    Okay, I'll first preface by saying, based off of my experience, this place doesn't deserve 3.7 stars. This place should at least 4.3 stars. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was very good. It seemed we were genuinely cared for. The food was really good tasting, and the chili fries are a must-have. Thank you for making the first time here a good one!

    My first and last time going here. Drove 30 minutes to get here to be told drive thru is closed. So went inside and they had a crazy long line. We went on the app and ordered. Expected a wait app said 13 minutes but 40 minutes later they hadn't even started my order. At this point the drive thru was reopened and no customers in the restaurant. Then they forgot the drinks and fries for one order my daughter made. Finally started mine and didn't even give me the correct drink. I ordered Nascar cup and they gave me a medium. Went back in and place was empty no employees or customers so waited so they could get me the correct drink. I'm still here :( guy just said that doesn't come with pick 5 SMH. Pictures below. Spent an hour and a half for a pick 5, Nascar sweet tea and chicken sandwich.

    Ok I have not had Krystal in yearsssss. I actually had to stop eating this and take a pic cuz this was so DAMN good. The biscuit was buttery the chicken crispy. I know Iโ€™m being extra rn ๐Ÿคฃ idc. For a fast food sandwich this smacked

    Order was incorrect. Requested refund and I was told "No you have to come back another day for a refund". I don't even live in Tampa just decided to stop since I was in the area so NO I shouldn't have to drive all the way back to this store to get a refund. Have contacted Krystal Corporate twice and still have not heard back. Had to do it through the website because they don't even have a phone number to contact. Unorthordox tactic but I guess it works for them. Taking money without providing the product = theft. I want my refund. It's been over a month. Restaurant was dirty, employees were clueless, and why is a manager NOT on duty? Unacceptable. It's no wonder Krystal filed for bankruptcy in 2020. Looks like they'll be doing it again real soon if this is their business model.

    Okay, shout out to the crew there today. They were having issues with their system, and were closed. However, they let me in and gave it a try anyways. The result was that it worked, and I got fresh sliders and a cold drink from people who were happy that I stopped in. This is the difference from a forgettable time at a fast food joint and an amazing experience. It was that they were personable and all around great! Keep up the great work, I'll be back for some sliders.

    First and last time eating here. Have never been as violently I'll as I have been eating at Krystal. Have a feeling the chili or cheese that was on my fries wasn't properly held at correct temp. I've had food poisoning before but never felt a hospital visit was necessary until this experience. Gotta be more careful.

    I tried to bring my 5 year old daughter and mother there for lunch at around 345pm after going to the zoo. Lady behind counter kept walking away for 10 minutes. Came up to take my order, I said one steamer of burgers and she walked out of the building and said maybe the cook can take my order, which he was busy making burgers. She came back 5 minutes later and still wouldn't take my order. Drive through was empty and 1 guy who had an order left with the employee. Looked like a drug deal in the parking lot, and they don't seem to like white people in this restaurant as this happend to my mother previously. We Left the building in rain with crying 5 year old daughter on her birthday trip from the zoo. Used to be my favorite restaurant but will not return to this racist establishment. Please check the cameras today. Cahier with dreadlocks was very sketchy. This is the site in Tampa Florida for clarification.

    Why is it that every time I try and go to this Krystal I can't? I've had employees hide so they didn't have to take my order and conveniently several other times including 5 minutes ago their system is down. I've been able to eat there 1 of the last 10 times. Just don't stay open 24 hours if you're not going to actually be open 24 hours

    My wife went to order food in the process the cashier was talking and didnโ€™t here our order ,so after she finished talking she could finally here us and was rude that she didnโ€™t here us. My wife said she was being rude and she said im not rude thatโ€™s my personality weird..: now the food I use to work at crystals and I know for a fact these burgers were in the warmer the box is literally moist our chicken sandwiches are hard and our fries were cold. Even the minute made drink tasted like syrup. I was highly disappointed

    Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru window and then proceeded to just drive up thinking maybe the box was not working. Then we waited there for 5 minutes. Decided to call to see if they were opened telling them we were waiting at the window. The response from the worker was โ€œobviously were opened I answered the phoneโ€ and then proceeded to not help us and went to the call box people behind us. We then looped around, waited another 5-10 minutes and then just decided to leave. Highly do not recommend this location.

