Definitely don’t recommend. We’ve been waiting a solid hour for our food. Half the table has received their food but every item brought out had to be sent back. Some were wrong, the rest were cold. Waffle House food is more appetizing than this. Super disappointed.

I don't know why this really cool, and inviting coffee cafe is only rated a 4. The place was packed when we went in, and we were lucky enough to score an outdoor table on the patio. Being in the heart of downtown Tampa, they did a lovely job decorating the patio with plants to make it warm and intimate. I love the oversized coffee mugs. I had the cafe con leche, and it was very different from those I have had in the past. It had cinnamon atop, which normally isn't my go-to, but I really enjoyed the flavor. My husband also thought his latte was well balanced with the flavor he chose. We shared the breakfast potato menu item, and it was hearty and tasty. It had potatoes, eggs, meat, and toast (you select your preference). It fed both of us, and we didn't leave hungry. Staff at the counter are very business like and not the most engaging. But our server ... I think his name was Jack...so sorry, but I can't remember was fantastic. He was efficient and cordial. There are limited tables outside and tons of indoor seating. The place was packed with a wait list when we left. Menu offers a variety of options for food and coffee. Prices reasonable.

Hip, modern, cool, with a view! Arrived on a Friday late morning after an exploration trip downtown and was a little surprised (in a good way) Tampa had such a unique grubbery. Breakfast was tasty - pancakes, eggs, turkey bacon, hash-browns - service was excellent and friendly, prices were extremely reasonable. There’s two additional secrets to this spot: 1. The mimosas - they have a wonderful variety of fruit juices which they blend as wake-me-up-drinks and 2. The views overlooking downtown were pretty darn good. Go check them out!

Went here for lunch and I thought it was a nice place. Reminds me of a dinner in northern states. The food was decent. The cafe con leche was delicious. The space overall small. There is a small space outside that can fit maybe 5 small tables. Not ideal for a big group rooftop brunch or breakfast but Perfect for a coffee date!

The place has a diner feel, but better looking! They have a terrace which looks like your in a home. It has a lot of plants and pottery. Feels homey. We went almost at opening time on a Sunday. Service was quick. Food is good. Doesn’t have a wow factor.

Fantastic little hidden gem of a rooftop brunch spot that offers amazing mimosa pitchers as well as fresh, unique breakfast items. The area outside is very quaint with a single row of 2 top tables and a beautiful view of some of downtown Tampa. It's also well behaved dog friendly if you sit outside. If you are lucky enough to get Carmen as your server, and order a mimosa pitcher, you will be in for a sparking treat as she adds a little glitter to your day! She was seriously so amazing and having my drink swirl with glitter was absolutely the coolest thing ever! We had the most relaxing time with the fresh air and perfect atmosphere. Parking is super easy on the street and the elevator will take a few minutes longer than you would expect but it's an older building so it adds some character. Love this place!

We came here because we saw this place on tiktok as "a place must try". But this is definitely way too overrated. The coffee is very sweet, if you are not a fan of sweet coffee, this is not for you. Let me tell you about this waffle - I don't know what waffle suppose to look like here in Tampa, but where we are from, waffle suppose to look a bit more brown and a bit crispy. This is a "pale" waffle we got. The waitress was very nice and sweet, except we got our silverware after the food got here. A 3 would do it for this place.

Such a cool place, and all the staff, including the chef, were terrific. We were on a food tour through an online company, and while we waited for our food, our waitress made us coffee and told us to relax. We had a pleasant experience, and the food was good too. Who doesn't love a danish and get coffee? We had chicken wraps for lunch and those were good as well.

This spot reminds me much of a diner with a lovely view! If you think of this place as such, it might help with your experience here. I have been more than once + found the drinks yummy. However, the food definitely lacked. The first time, my entree came out incorrect + when eaten, lacked much flavor. The second time, I ordered a grilled Bree sandwich with cranberries. The Bree was cold + not at all “grilled” and the cranberries described ended up being a cranberry sauce like substance that overly covered the sandwich. All in all, feel free to stop by for a drink with a view, but I wouldn’t recommend the food.

