Great little spot to get the freshest and healthiest food. This family owned business is a rare gem. The sourdough bread is the best I've ever had and the vegan options are perfectly prepared and seasoned. The chef really knows what she's doing here. I'll definitely be back to try more items.

The food was so delicious and owners super nice! Very clean, calming yet upbeat music and comfortable seating. The menu has an excellent variety and they have a very good looking brunch menu. The next time I go I will take my dog, sit outside buy some healthy treats from them.

I found this Dimond about a year or so ago an have been taking lunch and dinner out at least twice a week. All ingredients are organic and very tasty. I was going to list my favorite dish, however I could not decide. Sue & I recommend this healthy food haven very highly. Give it a shot! you will love it and also be hooked!!

A true gem in South Tampa. I cannot recommend their "John's Pretty Plate" enough! It's a plate full of fresh, colorful, delicious, and filling goodness. I often eat here (their little patio out front is perfect) and then grab something else to take home for dinner.

I have been getting takeout from Intelligent Gourmet for years because they certainly live up to their name. They are one of the hidden gems of South Tampa, and if you are from elsewhere, worth the trip. At first glance, they resemble a normal deli with a touch of health food store, but here the emphasis is on health, done deliciously. The chef puts love in every bite, expertly blending spices in dishes that are friendly to both the keto and vegan persuasions. Imagine eating things not just free from harm but taste sensations, as if being lucky enough to have a favorite aunt that loves to cook for you that just happened to graduate from the CIA (Culinary Institute of America). I can't say enough good things about Intelligent Gourmet. It has remained a reliable source of some of my family's favorite edibles and treats, a place to stop for a cafe lunch with a friend, to cater a special event, and to have a friendly conversation with some very special people. Did I mention that their food helped my husband immensely after being diagnosed as a diabetic. Bless you, Intelligent Gourmet. :)

Delicious, fresh, and super friendly. The owner Pat is awesome, and he is also an excellent chef. I had the tastiest green smoothie I've ever had. Even the wheat grass shot he gave me was amazing. Highly recommend you stop in and try this wonderful restaurant/market/cafe.

Out of soups and some other appetizer items at 2 pm friday, not my day. Will try again some other day and hope to get lucky. Service person was very nice though

Cutest little cafe with all sorts of surprises. Right off manhattan in Virginia park this little gem is now going to be my new favorite spot. I had the pesto chicken sandwich and the remedy juice. So delicious! Bread was perfect the flavors were excellent. Good portion size. They also have vegan and keto desserts. They have ready to eat meals you can pick up and now I’m going to start doing this when I have a late night at work instead of ordering food for my family! The vibe inside is super cute and there’s an outdoor, dog friendly patio with lots of shade.

Fresh pressed juices made right there. Love that...& this asian salad was soooo good.. lots of other options.. vegan, dairy free, vegan…made with quality organic ingredients. Aka real food. Good customer service as well 😌

The food and ingredients were amazing. I left there wanting more. Considering the ingredients, the food reasonably priced. We are very surprised it wasn’t busier. I’ll definitely go back for the food and drinks. I didn’t remove stars for the staff but the front lady could have been friendlier. Maybe she had an off day but it almost felt like being there was an inconvenience to her. She shut down the coffee machine 30 minutes before closing so she couldn’t give us the coffee we wanted. I went ahead and got the cold brew which ended up being good.

They had an amazing selection of food desserts and soaps. We had the spaghetti squash lasagna and a chipotle chicken wrap, then shared a tiramisu cupcake, it was all delicious. Looking forward to our next opportunity to visit @intelligentgourmet

Intelligent Gourmet is the REAL DEAL! They are hands down the most complete, committed and fully organic sourced and consciously prepared menu in the Tampa Bay Area. Outstanding!

The juice is really good! The general tso chicken not so much - mushy.

UUUM WOW!! Utterly fantastic and simply Delicious in every way! Could not have asked for a better experience. Both meals were absolutely lovely, in their orchestration, presentation, flavor and portions. I had the ban mi bowl, the portions of rice to chicken to veggies were flawless. Was able to eat onions for the first time in my life because they had pickled them! Spouse had a chipotle chicken wrap that was equally delightful. Also they had The nicest and most attentive staff. We go to bowl places everywhere and have all kinds of different bowls from here to Tennessee, this place is absolutely mind blowing. Super super fresh. Well thought-out menu with lots of options in an upscale neighborhood. Great way to start a day with a nice light breakfast that'll make you feel good through the day. It's a bit over towards the west side of South Tampa but if you don't stop by and check this place out you are SERIOUSLY MISSING OUT!!! If you like fresh, intelligently designed foods with a beautiful collage of ingredients, check it out!

My boyfriend and I stopped by for some smoothies/juices. My “healthy” drink tasted so overly sweet I had to toss it. Straight up sugar. Maybe they used stevia? My boyfriend enjoyed his, he likes very sweet drinks. I’m going to give this place another chance because I hear really good things about their food. They do have a cute shop with local products. I would recommend a visit.

Some of the tastiest organic and keto friendly food I’ve had in a very long time. Prices match the quality, to some it may seem expensive but as far as how good it tastes and the quality of ingredients used, it’s worth it. Will definitely be coming back!

This is my absolute FAVORITE place to go! I love healthy organic options that taste good and Intelligent Gourmet hits the mark in every aspect. I am gluten and dairy free which can be challenging when eating out, but Linda and Pat make it so easy! They really put so much love into their food and when you go there you feel like family! Everything is so fresh and they even have their own herb garden! If you haven’t tried IG before, get in there! You will be so happy you did and feel fantastic after one of their healthy and nourishing meals!! Their juices rock too!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

By far my favorite healthy food spot in Tampa. The food is soooo good and the staff is SO friendly. The best part is not having to stress over what you want to eat if you’re following a specific diet. The menu makes it super easy to tell what you can and can’t eat.

I was greeted by Brian, who walked me through their concept as it was my first time. They serve items like lasagna, but with a healthy twist. He was knowledgeable about their dishes and was able to help me choose. I chose the beet salad, and the lasagna made with squash instead of pasta. It was amazing and my total calorie count was 370, which healthy lower calorie meals is the main reason I chose to make the trip here. I will return, the food was great, but the atmosphere and their staff made the visit complete.

Amazing amount of keto, gluten free and vegan options. The food is flavorful and is portioned just right. The sweets are even keto and gluten free. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommend.