    The staff is very RUDE!!! I do not recommend. We came in and placed a mobile order and it was a very big order and we acknowledged that. But as soon as it went through the cook started to run his mouth saying "They are going to have to wait for there order. Why are they getting so much stuff." And he just kept running his mouth talking about my family while the other employees stood there laughing at what he was saying. And the entire time he was preparing our order he had an attitude and kept running his mouth. When we finally got out order the food was disgusting the bread was soggy and the meat was grey. Then they forget out fries so we had to go get them and they do not have tops to fit the drinks. Then they forgot our fries so when we went back up there to get them the cook said what they looking for now. His attitude was absolutely horrible. The bottom line is he was mad he actually had to do his job. If I could 0 stars I would

    Haven't had a Krystal burger since I was young. I just had to stop and grab lunch one day when driving by, to have that childhood taste again. They def did not disappoint. Food was awesome as I remember. Also staff was super friendly and quick to get me through drive thru and on my way. Def recommend this place to others. I'll be back indeed.

    Where do I begin? The Lobby was closed at 8:30. There were no signs on the door as to why. The audacity of the worker behind the counter to snap her fingers at me and motion me to go around was astonishing! I told her I had to use the bathroom asap and she shook her head no. (I had planned on ordering as well) I am pregnant and my sons and I had just come back from the beach, we were hungry, tired and I needed to PEE! As I was going back to my car after looking for a secure place to pee outside because I could no longer hold it, I peed myself. I also noticed she had let a women in that had crossed the street as I arrived originally. Yes, you read that correctly! As I was exiting the parking lot I passed by the drive thru and there was a sign over the speaker that read โ€œ no credit or debit, Cash Onlyโ€. I thought, how clever, close the lobby early, claim itโ€™s cash only in the drive thru, pocket some money and call it an early night. This whole scenario is not acceptable, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Corporate Office, even if you are a franchise, there are still certain rules and regulations that need to be followed. In times such as these, it is imperative to have a staff that will represent your company with Kindness, cleanliness, honesty and overall excellent service. I will not be going back, and I will share with others of my experience this evening.

    Way too many onions and too much mustard! Other than that it's the white castle of the south. Pretty good after wiping the extra off. Good fries. The women at the drive through was such a sweetheart also, very kind.

    Sedrick was by far the best! He was very respectful, super helpful and career driven. He took our order, kept the order station squeaky clean and also cooked our food. He is super talented and you should be grateful to have such a hard worker! He deserves a promotion and raise! Thanks Sedrick.

    I ordered 3 hotdogs only ketup and mustard but when I receive it the ketup and mustard package was in the bag. and the cashier saw my expression on my face and ask if I want her to put it on and I said yes because I would be Driving she did it with a smile and I appreciate her.

    Was not near as good as they used to be. Fries not so good, onions cut to big not like they used to be. Burger just thrown in the carton. Pickles to thick. On the dog pops chili was burnt.

    We ordered two simple combos with no onions and there were onions on every single slider. I even repeated myself multiple times to ensure they got the order correctly. I went inside to say that our order was wrong. All three employees stated, โ€œtheyโ€™re not on there, we scraped them off. There might a little on the edges.โ€ Umm excuse me? We said NO onionsโ€ฆ as in ZERO onions please. Pure laziness to not make them the correct way, fresh instead of just scraping off the mistake. ๐Ÿ™„

    I love a little tiny drunk burgers every so often. But it is just a fast food restaurant. I asked the lady at the drive through. Can you please not put onions on it? She says nope but I can put napkins in the bag so you could scrape your onions off. I ate them any ways I love them on a cheat day

    $46.00 for 12 double cheese Krystal's and a large fry and they couldn't even add ketchup as ordered. If they would have told me the total of the I would have canceled it didn't even tell me when I drove up to the window they just took my card and handed me a receipt for$46

    Went for late night craving for some reason I just had a craving for Krystal burgers and for some reason I picked the right crystals on Hillsborough an Ms Moe the Mg was the best ever. She a real one I tell you professional courteous with fresh food five star all the way

