    Where do i start. I walked in and should have turned around however, i give everyone a chance I was treated less than human and i’m dining alone. i told her it was one person and i wil figure out a beverage when i sit down. Her response to me was no you pay now. I ordered a water and not only did i never get offered a refill i was the only patron that they made to prepay. All the tables around me were asked if they wanted a refill 49 minutes later i still have not been asked. This is totally unacceptable and i will make a lot of noise about this treatment. Seriously? i just had to ask for a server and the.server looks at me and said what you want. my response was oh so you are my server i asked him why he never approached me to ask if i wanted anything to drink and in a disgusting tone want water or not i said sure and thanks. That water is still standing in the cup. He never removed the original cup. So i went to the cashier asked why was i the only one that had to prepay and she said oh mosta peeper want pay first. I reminded her she didn’t give me a choice. Then i purchased a beer. We can not allow business owners to mistreat us the consumers.

    I have been going to this restaurant for awhile normally it is just my husband and myself. This trip I brought my daughter and two year old and seven year old. They charged $13.99 for 7 year old and 5.99 for 2 year old, my issue came when we were charged a 15% tip for having a table of 5 they list this on a small paper when you come in. Letter also states higher prices for meal then what says outside. Letter states that they would bill in advance on table of 5 or more but of course they didn’t do that. Read this letter because it also states it is not unlimited food on certain foods but never mentions what foods they are. Owner is rude, doesn’t care about the customer, he got my last 100 because my family will never be back. For these prices I can go anywhere your food is not that great as a buffet! Your business are stealing and misleading money from people! You should be ashamed of yourself.

    We got there around 1130am and the food was definitely fresh and delicious. We experienced the same rudeness from the owner that alot of people have experienced, he was very standoffish when he ripped the silverware away from the hostess and took us to our table and asked what we wanted to drink...I think it might just be his personality but he should really leave seating up to the friendly and kind hostess. Other than that and the price, it was a good experience. We got very small amounts of what we wanted to just make sure we weren't wasting because there is a big sign at the hostess desk that says they will charge to go prices for food not eaten. The main issue I had was the price...it was lunch time- one adult and 3 kids (5,7,9) Mine was 10.99 and the kids were 9.99, 8.99, and 8.99. Just be prepared for that if you're bringing kids.

    We came to this restaurant with a group to enjoy a birthday dinner. Upon walking in we noticed a sign that said "Do not waste food. You will be charged for unconsumed food." This was a dinner buffet with a flat rate of $18.99/person. we didn't understand the sign. They will charge you extra for not cleaning your plate? We just didn't understand so we asked the man up front what it meant and he was unbelievably rude. His exact words were, "What you don't understand English?" We were taken aback and told him we just didn't understand what they meant when they said we would be charged for unconsumed food if we were paying a flat rate for a buffet. He then raised his voice and told us not to yell at him (we weren't yelling) and told us he would charge us extra if we didn't eat all our food. So, we left and we will never return and we will make sure everyone we know never returns either.

    READ THAT STUPID RED SIGN (when entering) BEFORE YOU PAY TO EAT FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! I just read a review that was posted 4 months ago stating the charge is $17.59 well here’s the new sign at $18.59. I did mention to him why didn’t he charge us before being seated that way we would’ve at least understood the charges but that was a bust. It also stated that you have a 2 hr limit which I never heard of but the lady was abruptly picking up everything from our table even the chopsticks I was using after being there for 45 minutes. That one was shocking and not to mention very rude! I’ll take my money elsewhere thank you!

    Delicious fried butterfly shrimp and steamed fish are my favorites. Delicious sushi and old fashioned ice cream. You can’t beat this for lunch! Full belly for less than $15 with tip! Don’t forget, ALL you can eat!! I agree the owner could be a little more personable but that keeps it interesting 😂 He would only get mad if you’re stealing, wasting, or trying to skip out on the check! I love this place and try to come at least once a month and fill my belly!!

    Food was good...service and hospitality is awful. They are rude. My first time there was good, 2nd was questionable but I still continued to go. I would hear customers arguing with the staff or owners and wouldn't think much about it. For my last and final time I brought some family with me and it was a total embarrassment. They were extremely rude. Wanted us to pay before we ate. Then they come out and tell us that we could leave if we don't like it. I would have left if not for being tired and hungry. Either way as for me and my family we won't ever eat there again.