Good vibes and neat space. There’s nothing 4.1 ⭐️ about this place! Food is good and well-priced. Chicken fried steak was on point, and my girlfriend had a syrup-filled coffee that tasted delicious. There’s even outdoor rooftop seating if the weather cooperates. Worth the visit!

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. They were pretty busy, but the server regularly popped by with updates. Thr food was delicious, the coffee was decent. Honestly, I'm not a coffee person though so I am barring that from my rating. It's a cute cafe, tucked on the 4th floor, with good food, and great prople.

Cool space. Great view of the city. The food was just okay. Mind you, I ordered Chicken and waffles at 3:00pm. They tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours. My wife's Attic Club was fantastic and fresh. The Cafe Con Leche was also fantastic.

Only one or two cooks in the kitchen so the wait between ordering and getting the food was a pretty long time… maybe 30 minutes or more. Went for brunch and the food was delicious! Get there early because there will be a line at the door to be seated and an even longer wait to sit outside.

This place is great. Cool vibes, nice people, good food. Less of an outdoor space than I thought when we picked it but inside was chill. Went for Sunday Brunch and had a cafe con leche, strawberry pancake & eggs, and the hubs had a breakfast burrito. Server was super nice, meal was really good. Would definitely go back.

Had a horrible experience trying to get to the fourth floor with the elevator taking forever. So I had to take the stairs 4 floors! So annoying. Friendly staff but I wish they did better with communicating. Slow service as far as getting the food to come out. Took 15 minutes to grab some turkey bacon and a latte. Nice ladies but unfortunately lack good service. Food was tasteful but not comparable to other breakfast places. Lattes were very good.

I love taking people to the attic because it is such a hole in the wall spot in downtown, especially with it being in a random office building. The vibe in here is always right, and the food is always good. I love their local art on the wall, and their outdoor seating, while a little small, is beautiful with plants and a view of Downtown. Always get their coffee. Don’t be fooled, though, even though it’s a lesser known spot, there’s always a wait because it is still a local favorite.

Cozy sit-down Cafe in downtown Tampa. Went for breakfast with a friend right after opening and it was very peaceful, we almost had the place all to ourselves! I really enjoyed the breakfast tacos, and lavender vanilla latte. The little patio and plants made for some great photo ops after breakfast.

We visited this cafe on two different occasions during our vacation. It's a really cool place, and the food is very good. The prices are a bit high, and the service could have been a bit better. On our first visit we actually cancelled our orders because we waited an hour and needed to leave, but the second visit we had more time to wait and the food and drinks were very good. Certainly worth checking out, as long as you have time to wait.

The over all experience was great especially do to the food and the cooks are amazing! The portions were perfect and the prices are affordable. I had the steak and eggs with a side of the Apple cinnamon French toast. The inside had a architectural vibe. Now the outside seating was different, very small, intimate and not suitable for tables over 4 people. Our server Alyssa was very pleasant and attentive to us all.

Nice view but service was awful in many ways 45 min wait just to get in, the excuse as usual is short staffed lol. If youre hispanic they will serve your coffee in a beer cup instead of a regular iced coffee cup like everyone else had and they will give you plastic utensils which is ridiculous for cutting pancakes. You would think if you pay for a service like everyone else treatment would be the same but not the case here and no its not the first time I go so I know how it should be and will not be back!

This is a hidden gem in the middle of downtown Tampa. This Cafe is open early and made a great cafe con leche. The breakfast burrito was so big I only ate half. If you are able to sit outside, do it as it feels like a small secluded oasis. Don't be scared by the old slow elevator because it is worth it.

The food was amazing and it’s such a good vibe sitting outside on the balcony. I can’t say enough good things about the service that we received from annissa. She was so friendly and never let our drinks go empty which I really appreciate. Will definitely be back and recommending as one of my new favorite places. Thanks for such a good first experience ❤️

The service was very slow. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone took our order and it was not busy. But once we ordered, everything was good. The coffee here is great. We ordered a caramel coffee and a pumpkin spice latte. Both were excellent. For food, we ordered a breakfast burrito, strawberry pancakes and an egg and hash browns plate. All of the food was excellent. The breakfast burrito was our favorite. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. It is located on the 4th floor of the building so that makes it feel a bit different than most breakfast places. Overall it was a good experience and we will go back.