    I visited with my sister and she opted for the drive thru. First there was no greeting just told to provide her order, she stated her order which was as follows: Krystal's pack with cheese, no pickles or onions, 2 small cokes and a large fry. When we arrived at the window the employee was rude, barely spoke in a manner that is appropriate for a customer service job. He mumbled and looked as if he rolled out of bed after sleeping in his uniform for several days. After paying he handed her one drink (which ended up being diet and felt as if left out for a little bit, with the ice melted and the cup dripping moisture). She inquired about the other drink and was told I only heard one now go park over there and it will be out. After waiting for some time the drive thru employee walked out and handed her the burgers,no fries. When asked about the fries there was a sigh and I was going to go back and get them. Next we checked the burgers which were full of pickles and mustard. When the drive thru guy came out she told him the order was not correct, in turn he said, well I didn't hear that, there's nothing I can do. My sister handed him the box of burgers and said I don't want these I would like the correct order. He fussed a little more, then said hold on. A young lady approached us and asked us what the issue was. My sister explained the issue and she said oh is that all and asked if she would please give her an opportunity to correct the order. She also asked if we wanted anything else, such as a refund or extra drink/fries? We said we appreciated the gesture but all we wanted was the correct burgers and that is all. I am not quite sure what her job title was or her name, but she should have been working with all customers then relocate that guy in the drive thru to food prep or out the door. I have family members who are under 10 who would have handled the entire situation 100% better!

    The employees had to come out 3 times to find out what we ordered. We got 12 Krystals 6 with cheese 6 without. It wasn't super busy. When we finally go them they were hot and very good. We have missed Krystal. We drove across town to get some. Open one in North Tampa!

    You will love this place if you are a White Castle fan. My family loved it but I'm not big on White Castle. But they have the most outrageous deals that can feed a tribe. Service is a little bit slow but what do you expect when somebody's making 24 burgers for each car that's coming through the drive-thru

    This is the worst store I've ever been to.. 30 minutes in line with only two cars in front of me took 30 minutes.. after ordering was another 20 minutes to window.. the lady at the window kept arguing with me about the time.. I noticed there were four people in the store working but she insisted there was not she was only one person.. I counted four people... Not that anyone cares but I won't be back..

    Filthy dirty dining area and beverage station. The ice dispenser had mold on it. The counter had dead bugs on it. The tables were dirty from other diners. I didn't eat there. My husband did a carryout. The staff was very nice. Service was quick.

    I lived in NY a long time and needed a White Castle alternative, and this spot hits that spot. Food was great! Staff was friendly. Definitely will eat here again.

    The service is very slow. The hamburgers were thrown together and lopsided. The fries were tasteless and greasy. I did not receive what I ordered and settled with what I got because I didn't feel like waiting again. The tables were dirty as well as the beverage area. The woman who took my order was very nice so I was polite. However, I will not be returning there.

    Their food selection sucks and the only chicken they have is spicy wings, the lady barely listened to our order at the drive thru and completely ignored when we asked if she got our order right. Got told to pull up to the front then got yelled at by the lady at the drive thru because we pulled up where she said to and someone behind us didn't want to go around like their supposed to, she was very rude about it too. Multiple workers were just sitting in the back leaving the lady at the drive thru to do all the work for what I seen to be at least 12 minutes but who knows how long they were sitting before we got here. Over 30 minutes after ordering one of the people in the car I was in went in and out order had been done for most of the time we were sitting here. ๐Ÿคฆ

    Horrible service and mediocre food. After placing my order at the drive thru for a #1 I was told to drive forward and wait for them to bring out my food. I wait 18 minutes while cars backed up behind me. While I waited I noticed on my receipt that I was up charged for a large fries and large coke. When she finally brought out my order I questioned the up charge and and she only said "It automatically does that", as she turned around and walked back inside. The burgers were dry, the fries were dry and had no taste. I will never ever come back to this rip off dump.

    It has been years since I visited Krystal. A lot has changed and I have to say the food was not as good as I remember. It was clean inside but it is definitely time for a remodel. The food was made to order and in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and personable. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it was really disappointing. I can't say I won't go back but Krystal is not high on my list.

    It's not about ambiance or atmosphere, it's all about good tasting cheese krystals & fries. It's the one fast food you gotta have at least once every 6 months . They are the bomb! I eat 6 at a time & a large fries. Yummy

    A little shocked the dining room was not accessible, but tasty as always. Ordered 24 pack with 2 drinks, 2 fries. The woman working the window had our order gathered very quickly. Great job