    It would be ideal if I could give 0 stars. I am originally from South Carolina, and my friends and I decided to try this restaurant since we were hungry. One of the first red flags was the requirement of payment before eating. I found everything we ate there to be disgusting, including the ice cream. In contrast, I received excellent service from my waitress. Due to the fact that she was not the cook, I knew it was not her fault. The waitress treated us well and took good care of our table. Therefore, the waitress is the only individual to receive a five-star rating

    I absolutely hate this place, they charge a baby and a 9 year old as adult prices, at almost every buffet baby’s don’t get charged and 9 year olds get charged less. And there’s a sign inside that claims do not waste food or else it will also be charged, it’s called a buffet for a reason. This is completely embarrassing and not good for the community, I’ve also seen other people complaining about this. In the future these people definitely need to make a change, or else business will not look good for them as there’s not much people inside, this place also has a ton of rules and enforced them, they’re pretty rude, when we walked in our waiter said that “if you don’t like it you can leave”, they had attitude and they definitely deserve this review, the owner of the place is most definitely a rookie and needs to fix some things up, I definitely suggest not coming here because your most likely going to waste money and your time. If you want to come to this place you can’t but your just wasting your money.

    Very hard to find an all you can eat Chinese /Japanese with dinner (supper) under $20 now days. Their sushi is also very excellent for this type of buffet. They have very good chicken, beef, and edamame. Kimchi is not good. Missing Japanese beer - and missing green tea ice cream.

    Had lunch around noon. For a table of 4, we payed almost $90. Not to mention the food was cold. The food seemed to have been left overs from the night before. The bourbon chicken was cold and tasted as if its been put into a fridge and then reheated.. we are expecting to eat fresh food. I spoke to a server that the food was cold and they offered me fresh hibachi but for an EXTRA COST. I am warning you. DO NOT EAT HERE. Theres not something right here!!

    While I enjoy the food at this buffet I would highly discourage anyone from patronizing it. The owner is incredibly rude and feels he is entitled to treat customers and staff disrespectfully without recourse. I was hopeful that he was simply having a bad day but it was not the case. The guy who greets and seats people at the entrance is a complete and total jerk. I have never been so angry about the way I was treated at a restaurant. 0 Stars!

    After eating lunch here with a friend, I was accosted by a "waitress" who demanded a tip. She then sent over another server who did the same thing. I always leave my tip in cash, separate from the credit card receipt, but there would be no cash this day after this treatment. There's plenty of GOOD places to eat, and I'll take my business elsewhere!

    The food was delicious. But I did not appreciate my server DEMANDING ME A TIP. My order was a $36 bill and me and my friend both put in $20 so the change would've been $7. I was starting to head out and whoever my server was stopped me and said to my face "NO TIP?!" Like she expected me to give her something. See I usually tip but when I don't its for a reason but I usually tip most of the time but as a customer we are not obligated to tip its just common curitsy to tip. But demanding a customer for a tip is how you get your self cursed out because its the respect factor. She may not be making much there but she chose to work there she could've found a different job that pays well because if you are having to demand tips you're not making alot and its disrespectful shes lucky I gave her $5 I should've given she $2. Next time tell your employees not to demand tips before they say it to the wrong customer and get cursed out.

    Very rude owner (the tall guy at the entrance) I went to pay and the lady behind the counter said $26.89. I have NEVER paid this much. The price for dinner is $18.99 so I asked why it was so much for one person. They both got an attitude and started yelling at me. I asked when the prices went up, the guy completely ignored me and started speaking to the people behind me which were also in my party. Then I asked the lady when the prices went up and she said the dinner is $18.99 + $2.50 drink + service fee + taxes + surcharge fee. MIND YOU they have a bright orange paper with $18.99 on it as soon as you walk in.

