to eat! You've got to visit and if you have any problems with wheat gluten corn syrup this is the place to go!

    I had the all you can eat shrimp, delicious along with cheddar biscuits & broccoli! I recommend the coconut shrimp are my favorite! I even took some home, yummy!!!

    When I sat, it took about 15 minutes before I was even greeted by anyone. When I finally ordered my appetizer. Lobster chz dip. It had a piece of plastic in it. It was still so good I ate it all. Stuffed mushrooms very salty to bad. Ultimate feast was really good sea scallops very tasty and shrimp scampi with cooked perfectly. Don't know why they would get shrimp battered in a bag not batter it them selves. Did not eat those.

    Shrimp scampi was good. Husband ordered wine, but it didn't come until he tracked someone down and told them not to bother. My crab legs were cold and shriveled up. Husband was done eating and ready to go before they brought another plate out. Since I have a Gluten allergy, I was absolutely turned off just by opening the menu and seeing bread crumbs stuck to the menu. Buyer beware!

    Lexi and staff were great this evening. They went "above" for my parent's, their friends, and I as we enjoyed some delicious seafood. $20 shrimp scampi and lobster tail special on Mondays is worth every penny. Will be back

    The server was very rude to me and my girlfriend. She came across very aggressive. She would any speak with my son other than when she took our order. We were out of drinks for awhile. We were bothering her is how it seemed to us. I was very upset and should have spoke to the manager but really just wanted to leave. I won't return. She got a good tip for awful service.

    We had an incredible experience dining at the Carrollwood Red Lobster located on N. Dale Mabry. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the manager, Karl, who made us feel right at home. Our waitress, Anaihya, was simply flawless. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The food at Red Lobster was exceptional. Every dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. For our main course, we tried the Ultimate Feast, which included lobster tail, crab legs, fried shrimp, and shrimp scampi. The seafood was fresh, perfectly cooked, and served hot, which made the meal even more enjoyable. One thing that stood out to me was the attention to detail that the staff at Red Lobster paid to each dish. Every dish was beautifully presented and served with care, which added to the overall experience. I also appreciated the wide variety of seafood options on the menu, which made it easy to find something that everyone in our group enjoyed. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Red Lobster on North Dale Mabry Highway. The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch, especially thanks to our exceptional waitress, Anaihya. If you're looking for a great seafood restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and amazing food, I highly recommend visiting this Red Lobster.

    Service was good. The best item of all we ordered was the Crispy Dragon Shrimp. 2nd to that was the fresh biscuits and Watermelon Martini. Everything else tasted okay. Salmon, Walt Shrimp, Shrimp Pasta, Coconut Shrimp held no excitement on the palate. Especially the Pasta, yuk

    I absolutely recommend this restaurant. Very clean, friendly staff and great service . The G.M Carl is an awesome, kind and very productive manager and he’s always on expo making sure the orders come out accurately and efficiently. His assistant managers Debbie, Jenn and Jerry are his backbones and run the restaurant efficiently when Carl isn’t there. Tyler the host is extremely helpful and very kind. Definitely recommend…..10 stars

    Most recent visit was much better than previous visits years ago. Restaurant was not too crowded for 6PM on a Saturday night. We were able to be seated right away at a table for five. Server was friendly and very helpful. All the food came out as expected. Many of the items such as the popcorn shrimp taste memorably as they did 40 years ago. Prices were reasonable. Glad to see that previous visits that were not ideal may be in the past for this establishment. Oops, latest visit was a little iffy again. Slow service and slow food prep. Surf was genuinely trying though.

    My wife and I had a great experience. I had the all you can eat shrimp. I had all of the shrimp varieties. They were all delicious but my favorite is the coconut shrimp. My wife had the fish and chips. We both opted to have broccoli instead of fench fries and the broccoli was really fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed the biscuits. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

    Took my mom here for Mother’s Day today 05/14/2023 it was great our waitress made sure everything was good checked up on us and also loved that everyone that worked there said happy Mother’s Day to my mom and to other mothers walking in as well the food was lord it was good thank you red lobster for a great Mother’s Day

    I love that they have kind of stayed true to their original atmosphere that I remember as a young kid. Took my 11yo son on a mom and son date, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was good, the waitress was outstanding. It's been a long time, but we will add this into our choices of places to eat going far.

    They were short staffed Saturday and still managed to serve us as quickly as possible. Our waitress Haley was incredible dealing with our party of 11. She was basically coming out with orders for 11 people 3 times due to the endless shrimp plates. Just amazing service.

    The prices are elevated, but so is the quality. The staff is well trained and always friendly. The food is amazing and worth every cent. They also have extra bread if you ask for it, and they are even worth taking home. I never had a bad time at Red Lobster 🦞

    The food was yummy, but the utensils need to be cleaned better. They are wrapped in white napkins and this is what we saw when we unwrapped them. All of us got the same dirty looking utensils. Is your washer/dryer broken? Where is the manager for quality control? That really looks yucky!