The absolute best mix of small town, amazing home cooking with downtown sass & skyline vibes. I only got the chicken salad (crispy) but it was insanely fresh & delicious, and I overheard two tables say how it’s always so good when they come here. Felt right at home and had the perfect little lunch to carry me through the rest of my walking tour. Thank you Attic ❤️❤️❤️

Cece was my server and she was great! Very patient and provided recommendations for the drink menu. I ordered the veggie omelette with rum 🍹 punch. The omelette was packed with veggies and the cheese pull was phenomenal! The toast was toasted to perfection and my drink washed it down perfectly. The view of downtown Tampa was a breath of fresh air. The place overall felt as if I were in DC. I’m definitely coming back. Thanks Cece for making my first dining experience here great!

Atmosphere was lovely and the staff are great. I got the Southwestern wrap with French fries. I was a little disappointed at the lack of seasoning on the wrap and fries. It really took away flavor from the food itself. It's great to sit outside though so if you have a chance, take it!

We were sat at a bar setting but it was next to some dirty dishes and rags. Not a great smell. Food was mostly good but the French toast was dry underneath all the syrup/sauce drizzle. I think it wasn’t soaked all the way through. I would try this place again though

Food was mediocre at best and the server seemd annoyed at us being there. The fries were 👍🏼. Other than that I would recommend another spot if you wanna drink and conversate

Gorgeous location. Will be stunning once we cool down a bit here in Tampa. Lunch was okay... southwestern wrap, Thai bowl, and Mexican bowl. Will be back in hopes the breakfast/brunch is better.

Miguel provided the absolute best service possible. My friend and I came here for brunch before heading to the beach. He was prompt, informational, and the most friendly server. We got the bottomless mimosas, he surprised us with all different delicious flavors. As well as the signature pistachio latte he recommended. Not only were the drinks amazing, but so was the food & the ambiance. We will definitely be returning for another girls day! Thank you so much for the best experience Miguel!

Crazy potato breakfast was great! Eggs were cooked as asked. Didn’t over do on the cheese, which is a good thing. Breakfast burrito was very tasty. A very small restaurant so do not come here if your party is over 4 people!!!!!

  • 4/5 Bryan S. 8 months ago on Google
Great atmosphere. The food was good, especially for the price. Two simple breakfasts, but they took FOREVER to come out. We sat for almost 45 minutes before eating. And it seemed wildly inconsistent, because a party of 6 that sat nearly 20 minutes after us was served almost immediately after us. The eggs and hash browns were good, the bacon was thin but perfectly cooked. The biggest drawback to the food was the toast; dry and cold when we got it. Not my favorite experience, but not the worst.

Place is cute with a great view but there were some issues. My coffee cup was dirty with coffee marks that I picked at to make sure it wasn’t stains and the cups feel was just dirty, hash browns were burnt, eggs were nearly raw despite the browned outside (I ordered 3 eggs and only got two), waited over 15mins to get salt (food was cold by the time I finally got any salt) and I had to ask several times for salt… mind you the restaurant wasn’t busy so not sure why it took so long. Waitress was nice though lol Would I recommend? Probably not. Was it the worst? Nope but not a place I’d go to again unfortunately

This restaurant is different from other breakfast area because it’s located in a building that have a beautiful decor elevator and the view of Tampa. However, the food here is alright and they need to clean the table a little better because it was super sticky. There’s plenty of indoor seatings but they have a small area in the balcony that overlook downtown Tampa.

Great brunch while visiting Tampa. Friendly staff prompt service at this little gem hidden away in the financial district. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

Highly recommend for breakfast!! The menu is so simple yet they put their own spin on it and what we ordered was fantastic. Plus the view outside is amazing and service was great!

We really loved the outdoor seating especially with today’s cooler weather. Our server, Jack, was super nice and attentive! They had good music going too! The cafe con leche was delicious! Definitely recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went here with my boyfriend we had a nice breakfast, everything was great. BUT!! my bill came out to 49$ - I paid and left 0$ tip! My card has been charged 66$ afterwards! a while extra 17$ been added, that is not okay. I have the receipt and I’m sure you guys still have the receipt too and can see I didn’t leave no 17$ tip!! Stealing peoples money like that, crazy. My server was Carmen. I do NOT recommend.