    ✋ WARNING ⚠ The present service manager that acts as host as you enter this restaurant is a blatant RACIST and seems to have dangerous mental issues!! I was in the restaurant eating with a business peer when I heard HORRIFYING SCREAMING coming from the front of restaurant. Everyone stopped eating to stand because they thought there was a dangerous situation with a burglary going on... The loud screaming was from the male manager/host of the restaurant... I asked an employee nervously "Is there a robbery in progress going on?".. She told me "No, calm down, the manager saw a customer taking the remains from his plate and saving it inside a napkin to take home to his dog, and since the buffet rules don't permit that, the manager gets angry at them"... I said "WHAT?? WHAT?? YOU MEAN ALL THAT TERRIFYING YELLING THAT STOPPED THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT FROM EATING BECAUSE WE THOUGHT THERE WAS A DANGEROUS ROBBERY IN PROGRESS WAS BECAUSE OF A CUSTOMER TAKING HIS LEFTOVERS HOME FOR HIS DOG?? DOES THAT MANAGER NEED PSYCHIATRIC HELP???" and she frightenly told me "PLEASE don't let him hear us talking about him"... In the end, All I know is that I couldn't believe my own eyes. I went back to work sick to my stomach. After having a lunch nightmare!!

    Everything about this place was amazing. They have great food and the dining room was comfortable and spacious. The sushi was prepared well and it tasted very good. I also liked the fact that there was a wide variety of food to choose from and the price was very affordable. I didn't even know what some things were but that made it a little more interesting. I will definitely be trying to go here more often.

    The workers r rude. Pushy & impatient about us paying the bill, even when we had just said mere seconds before that we were just fixing to do that & took our $ out right then. Then afterwards n the parking lot I found a matching hairbow to what a little girl (customer) had been wearing, but had already left. I went back n asked if they could hold on to it n case she came back for it. First lady I asked just stuttered about & wouldn't speak. Next 2 ladies I asked spit the answer no at me n concert & outright refused. Earlier a manager had been acting rude to other staff. To top it off I have never disliked the food more at a Chinese place but once & it was equal to this. Will not go back.

    I should walked away the moment I saw the run down bldg. I told my self "it's just for looks", roughed. Sushi was room temperature if not warm. I expected food poison to be honest. Nothing tasted "right". I reached out to the soy sauce bottle and it was mega sticky and gross. I went there after seeing a 3.5 rating but ugh no...a one star is way too much. Learned my lesson: ratings is not necessary good measurement. If your gut feeling says walk away ... Do so

    Amazing, tasty; simply excellent. Just one thing please. It would be way better if the waiters wait till we ask for the check instead of bringing it before finishing. Other than that everything is super. Then you would have no competitors. Way to go

    The ribs, noodles and several other foods were cold. None of the foods tasted right. I tried several seafoods. None of the foods were seasoned and the soft drinks were not right either. And the ice cream was hard.

    Don’t go here! Paid almost $80 for 3 people. Food was just warm and bad. Makes you wonder if it’s been kept at a safe temp. Nothing had flavor. The basic Chinese items were bad. Lo Mein Noodles were just spaghetti, swimming in liquid, no flavor, looked like they added food coloring. Fried rice was just plain rice with a few veggies, no flavor. Crab legs were over cooked. The pastries tasted days old. The crab Rangoons had just cream cheese filling, no flavor. Pretty much all the food tasted like reheated leftovers. We were very disappointed how much they have gone down hill. We come every Christmas and every thing used to be fresh, hot and delicious. I even asked if there was a new owner and they said same owner. Usually the restaurant fills up quickly on Christmas, but not many customers today. I’ll be surprised if they last the year.

    Staff was pleasant. The food was great. The seating area and the bathrooms were all clean. They have ample enough seating although it wasn't too packed. The food was cooked well and it was hot. They have a wide variety of options to choose from. Will be going back.

    If there is less than 0 zero star I would definitely give it to this store. Please take my words and no to go to this place. The person who runs this place is way than rude and disrespectful! He insisted on deciding for me and my wife and our baby to set on a chairs table on the dark area although we told him we want to set on a boat seat where are several empty ones and not occupied by anyone. He was so rude to my wife when she was going to set on our desired place and insisted on blocking her way, I was almost loose on my control on him and took my family and left this place and will never go to ever! I thought just posting my review will protect others from having experience like the one I had with this nasty place . Zero stars for customer service and hospitality

    The owner is very greedy and has no manners .The food does not test that well. At dinner time they serve the lunch menu but for more Money .If u ask for Oysters or Sushi me the answer is we don't have more even though it is around 6:00 which is Dinner time how come they don't have it when they are supposed to have it. Their answers are very rood and mean . I don't suggest this place. The Asian Buffet is way better than them .I would rather drive more and not see that owner face and his greedy wife

    This restaurant is very close to me. I had forgotten it had open up after COVID. The atmosphere, staff, cleanliness and prices are a plus. This place cater to ALL appetites and diets. Thank God for this delicious food. Please tip the server!

    The bald guy manning the front is a total money hungry douche bag, very unpleasant and unprofessional demeanor towards me with a total lack of courtesy and appreciation and thanks. Food is so overwhelmingly mediocre, the atmosphere just begs to be ripped down and the other staff members were impatient and robotic at best. My pet rock has more personality! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

    When coming into this restaurant the host is a total jerk and is very disturbingly disrespectful yelled at my 11 year old " your 18.99 too ' I replied I'm the one pay talk to me! yelled at me " why are you so angry" at all the host was upset because I would not let him speak to my son is not paying for his own food. The host lack of respect for paying customers will drive the restaurant out of business. I just did not engage his ignorance I went and spent my money elsewhere. I suggest you not spend your money. The buffet look ok but I'm sure that's no thanks to the gatekeeper 😂😂😂

    Great choice of food items and they are refreshed often. Steak and broccoli were wonderful as well as were the poached fish. The variety of food was awesome that I had to go back a second time. Walked out stuffed and well satisfied.

    Called in to verify how much do they charge per person, at first they advised it was 23.00 per person but then they asked me for the number of people, once i said 5 people the price went up to 27.00 per person, and 10.00 for my Two year old that barely eats. I then asked why did the price change? And was told because there is more people. I've never heard of a restaurant doing this, usually its a standard price for adults and children. I asked if I was able to just order an item or two off the menu for my child and myself since we both dont eat as much but was told no. I will not be visiting this place or spending my money here. The service tells you a lot, I don't like that fast change, if they are able to change prices just like that imagne what would happen if you are at their actual restaurant and finish eating.

    This is the worst place to eat , let’s start with customer service . I said the food was cold and she told me to go eat in the hibachi if I want hot food. Food is nasty with no taste and is not properly heated. Every employee here is disrespectful and need to learn how to have customer service and if your going to talk about customers say ir so what we understand as well

    I come here all the time and I don’t see what the other reviews say about the staff being rude. They’ve always been super nice to me and I come at least twice a month. One of the best buffets in Tampa in my opinion.

    So, yes, there is a sign to not waste your food. Honestly, who cares? He's not lying. The amount of food waste in America is outrageous with the number of people suffering. I didn't speak to him. He just seated us. The food was not great. The crab Rangoon was rock-hard and little to no cream in the middle. The doughnut rolls were hard with hardly any sugar. The sushi looked questionable and were not labeled. My 14 year old on the other hand, loves this place. I did enjoy the honey chicken and coffee ice cream.....

    Definitely recommended! If you like Sushi buffet, this is the place. It has a wide selection of sushi choices. The restaurant has plentiful parking spot and very clean restaurant. The service is great. There are so much food to choose from. The price is reasonable for the amount of food available to choose from. I would stop by next time when I am in town.

    I love buffets! Today I went to Wei’s for lunch (weekday), only $13.00. They have a pretty big selection of foods. I was surprised about how clean the buffet area was. The food looked very fresh and it was very tasty. The sushi that I had was very good. The actual restaurant looks so dark and old. It reminded me of an old bar and the dj booth was were the waitresses were. But I do see myself trying this again for lunch. I think it was good food for a very good price for an all you can eat lunch buffet.

    The foods from the steam tables were luke warm at best. Nothing was hot. Kinda disappointed. Each time I emptied a plate and returned with another, the empty plate would be gone. Sadly, none of the staff spoke very much to me, other than the bill at the end.

    I gave them 5 stars before, Until TODAY! The hostess ( bald tall fellow) claimed my daughter was over 2 … and I told him before she was under 2 … always ate there every other week and he knew me and my girls … gave me a nasty attitude and told me not to come back because I’m lying to him about her age …. My oldest is 5 my middle is 1 1/2 and my little one is about to be a year old soon … I gave him an attitude and I’m not the type of person to get mad but he really triggered me … this business isn’t going to last if HE is still there. Taking my business SOMEWHERE ELSE!
